A lot of text is coming now. I've never experienced such impudence. We had a company event yesterday. Afterwards, we (22 people) went to Hellas Salute. We had already eaten there in September 2024. Even then, the waiter was stressed and repeatedly said, "I'm not a servant here." Okay. Anyone can have a bad day. But this time it was simply unbearable. My colleague next to me ordered beef liver with fried potatoes (fries would be an alternative). I then asked for the same for me, please. He also wrote that down. When bringing dishes, he brings beef liver with fried potatoes and gives it to my colleague. Then he wants to put a plate of liver and fries in front of me. I then said, "But I ordered the same thing as my colleague." The answer was no, I only have one dish with fried potatoes. Then I told him again that I had told him the same thing for me. Then he started shouting that it was the same, that they were all the same potatoes. Then he said there was nothing he could do, threw the plate on my table, and walked away. Without apologizing or anything. It was just about the potatoes!!! Other restaurants would have reacted very differently. When he brought food to the others, I asked him if he could at least bring me some fried potatoes. Then his colleague came and brought a plate of fried potatoes. After two minutes, the good man came with a plate of fried potatoes and wanted to hand it to me. No matter what I said, the colleague had already brought something. He then said again very loudly, "Here are your potatoes," and practically forced the other plate onto the table. That was very, very unpleasant. I then told him that this would result in a bad review, to which he then shouted again and said again, "I'm not a servant here." Then it continued. I became afraid to order anything from him. My colleague next to me ordered blackcurrant spritzer. At what he said. Really? Or are you kidding me? What?! That's not how you talk to customers. I'm sorry. Later, he came over and said we should let him finish. At what I said, why were they yelling at me? He then said that I had yelled at him and that was his loud voice anyway. He then just apologized for his loud voice. Of course, he spoke much more quietly than before. So, that man ruined my evening; I couldn't eat anything else. I ate beef liver. That was okay. Then no more potatoes. My colleagues next to me and I were simply shocked. Many of them didn't order anything else for fear of being yelled at. I think the man should rest for a while, and he's generally overwhelmed with large groups. With such a large group, he could have generated much more revenue. It's a real shame for the owner. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone!
