We were lucky and found a free parking space diagonally across the street. The train stop is right in front of it. The mixed plate and the side salad were very tasty. The vegetarian zucchini fritters as a starter were also good.

The food was really tasty and plentiful! There is a small star deduction because it no longer seems appropriate to me to hardly have any vegetarian/vegan selections on the menu. We had a business lunch there for around 15 people and for the vegetarian/vegan colleagues there was basically only one salad to choose from. The waitress had kindly responded with grilled zucchini prepared especially for these guests. In order to continue to be considered as the restaurant of choice for business meals, the menu would probably have to become more diverse. The music was also strangely chosen - a mixture of around 20 songs from ABBA to techno-trance music (including a remix of 2 Unlimited - No Limit) boomed through the speakers...

Located in front of a small park away from the city center, it is a culinary experience Location: outside there is a cozy outdoor terrace and inside there is a slightly old but friendly spacious dining room Service: friendly and accommodating. Order taken quickly and very attentive. Up for a joke. Food: Clear menu with something for everyone. I was picked up in terms of taste. Perfect meat and fresh side dishes. Salad was a bit unimaginative and I would have liked a Greek touch. The grill plate has a great smoky aroma. Cleanliness and drinks: Toilets and tables were ok, a bit sparse in terms of decoration. Toilets were clean Drinks and wine were reasonably priced and tasted very well, recommended with the meal. Conclusion: Great restaurant with great food and great staff 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I'm looking forward to the next visit

Mega tasty, prices very reasonable, completely unexpectedly there was soup and salad at the front. Dessert was also great.

We ate here as a large group. Sat at two large tables. One lady was somewhat friendly, one gentleman was quite rude, unfriendly and unmotivated. And then he cleared plates of food at our table twice without asking, even though we hadn't finished yet. The second time we were able to intervene. And yes, 3 small balls of tzatziki for €6.90 are completely overpriced. When I asked half-seriously on the way out whether there was no longer any ouzo on the house at the Greek restaurant, he said he had asked, but no one had wanted to. We weren't really asked about it. Then there was one at the counter. But I wouldn't come here a second time, even though the food was delicious and filling.

I have been a guest with friends and family for years. I just wanted to have lunch alone, perhaps with a second person. Lots of working documents included. In a very unfriendly tone I was asked to sit at a table for two with not enough space for folders etc. Even pointing out that the restaurant was empty and that I was only staying for a short time didn't work. Finally, I was supposed to sit at another table for four, without a window. I would have done a great job if the waiter's offended To hadn't claimed that "my" table was reserved. Of course no sign on the table! Rip off! I won't eat here again!

Sufficient selection of dishes. Friendly service, short waiting time. It is advisable to reserve as it is always busy. The only point of criticism is unfortunately only 300 grams of steaks. A smaller one would have been enough for me as the side dishes are plentiful. All in all I was satisfied.

Food was okay, I liked the starter best, except for the fluffy bread that reminded me of a sponge. All 6 people got their food at the same time. Top service, attentive and friendly.

Ich gehe schon seit vielen Jahren ins Panorama (bzw.davor in den Gartenzwerg, der den gleichen Besitzer hat). Essen ist immer gut, wobei es natürlich auch vergleichbare oder noch bessere griechische Lokale in Karlsruhe gibt.

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon mal hier, und ich muss sagen es war um Längen besser. Schade, hat mit griechischem Essen und Gastlichkeit nicht viel zu tun. Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten, aber der Service war sehr schlecht. Die Teller wurden einem fast weggenommen, obwohl man noch nicht fertig war. Es war sehr stressig. Auf die Frage ob es geschmeckt hat, wollte der Kellner die Antwort eigentlich nicht wissen. Aber ok man muss ja dort nicht mehr Essen gehen.

Das Lokal war Voll, kein Problem, aber der Service sehr unpersönlich, der Teller sollte erst abgeräumt werden wenn alle Gäste am Tisch fertig gegessen hatten, wir waren mit unserem Besuch da , aber schon zum 2ten Mal nicht mehr das Lokal, das wir früher gekannt hatten, echt schade, war früher mit 15-20 Personen da, echt Schade

Tolles griech. Lokal. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einzig das Licht dürfte etwas gedämpfter sein. Dann wäre es weniger Speisesaal mäßig.

Not a huge Greek food fan but this was amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Even let us taste a sweet wine for free. Atmosphere is really nice too.

Guten Abend, wir waren zu viert am Samstag den 9.12.23 bei diesem Griechen zum Abendessen. Ich kannte das Lokal vorher nur von außen, aber auf Grund einer Empfehlung habe ich das Restaurant jetzt auch mal Richtig kennengelernt. Was soll ich sagen, ein sehr gut geführtes, sauberes Lokal mit einem tollen Ambiente. Die Bedienung stets Aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen war für uns alle durchweg hervorragend, wir hatten eine Vorspeise für 4 Personen mit Knoblauchbrot, gebackene Aubergine, gegrillter Oktopus, gebratene Rinderleber und einen Mixteller. Als Nachtisch haben wir Tiramisu, welcher auch hervorragend war, genommen. Von uns Vieren gibt es daher fünf Sterne Plus.

Eine top Location für Essen in Karlsruhe. Die Küche ist traditionell aufgebaut und zielt mMn eher auf die Perfektion des Bekannten, anstatt auf Experimente. Das gelingt den Köchen bestens. Alles schmeckt so, wie es soll und manchmal ist sogar eine kleine Überraschung mit auf dem Teller. Ich komme seit vielen Jahren mit meiner Mutter hierher und wurde noch kein Mal enttäuscht. Hier wird Küche gelebt und nicht nur verkauft. Wir dürfen daran gehen eine Entschädigung teilhaben. Danke für die vielen Jahre des Genusses und der guten Erinnerungen! Stefan

Wir hatten hier unsere Weihnachtsfeier (22 Personen). Die Tische waren etwas merkwürdig aufgestellt (2x L-Form). Einige Personen saßen dann mit dem Rücken zu anderen. Das hätte man besser lösen können. Ein Stuhl hat gefehlt, an anderer stelle ein Gedeck. Hat sich aber schnell beheben lassen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Einen Ouzo hab es auch aufs Haus. Im gesamten war es ein schöner Abend.

Leckeres griechisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Team und wechselnder Mittagskarte. Unbedingt ein paar Vorspeisen bestellen! Die Lammkottlets mit Knoblauch sind der Oberhammer! Als Desert auf jeden Fall den Galaktobureko (Blätterteig Schnitten mit Milch-/Griescreme). Im Sommer die tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf das Blumenmeer des Kolpingplatz genießen, im Winter die großen Fenster mit Blick nach draußen.

Mit grösserer Gruppe dort gewesen und gut geklappt. Freundliche Bedienung und authentisches Essen. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Für Karlsruher Verhältnisse erstaunlich gut.

wir hatten Vorspeisen Platte und Hauptgangplatte. Es war eine super große und leckere Auswahl an typisch griechischem essen. Der Service war sehr kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend auch gegenüber Kindern. Wenn dort jemand Geburtstag feiert, wird ein Lied gespielt und das Licht wie in der Disco geändert. Sehr schön gemacht.

Hier verbringen wir gelegentlich die Mittagspause. Die Geschichte sind gut und die Preise angemessen.

Toller, freundlicher Service, sehr leckeres Essen und ein schöner Außenbereich direkt am Kolpingplatz. Die Portionen sind Recht groß, werden aber auch zum Teil in klein angeboten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wir wollten nur kurz was essen, sind dann aber noch länger geblieben, weil es einfach "gestimmt" hat. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen.

Ein sehr gut eingerichteter Grieche in Karlsruhe, egal ob draußen oder drinnen es ist angenehm. Das Essen war schmackhaft, keine typischen überladenen Teller.

Ich war 2mal mit meiner Tante dort. Wir haben draußen gesessen. Das Essen war top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise waren auf dem Niveau anderer Restaurants bzw. Gaststätten.

Zum zweiten Mal wieder hier gegessen. Bifteki und Gyros mit Pommes waren gut. Im Beilagensalat war leider Rucola und das kann ich gar nicht ab. Die Mittagstische waren fast ausschließlich mit RentnerInnen bevölkert und deshalb war es auch sehr laut. Service okay. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung...

Grillplatte mit Lamm war perfekt gegart, Beilagebsalat top besonders das Dressing. Alles sehr sauber und vorbildlich. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen kommt zügig nach der Bestellung und schmeckt ist aber nichts besonderes. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, sodass jeder etwas findet.

Sitzen draußen am Platz - prima. Der Service war schnell und auch korrekt. Aber das Essen... der Auberginensalat etwas ölig, uninspiriert mit viel darüber geraspeltem Käse, der nicht sehr nach Schafskäse schmeckte. Und die Gigantes Bohnen kamen in einer Tomatensauce, die schmeckte als wäre es die aus der Dose. Übrigens mit viel von dem gkeichen Raspelkäse. Mein Hinweis auf den Korkgeschmack des Weins wurde für mich nicht nachvollziehbar behandelt - aber ich habe auch nicht insistiert, muss ich gestehen. Vielleicht lieber andere Gerichte probieren.

L' accueil était sympathique ; il y a quelques plats allemands proposés mais ce sont surtout des spécialités grecques . Le personnel est attentionné . Le tiramisu maison est délicieux . Une bonne adresse pour qui passe par Karlsruhe ...

I don't understand the name of the restaurant "Panorama", actually at this place is not much to see. On other hand the old Name "Zum Karlshof" wouldn't suggest a greek restaurant. Service was very friendly and fast. the food typical greek food, not bad at all. The Lamb shank tender and delicious.

This pleasant restaurant is right next to the tram and bus stop, so it's easily accessible. Our accommodation was right next door almost. Not the cheapest place you'll find, but very polite staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Service was rather quick, portions were rather large, which to me are all good things. A very nice restaurant, and perfect to go when hungry. I would definitely go again!

Walking distance from the hotel Elite. Place was packed with locals. Very tasty Greek food and very pleasant service and food recommendations. Would definitely go again if staying in this area.

We loved our food here- Fantastic!! The waitress could have been a bit more friendly but she was still alright. Nice inside- also has a patio. Would love to go again if I did not live in another country!! I had the turkey cutlets with sautéed green peppers, onions with a cheese sauce on the side. They people I was with also enjoyed their dishes.

We got advised by the hotel receptionist for a quick but good meal. Great advise because it was a very tastefull dish, served on a square just away from the main road. Typical greek for the rest of europeans food, but also german dishes. Very friendly staff!

The ability to wait for something without getting angry or upset is a valuable quality in a person. That was our first impression of Panorama. However, first impressions can be deceiving. After a afternoon drink outside, we decided to have dinner inside. Our waiter, Jamal, a Christian Syrian, made all the difference. His hospitality and friendliness captivated us. Food almost become irrelevant, but no need to be pessimistic. Eventually everything we ordered was delivered. And, last but not least, the quality was pretty good. Shukran, Jamal. Efharisto poli!

Panorama is one greek restaurant at the Kolpingplatz of Karlsruhe. It offers the typical greek-for germans-dishes and the prices are normal. In summer time it has also tables outside.

Found it by chance walking towards the town centre.Was very busy for a Tuesday evening,as a lone traveller i took my chance,i ordered the chef's special.two lamb cutlets, two pork loins and a piece of steak beautifully presented on a plate with a side salad and fries.they tasted delicious washed down with draught lager. could not fault it.the waiters struggled with my English but they were very helpful and got by.the price of the meal was very good for what you got.was going to go the day after but they don't open on a Wednesday! highly recommend it.

My wife and I just had dinner there. Arrived without reservation and that was no problem. The atmosphere is very nice, very well maintained. The food was very tasty and the portions quite decent. While the prices are not in the low end, you get a very good quality as a return, and even if you are lucky, a free Uzo on the house! I recommend this place!

We were in this restaurant that doesn't have the typical greek style, but this style is very modern and stylisch. The food is fantastic, we have the greek grilled fish platter as a starter and that was a festival of several fish sorts on one plate; For every taste something; We had afterwards some nice Fish and Lamb from the grill and this was also very tasty; the greek red wine made it complete. Service and staff are very nice, price /quality are more than ok; it is surely a surprise if you like Fish and Lamb. Enjoy it I know we did....

This corner restaurant has a nice atmosphere and efficient staff. The Greek menu is conservative but that makes is also very dependable. You get your different kinds of meat in great taste and good quantities for a very reasonable price.
