Wonderfully prepared dishes, pampering with unexpected ingredients and taste explosions and thanks to the extensive explanations of the service, we and our Australian guests will remember the evening for a long time. Thuringia is basically a culinary wasteland. Where do you want to go out to eat - do you really want to eat something more upscale. BjörnsOx is a recommendation here, we can and must be grateful to him for settling in this region. Otherwise there would be nothing within a 100km radius. Of course, this restaurant is only intended for the sophisticated palate. But this one is rewarded with plenty of aromas. The sequence of the menu brings you delicious pleasure over four hours. Furthermore, the well-selected cocktail menu is highly recommended - why always drink wine? I would like to thank Mr. Leist very much for this effort and his passion for good cuisine and after several visits it is still not the last time I have been there. My personal favorites were the strong Russian egg, the tender chocolate liver sausage roll and probably the world's best French fries.

Incredibly creative, harmoniously composed dishes, very exciting taste experiences. Excellent wine accompaniment. Perfect service in a pleasant atmosphere. Deserves more than 1 star

Es war ein wirklich wunderbarer Abend im Restaurant AnnA! Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf meine individuellen Essensbedürfnisse aufgrund meiner aktuellen Schwangerschaft wurde wundervoll eingegangen und geschmeckt hat es vorzüglich! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
