Thuringia is basically a culinary wasteland. Where do you want to go out to eat - do you really want to eat something more upscale. BjörnsOx is a recommendation here, we can and must be grateful to him for settling in this region. Otherwise there would be nothing within a 100km radius. Of course, this restaurant is only intended for the sophisticated palate. But this one is rewarded with plenty of aromas. The sequence of the menu brings you delicious pleasure over four hours. Furthermore, the well-selected cocktail menu is highly recommended - why always drink wine? I would like to thank Mr. Leist very much for this effort and his passion for good cuisine and after several visits it is still not the last time I have been there. My personal favorites were the strong Russian egg, the tender chocolate liver sausage roll and probably the world's best French fries.

Ein wundervolles Erlebnis bescherte uns die nette Dame im Service von Beginn an. Wir hatten einen besonderen Anlass, den sie zusätzlich würdigte mit einem süßen Ende und "Feuerwerk". Das Essen war super lecker, wir waren begeistert und werden sicher wiederkommen.
