Die besten Restaurants mit Gourmetrestaurant Essen in Schleswig-Holstein

Exquisite Atmosphäre und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung (Gabi). Heute leider ohne Alkohol (dry january) dafür eines der besten alkoholfreien Biere, die ich je getrunken habe. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Preislich eher am oberen Ende. Wir kommen wieder!

Our 4th visit, so far the absolute highlight of the year on an anniversary, but now that it is a star restaurant and has the new menu, only one menu, we are no longer that impressed. The food is too overdone for us, far too many components, hard to classify. Certainly an enormous performance, but the price is also corresponding. Unfortunately it didn't really appeal to us anymore. In addition, the wine accompaniment was sometimes very unsatisfactory. Red wines are much too young, it's a shame they were opened. In any case, that wasn't good compared to other star restaurants. Our suggestion was rejected when it came to building the wine cellar; that was intentional, but that was difficult given the price. The ambience is still fantastic and it wasn't crowded, which is very pleasant. The James as a hotel is still top class.

Elegant ambience, perfect service, sophisticated and beautiful dishes which also happen to taste great.

The food was excellent but for our taste it was sometimes a bit random. Very nice service and interesting wine accompaniment, sometimes the explanations were a bit brief.

This house is top class - rooms with a view of the Flensburg Fjord - very clean and Comfortable - very cozy and feel good! Restaurants excellent - half board highly recommended - Dirk Luther's cuisine is very good! Service excellent - all employees very friendly and competent! We'd love to come back again and again!!

Once a year in the "Orangerie" - always delicious! And the wine pairing was again very exciting
