Celebrating special dishes in a special ambience is actually a completely awake state for the senses. Especially in our increasingly empathic times, here is the space to rediscover this vacuum. Tasting begins with seeing, as the eye is already exposed to rich visual stimuli; smelling gives an idea of ​​what the tongue and palate can experience as a Rondevous center just a few moments later. Hearing is sometimes limited because the entire focus is on eating the food and there is no room for many words despite the large room. The excellent selection of accompanying liquids, especially fine wines, completes the whole picture. The friendliness and the excellent service provided by the well-trained staff turn a wonderful evening into a picturesque overall composition.
