Ein Punkt ist noch zu viel. Mein Mann hatte ein Schnitzel mit Spiegelei, Gemüse und Salzkartoffeln, ich ein Gemüseschnitzel mit Salzkartoffeln, leider beides „sehr dunkel“ herausgebacken, wie sich herausstellte an der Unterseite an manchen Stellen fast schwarz. Als wir die Kellnerin darauf hinwiesen, meinte sie nur, das wir das gleich hätten sagen müssen, keine Entschuldigung. Das Gemüse waren Erbsen und Karotten aus der Dose, das Gemüseschnitzel wurde von einer undefinierbaren Glutamatsauce begleitet. Die Salzkartoffel waren das einzig Gute an den Speisen. Die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten könnte auch stark verbessert werden.

Great place for live music run by a musician

-Update as of January 20, 2024- Unfortunately, the witch's house closed forever on January 31, 2024. We thank you for the hospitality and time. We wish you all the best for your retirement! A nice place with a “simple” but tasty menu. The location is a bit hidden in a passage and that's a shame, because it's worth a visit if you know what's there. The decor is rustic and dark, but neat and clean. The prices can be described as inexpensive and the dishes are of a decent size. There is no delivery service, but you can order or pre-order something to take away. The service is very friendly, helpful and responds to requests. In summer there is a small outdoor area with service. We're happy to be there.

It could be one of the last good bars with audible music in Aachen, but it's really too bad for that. The vegan burgers on Wednesdays are worth it; Apart from that, you can actually just shoot yourself like crazy here. The beer and schnapps prices are moderate, but service is given a particularly low priority. With full operation and only one counter worker, this is hardly surprising. Nobody cares anymore once they're all full. The guests (whether male or female) sometimes get a little too aggressive - when it feels like 3 per mille you forget each other. On that note, cheers. P.S.: sometimes really good bands play, brought in by one of the few ambitious ones Counters...forces. Still only 2/5 ⭐️

We celebrated their birthdays with Manu and Gabi at the weekend. Small but cozy rooms. It was fun and the service and food were excellent. We enjoyed it. Kind regards Peter and Ingrid
