Ordered 3 happy meals. The app says you can choose a toy. The very unfriendly saleswoman said that this wasn't possible and that she wouldn't do it. Had 3 sad children at home.
Toilets were really dark.
We waited 2 hours for our food only to call and find out they didn't have a driver. Without at least informing us or apologizing, we canceled the order. Great service….NOT!!!
That too on Valentine's Day, when it wouldn't have been expected that some orders would come in...
I thought the food was delicious and it was still warm. Delivery took a little longer. I particularly liked the peanut sauce :)! For the price you can't complain and you'll be full.
According to the large advertising board on the wall of the house, there is a 20% discount if you order by phone and another 8% if you pick it up yourself. We ordered by phone on March 29, 2025 and later picked it up ourselves. The advertising was supposedly only valid until January 15, 2025. On the website and the board on the facade there is nothing about "valid until...". Had to pay €8 more than what we were promised. I find it outrageous and cheeky to lure customers with false promises. Won't be ordering anything there again.
Noodles were unseasoned and bland. Chicken was done, but also unseasoned. There was nothing refined at all. We didn't have a buffet, but actually "a la cart". I also missed the vegetables that come with fried noodles. That was very sparse.
Ordered via Wolt. The delivery took one hour and 40 minutes. 25 minutes later than the latest delivery time stated. The food unfortunately was disappointing. The chicken dry and chewy. The peanut sauce too runny and strangely seasoned. Fortunately Wolt service has been very supportive.
Ordered yesterday for 60 euros, my husband is a trained chef, we are here on vacation, we have never eaten so badly and the wrong one was delivered and it wasn't worth 60 euros
DISASTER!
We are not very demanding but what we were offered last night can only be described as catastrophic.
Fried potatoes completely over-salted, canned mushrooms disgusting, waitress completely wrong and waiting time for food ordering almost an hour. Plus over €20 for a main course with a side dish - outrageous given this poor quality. The table next door also complained.
The ambience in a rustic style is fine, although the smell was unfortunately very musty.
Ordered food via the app at around 6pm. At around 8pm I called myself and asked where it was. The answer: "It's already here and will be sent out with the next round." That's how it tasted when it arrived an hour later. And it wasn't complete either. Terrible. Then I complained about it online. Same story. After over 80 days and three inquiries I got a terse answer. They're trying. So is my washing machine. I'm disappointed
I've rarely waited sooooo long for my order! I ordered at 6:30 p.m. and paid right away. I then inquired at 7:00 p.m. The answer was that it was full, but later customers received their orders faster. I'll stop somewhere else next time.
doesn't accept vouchers, overwhelmed poor service, has been going downhill for years...
Close the shop or change the manager, we customers have had enough!
