Pizza, pasta and salads were always top notch. Today I ordered a burger and I have to say I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because it was just soggy and the meat was of poor quality. It really wasn't tasty.
I haven't been there for a few years and was a bit shocked by the current service. It wasn't nearly as good, but the prices were significantly high in comparison, which would be okay if the quality and quantity were right. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it without hesitation.
The food was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was rather chilly. The friendliness could also be improved. The young man was unfortunately very unfriendly. But the food was excellent.
Addition: Unfortunately, they haven't learned anything, and have become even more rude. Service was poor. Today was the last time I was there.
Unfortunately the calzone is a total disappointment.
The pizza consists of 75% only dough, which is dry and doesn't go down very well.
If I had eaten there, I would have returned the food.
A great marketplace with lots of restaurants! The donkey is a symbolic figure of the city of Unna! The donkey served as a pack animal, long before the 17th century salt production was an important industry in Unna! After salt production, it was coal that ensured prosperity in Unna!
Overall we were very satisfied. The service was very friendly and accommodating and the pizza was really good. In particular, the price-performance ratio is great. Only the ambience is a bit unmodern and very simple.
Many of the tapas are not only swimming in oil, but are also very spicy and salty. I don't remember it being that extreme from our trips to Spain. It was very heavy in the stomach.
The price for tapas might be normal - you should definitely expect €30-40 per person.
The restaurant was full and unfortunately the kitchen couldn't quite keep up. We had to wait >75 minutes for the food (only the bread was brought straight away). If you don't have the time, you should use less busy days.
