Hey! Take a look at this review – you might recognize your own experience. This was my first time pre-ordering a pizza as I often use public transport. Unfortunately, despite ordering three hours in advance, I still had to wait 20 minutes on site. That was annoying and therefore only gives it 2.5/5 stars. Eat: The pizza was super tasty! Perfectly baked – not too light, not too dark, not too soft and not too crispy. If you want a particularly crispy pizza, you can simply specify that. I ordered a pizza with meat sauce and no joke - I've never eaten anything so delicious! 🤩 This is exactly what a pizza should be like for me! This definitely gives it 5/5 stars. Service & friendliness: The extra wait wasn't ideal, but the staff were very nice. The prices are also cheaper than expected and the ordering process is simple. However, it would be nicer if you were greeted a little more friendly on the phone - instead of just a simple "Hello" you could, for example. B. say: “Welcome to BigFood, your order please.” That would make a better impression. That's why the service is 4.5/5 stars. My conclusion: If you want really delicious food, this is the place for you! But be careful: the waiting time can be long because a lot of people order. I think this could be organized even better.
