Grill-Restaurant Massener Hof in Unna

At the beginning of last week, I would have given it 5 stars... We've been customers for 25 years and were very satisfied until then. We ordered two taxi plates. The sausages tasted sour. Instead of reporting it to the public order office, we informed the snack bar directly. To avoid further complaints. When we asked a few days later whether the mystery had been solved, the manager personally said he didn't know anything. Then he immediately said he'd tried a sausage, and it didn't taste sour. For not knowing anything... ;) No apology, nothing. And then he even mentioned that he had 300 guests a day. In my opinion, that was completely unwelcoming and rude to just dismiss it. We didn't mean any harm. But something like that simply shouldn't happen with 300 guests a day! And after all, with such a good reputation, you can do without three guests. I've learned one thing: no matter when or where this happens again, I will complain publicly and never resolve it this way again. With so much arrogance and lies, I hope you don't get off so lightly next time... All the best. I hope more attention is paid to freshness now!

I highly recommend this snack bar; the service is good and the staff are very friendly. The food selection is large and varied. The ambiance is a bit dated, but the outdoor area is quite nice. I have to deduct a star because the food isn't always of consistent quality. The gyro is sometimes good, sometimes dry, and unfortunately, something is often forgotten when ordering large items.

We had ordered two Greek grill plates. The owner (Italian) was very nice and friendly. The position of the grill plates was good in terms of taste and the spices were not our cup of tea. In my opinion the salad and dressing were not edible. For Greek specialties, this snack bar may not be the best choice. The pizza may be better there. The fries with sauce and mayo but they were good.

Can't understand the positive reviews here... We've been living in masses for a few years now. And we always ordered something here. At first it was good, but for some time now the things have not tasted good and the shop smells of rancid fat. You order in advance and if you arrive after the announced time, the order is not ready. So that the clothes also take on this rancid grease smell. Simply disgusting. The owners are Italian, where you would assume that the pizza would taste good, but even that doesn't taste good. It's better to do it yourself, it won't stink.

My husband just got a Pizza Tonno. Even 1 star is still too much! The pizza was simply tasteless...only with red tomato paste (no herbs)...and you had to look for the tuna...it didn't taste like it at all! I My recommendation...better make it yourself...it tastes 100% better! You'll never see us there again!

We went there because of the good reviews and I have to say it's really worth it. Even my daughter would rather eat there in the future than in the well-known fast food chains. The employees there are really very friendly! And the food is really great! Nothing is dripping with fat or limp and cold. Everything was super tasty and just as it should be. I don't think Unna can be surpassed. There is probably another room for 15 people, which unfortunately you couldn't see. There are some tables and chairs in the front. There was a small star deduction here because the plastic chairs are certainly easier to clean, but not necessarily comfortable. Therefore, at least in the front area, it is not the atmosphere to perhaps spend a nice evening with the family. But we will definitely come back from time to time. The price-performance ratio is also great! Conclusion: Recommended at any time!!

Heute durfte ich die neue Empfehlung des Hauses testen! Pizza Mediterran mit frischem Grillgemüse. Es war für mich als Vegetarier ein perfektes Abendessen! Danke dafür!

Ich esse nicht alles, bin Vegetarierin, die Mitarbeiter haben mir Alternativen angeboten und Gerichte für mich zusammengestellt, einen besseren Service kann man sich nicht vorstellen. Und ich war schon lange auf der Suche nach einer Pizzeria die gut Pasta und Überbackenes machen, meine Erwartungen wurden hier übertroffen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Top Grill-Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen zum angemessenen Preis. Ich, 1,89cm, 125 kg, war nach den Verzehr des Taxitellers gesättigt. Soll heißen: Das war nicht nur ein Pröbchen. Seit dem Überfall auf die Ukraine ist halt alles teurer geworden. Dafür können wir uns bei Herrn Putin und auch bei seiner inländischen Fangemeinde bedanken. Die Restaurantbetreiber können nix dafür.

Ich kam viele Jahre regelmäßig zum Massener Hof. Gefühlt jede Woche einmal mit Freunden/Familie zum essen. Leider sind die Preise derzeit so extrem angehoben worden, dass wir alle nicht mehr bereit sind für die Portionen so Viel zu zahlen. Für einen Taxiteller mehr als 10€ zu verlangen… sorry aber ihr habt uns verloren. Da gehen wir lieber in ein Restaurant wo wir zwar etwas mehr zahlen aber auch für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis in relation mehr für unser Geld bekommen. Auch zur Konkurrenz nach Holzwickede fahren wir nun häufiger da die Preise dort nicht so extrem angehoben wurden. Schade, wir fanden euch klasse :( somit habt ihr 4 Stammkunden weniger

Das Essen war wie immer (und erwartet) mega 😋 lecker und reichlich. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und nett. Werde definitiv dort wieder essen gehen.
