We wanted to have a quick bite to eat here on the way back from vacation. That was the biggest mistake. We waited about 50 minutes for the food we ordered at the terminal and half of the order arrived. After another 20 minutes the second part of the order arrived. But the burgers were missing, which we then brought in ourselves. One of two wraps wasn't what was ordered. When I made the complaint, the employee unpacked the wrap, rummaged around in it with his fingers, then wrapped it up again and gave it back to my daughter. She was so stunned that she couldn't make a sound. Finally, I ordered a coffee, for which we waited another 30 minutes. I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's. Unfortunately I had to give one star because no star isn't possible.

Small but nice, you'll really get full here. It was a cozy evening. The service was very friendly.

Location is great! View of the Ruhr - perfect! The food (french fries) was A1! Crispy, seasoned everywhere - typical outdoor pool fries! The €4 for the fries is completely reasonable! 2 boys served us and both laughed and were so so friendly to us!

Best store??? I've never seen a German go in or out there. Once approached a young man who was parking illegally. Who went straight into this store and came out with 5 aggressive men to threaten me and my companion with violence. Has nothing to do with culture

The service was overwhelmed Tables were not worn out, Bicycles are in the outdoor area where you should actually be eating. Two of the employees were very unkempt. So, everything is a mess. I came here often but that's probably over now.
