The food arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late. Three packages of pizza rolls were missing, along with the herb butter and a French fry. And the food was cold and inedible. The place should be closed.

No communication and still no delivery. When I called, the employees were RUDE! Wouldn't recommend it!

Ordered here. Arrived after 2 hours. The delivery person also forgot the Coke and said he would just get it. The delivery person never came back.

We wanted the order, which we placed at 10 a.m., to be delivered to our guests at 2 p.m. But she came half an hour early and was already cold when she arrived. We ordered food today, which we don't do anymore!!! We ordered early, assuming it wouldn't be busy yet. Delivery time was still good. But what happened next was underground! We took the offer with 4 pizzas and the salad. When the food arrived the pizza was just a little warmed up. The gyro pizza was dry and the onions were missing. Then we noticed that the salad was missing. I called immediately and the man on the phone was barely understandable. He said ok, sorry but it will take a long time to deliver. I told him no problem. After 2.5 hours still nothing. Called again and he said, yes, the next order will be delivered (hahaha) I said that we will never order from them again and that I want to have what you paid for. After 1 hour the salad was there. Poor quality in all respects! It's better to close the store and take it off the internet so that no one orders anymore!

JUICE SHOP! I ordered over €60 worth of food and the order was canceled over the phone. According to customer service, the money should be transferred back in 2-3 days. Unfortunately, almost 20 days have passed and I still haven't received my money. Calls go unanswered and I'm even blocked now. Unfortunately the following happened: 1. Even though I never received the order, the app showed that the order was supposedly "delivered". 2. I was informed by phone from the restaurant that the order was canceled and a refund would be issued within three days. However, I did not receive an official cancellation confirmation via email. 3. After this incident, my phone number appears to have been blocked by the restaurant so I have no way of contacting them. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. It is not permitted for my money (29 euros) to be withheld until I receive written confirmation of the cancellation. Blocking my phone number also shows that the restaurant clearly wants to avoid any responsibility. I demand: 1. An immediate refund of the amount paid of 29 euros. 2. My salad was a tomato mozzarella salad, the tomatoes were full of pepper and tasted like perfume. I wanted balsamic dressing but I got yogurt dressing, what's that?? Chickennugget und etwas was ich nicht zuordnen kann, Meine Frau sagt sie glaubt es war einfach eine Krokette. Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Huhn waren kalt ohne Gemüse oder soße die in dem angebotene 1l Softdrink war eine 0,2 Dose Genauso, die gebackene Banane mit Honig war nicht als solche zu erkennen, sondern sah eher nach einer schale matsch aus. nach langen hin und her mit dem Besitzer ließen wir dann alles wieder abholen

Lieferant nicht empfehlenswert. Gebratene Nudeln mit Hähnchen war zum einen super viel, aber geschmacklich, so la la. Die Würzung war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Mini Frühlingsrollen kamen matschig an, die Füllung fehlte komplett und auch die Sauce fehlte. Hähnchencurry mit Reis bestellt. Was auch immer das war, war kein Hähnchencurry. Essen bestand nur aus Reis und Gemüse in einer scharfen Sahnesauce. War aber dennoch ganz okay. Bei der gebackenen Banane fehlte der Honig und die Panade war geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Zudem lag die Lieferzeit bei 2 1/5 Std. Nach Rücksprache mit Pizza.de bekam ich als Entschuldigung einen Gutschein. Beim Lieferanten selbst kann man sich den Anruf sparen. Die Deutschkenntnisse lassen zu wünschen übrig. Leider kaum ein Wort verstanden. Schade eigentlich aber einmal bestellt und nie wieder...

Total schlechtes Essen. Wir warten seit 4 stunden auf unsere 2 Salate die nicht mit geliefert wurden, aber bezahlt sind. Unhöfliches Personal das einfach auflegt während dem telefonieren. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Der letzte Laden wo ich jemals wieder bestellen werde. 19:49 Bestellt, geliefert nach fast 2 Stunden erst. Und dann ist das Essen kalt und verbrannt. Nie mehr!!

Womit soll ich anfangen? Nach 1,5 Stunden warten kam das Essen kalt an. Das Baguette war nicht ansatzweise durchgebacken und wurde nicht richtig belegt. Die Pizzabrötchen waren auch nicht richtig durch. 4 nicht durchgebackene Mozzarella sticks für 4€?!?!? Die Preise sind so unverschämt für das was man bekommt! Wir warten nach 2,5 Stunden immernoch auf unseren Apfelstrudel und wurden am Telefon abgewimmelt, dass es noch dauert weil kein Fahrer da ist. Niemals wieder würde ich dort bestellen! Ich hoffe uns erwartet heute Nacht keine böse Überraschung mit Magenschmerzen etc. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und hätte lieber mein Geld andersweitig investiert. Lieber bei McDonald’s oder BurgerKing essen.

Horror !!!! Die reinste Katastrophe. 3 Stunden Lieferzeit. Unglaublich und Unverschämt. Die telefonische Auskunft eine reine Veraschung. Wieso sperrt man solche Betriebe nicht bei Lieferheld etc. ? Was soll das? Naja hätte vorher die Bewertung bei Google lesen sollen und nicht bei Lieferheld. Danke Jungs das war das erste und letzte mal. So sieht ein Grill Teller für 14 Euro aus. Danke minus 100000 Punkte.

FINGER WEG! Schaut euch mal die Bewertungen bei Pizza.de oder anderen Lieferdiensten an, die bewerten sich immer selber mit 5 Sternen, lächerlich! Vorher hieß der Laden Sajinnos Food Service und war im Bermuda3eck angesiedelt...bereits dort warnte man sich vor diesem Höllenladen....Inzwiwchen hat der Inhaber drei Läden aufgemacht, alle unter der selben Adresse Essener Str 14 (New York Burger und La Pizza Pasta). Bei allen dreien bewertet sich vermutlich der Inhaber selber, immer die gleichen Rechtschreibfehler macht und den selben Wortlaut verwendet. Finger weg, lieber selber kochen!

Eigentlich verdient dieses "Restaurant" 0 Sterne. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Hatten für 18 Uhr bestellt um 19 Uhr war das Essen immer noch nicht da. Auf Nachfrage im "Restaurant" wurde immer nur mit dem Chef gesprochen. "Was soll ich der sagen." Service ist für mich anders. Grade als gelernte Köchin kenne ich mich in dem Gewerbe aus, auch wenn es mal sehr Stressig ist kann man den Kunden wenigstens informieren. Nie wieder bestellen wir dort, dann lieber bei City Pizza oder Burger King, da ist der Service echt Super und auch die Fahrer sehr freundlich.

Das war das schlimmste Essen was ich je geliefert bekommen habe. Hätte ich doch nur früher die Bewertungen gelesen. Keine Bestellung war richtig. Statt ein Hawaii Schnitzel mit Sauce, bekamen wir ein völlig verbranntes Schnitzel und dazu komplett ohne Sauce oder irgendwas drauf, einfach nur ein trockenes, verbranntes Schnitzel . 2x extra Twister Pommes bezahlt, doch die waren auch nicht dabei. Ich könnte eine Geschichte zu jedem bestellten Gericht schreiben, weil überall es ungebießbar war. Nachdem ich mich telefonisch Beschwert habe, war es wie bei den anderen Bewerter auch. Schlechte Deutschkenntnisse und man solle später anrufen, Chef nicht da. Dann hatt ich irgendwann den Chef dran, der mir sagte, ich solle bei nächsten mal wieder bei ihm bestellen, dann würde es aufs Haus gehen. Mal ganz ehrlich.. wer bestellt denn nach so einem Theater da noch mal? Selbst aufs Haus würde ich da nicht mehr bestellen. So frech wie die schon am Telefon sind und es scheint ja eine Masche von denen zu sein, da muss man ja Angst haben, dass die einem ins Essen spucken. Über 20 € sind futsch... Ich hoffe der Laden geht zu Grunde. Sauladen, richtige Dreckscheine...

Ich würde nicht mal 1 Stern geben Das essen war kalt verbrannt und nicht das was ich bestellt hatte Soviel Geld für ein Steak was keins ist zäh und trocken die Bratkartoffeln im Pfeffer erstickt Schrimps waren zu suchen in den Zwiebel und Tomaten und es waren Krabben Nie wieder bestellen wir da könnte mich aufregen echt Mega schlecht Also nicht zu empfehlen

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben! Kam mit über einer halben Stunden Verspätung an mit der falschen Bestellung. 80% der Bestellung falsch geliefert, dazu kam, dass das bestellte Gericht vegetarisch war und dafür was mit Fleisch geliefert wurde. Beim Versuch sich zu beschweren hieß es nur man solle in einer Stunde nochmal anrufen und auf die Frage was wir denn jetzt machen sollten, weil wir ja nichts essen könnten hieß es nur "Okay, Tschüss" und es wurde aufgelegt. Absolute Frechheit! Rate jedem davon ab dort zu bestellen und sich das Geld zu sparen.

Nach 2 Stunden kam das indische Gericht halb kalt in einer wasserähnlichen - offensichtlich gestreckten - Sauce mit genau 6 Stücken Fleisch a 1x2 cm. Der Apfelstrudel lag in exakt einem Eßlöffel Vanillesauce! Muss man nicht noch mal haben...

Selbst 1 Stern ist noch zuviel nach etwas über 5 Stunden kam die Lieferung bei uns an obwohl wir sie schon nach 3 Stunden storniert hatten. Nach 2 Std wurde uns gesagt das essen würde in 20 minuten bei uns seien.. und als es dann fälschlicherweise nach über 5 Stunden und ich dem Fahrer gesagt habe das wir es nicht annehmen holte er seinen Chef ans Telefon der darum gebettelt hat das essen für 10 und dann 5 euro doch noch zu nehmen... Ende vom lied man droht uns mit einer Anzeige.. Also das alles sagt viel darüber aus wie sich der laden über Wasser hält. Nie wieder da bestellen!! Drecksladen! Die ärmste sau bei dem ganzen war der Fahrer der von nichts wusste und verzweifelt versucht hatte seinen Chef zu erreichen. Wir werden jetzt genauer auf Bewertungen achten und diese auch weiter geben.
