The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and modernly furnished.

Addendum: Unfortunately, after ordering several times, I realized that my first order was really not the norm. You should especially stay away from the kebabs here. Two flattened kebabs arrived, measuring 12x12 cm and containing hardly any meat. Pizza is still ok, but unfortunately most of them taste the same. The delivery time was stated to be around 60 minutes, which is actually very long. However, this time was adhered to without any problems. The pizzas arrived warm and were also filling and tasty. I am very satisfied for the price. It's also positive that the pizza delivery people really look at the "note" that you can give when ordering and take your wishes for the delivery location into account and remain friendly at the same time.

The staff is nice and friendly, but noticeably overwhelmed. Cutlery was missing and the glasses that you are supposed to take to fill in front of the checkout were all - really all of them! - dirty. So in the sense of sloppily washed. The food itself was okay, just Ikea food. Salmon fillet was great, unfortunately the beans were swimming in oil, and the fries were unsalted. The coffee was terrible. The belt for returning dishes was completely overcrowded.

I ordered from Smileys yesterday and so far I haven't had any bad experiences with it. Until yesterday. I ordered a chicken wrap that had burnt spots on the outside and almost no filling at all on the inside. My girlfriend had the Ring of Fire and had diarrhea the next day. When I called there to order a new wrap, the gentleman on the phone said that it wasn't a problem. A little later I was called again by these gentlemen. Then he suddenly told me that they couldn't prepare me a new wrap, instead they would give me a credit. The credit is still not there. I've actually always been happy with Smileys in the past, but after this event I probably won't order there again.

That was the first and last time we ordered from you. We waited 2 hours for the food and then it didn't even taste good!!! The potato wedges were totally mushy and peppery. The chicken nuggets were exactly the same and we couldn't feel our tongues when it came to the chicken wings. It's unbelievable that you charge money for something like that. We're really disappointed and hope that others won't in the future get something like that.

Me and my friend went here the other day and our experience wasn‘t great. All the signs said that one scoop = 1.20€. But when we were paying, the guy at the counter demanded that we pay 2.40€ for each scoop, as if they don’t even know the price! It gets worse because as I was paying the 1.20€, he touched my arm and repeatedly told me that the actual price was 2.40€. So we left, because it didn’t feel ok. Even though we go here regularly together, I’ve never experienced something like it. I mean you don’t just touch a random customer, who isn’t falling for your attempt to try and make him pay more than the actual price!! That’s all I can say, not going here to eat ice cream again, after being treated like this... Apart from that, the ice cream was okay. There are many different places to eat ice cream, wouldn’t recommend this one from my personal experience

Ich war am 20.08.2021 gegen 13:15 Uhr dort zahlender Kunde. Bewertung: Standard Döner, nichts besonderes. Als ich noch draußen sehend ,die großen Hinweisschilder bezüglich des Angebotes dieses Döner Ladens studierte, wurde ich gleich zu einer Bestellung aufgefordert. Höflich wie ich bin, fragte ich welche Art Döner es denn gäbe. Was der Mitarbeiter mir antwortete, habe ich wegen dessen schlechten Deutsch und des sehr lauten Türk-Pop aus der sehr verbesserungewürdigen Musikbeschallungsanlage nicht verstanden. Auch der zweite Mitarbeiter konnte nicht richtig Deutsch. Habe nur Hähnchendöner verstanden. Ich nahm das Döner welches laut Werbeanzeige wohl ausDönerfleisch besteht. Okay, ich bin in Biologie nicht so gut, also muss ich vermuten, das es ein Dönertier gibt welches aus puren Dönerfleisch besteht. Schmeckte wegen der guten Salatbeigabe auch ganz lecker - dieses Dönertier. Für die absolut unfreundliche und respektlose Bedienung der 2 Mitarbeiter, mit sehr schlechten Deutsch Kenntnissen, sowie des völligen Mangels an normalen oder gar freundlichen Umgangsformen sind 2 Sterne schon sehr geschmeichelt. Ich bin ein 58 jähriger Akademiker und habe es bestimmt nicht nötig, das ich dort Kunde bin - niemand hat das nötig, das einem die 2 Döner ohne Blickkontakt und ohne irgendwelche Abschieds oder gar "Guten Appetit" Floskeln übergeben werden, als sei man gar nicht vorhanden. Ich gehe davon aus, das diese Betreiber ihr Zielklientel nur bei Personen mit ebenso schlechten Umgangsformen sowie schlechten Deutschkenntnissen sehen. Nur zu ... Ich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten. Wer beleidigt werden will, kann es in jeder Gosse billiger haben. Weiß jemand einen wirklich guten Döner Laden in Osnabrück? Wo man sogar freundlich bedient wird? Hinweise bitte direkt an mich. Danke.

The pizza tastes like a €1 pizza, and the cheese crust tastes like nothing. Thanks for the €15 rip-off. Service was friendly, though :)

Very tasty coffee from the portafilter machine. Very friendly staff and customers have the opportunity to use the toilet free of charge. I recommend this branch as a traveler.

Bad “doner kebab” bitten 3 times and gone with it, really disgusting bah! 11€ for it plus a drink never ever again

Wir waren zu fünft um 18 Uhr dort. Bei der Reservierung würde von uns schon darauf hingewiesen, dass wir schon kurz nach 19:30 Uhr zum Theater gehen würden, so dass man den Tisch wieder vergeben könne... Aber wir haben über eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet - auch die Vorspeisen kamen nicht. Dann haben wir nachgefragt mit dem Hinweis, dass wir ja in 20 Minuten zum Theater müssten: Ob denn das Essen noch käme? Man versicherte uns, es käme in 5 Minuten..... Um halb acht man dann dann das meiste (Suppe zusammen mit dem Hauptgericht), Aioli mit Baguette (das Baguette war in der Mitte kalt/fast nic h gefroren). Ein Gericht fehlte (einer müsste sich also mit dem kalten Brot zufrieden geben!), die Sandwiches waren unten angekohlt. Bei der Bezahlung war es dann schon schw, dass wir getrennt Zahlen wollten.... In Osnabrück gibt es wirklich tolle Spanier, aber wir haben kurzfristig nichts anderes für fünf Leute mehr bekommen.....
