Beykebap in Osnabrück

Me and my friend went here the other day and our experience wasn‘t great. All the signs said that one scoop = 1.20€. But when we were paying, the guy at the counter demanded that we pay 2.40€ for each scoop, as if they don’t even know the price! It gets worse because as I was paying the 1.20€, he touched my arm and repeatedly told me that the actual price was 2.40€. So we left, because it didn’t feel ok. Even though we go here regularly together, I’ve never experienced something like it. I mean you don’t just touch a random customer, who isn’t falling for your attempt to try and make him pay more than the actual price!! That’s all I can say, not going here to eat ice cream again, after being treated like this... Apart from that, the ice cream was okay. There are many different places to eat ice cream, wouldn’t recommend this one from my personal experience

We ordered 2 Ring of Fire and a chicken wrap there yesterday. The chicken wrap was a complete disaster and there was hardly any filling inside and it was burnt on the outside. After we called and wanted to return it, it was discussed that the wrap was okay. At some point an employee said that it would be returned. A few minutes later an employee called again and said that it couldn't be canceled. We didn't touch it and said that it could be taken back with us. The Ring of Fire tasted good.

That was the first and last time we ordered from you. We waited 2 hours for the food and then it didn't even taste good!!! The potato wedges were totally mushy and peppery. The chicken nuggets were exactly the same and we couldn't feel our tongues when it came to the chicken wings. It's unbelievable that you charge money for something like that. We're really disappointed and hope that others won't in the future get something like that.

The pizza tastes like a €1 pizza, and the cheese crust tastes like nothing. Thanks for the €15 rip-off. Service was friendly, though :)

Addendum: Unfortunately, after ordering several times, I realized that my first order was really not the norm. You should especially stay away from the kebabs here. Two flattened kebabs arrived, measuring 12x12 cm and containing hardly any meat. Pizza is still ok, but unfortunately most of them taste the same. The delivery time was stated to be around 60 minutes, which is actually very long. However, this time was adhered to without any problems. The pizzas arrived warm and were also filling and tasty. I am very satisfied for the price. It's also positive that the pizza delivery people really look at the "note" that you can give when ordering and take your wishes for the delivery location into account and remain friendly at the same time.
