Me and my friend went here the other day and our experience wasn‘t great. All the signs said that one scoop = 1.20€. But when we were paying, the guy at the counter demanded that we pay 2.40€ for each scoop, as if they don’t even know the price! It gets worse because as I was paying the 1.20€, he touched my arm and repeatedly told me that the actual price was 2.40€. So we left, because it didn’t feel ok. Even though we go here regularly together, I’ve never experienced something like it. I mean you don’t just touch a random customer, who isn’t falling for your attempt to try and make him pay more than the actual price!! That’s all I can say, not going here to eat ice cream again, after being treated like this... Apart from that, the ice cream was okay. There are many different places to eat ice cream, wouldn’t recommend this one from my personal experience

Früher sind wir wirklich gern zu diesem Eiscafé gefahren. Mittlerweile ist es einfach jedes Mal ein Ärgernis. Bestellungen kommen ausnahmslos NIE komplett richtig an, wer dies dann anzusprechen wagt, wird unhöflich behandelt. Gestern war ich mit meiner Tochter da, 2 Kugeln eis für jeden von uns ist ja eigentlich nicht schwierig. ABER: Auch hier, BEIDE Bestellungen falsch. Ich habe mein Eis zurückgehen lassen, wollte auch kein neues mehr, meine Tochter hat ihres gegessen. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen wurde die Dame patzig und wollte mir sogar das von mir gar nicht gegessene Eis in Rechnung stellen. Eine bodenloste Frechheit. Ich werde da nicht mehr hingehen! Es gibt mehr als genug Eisdielen, die eine so simple Bestellung freundlich und vor allem richtig hinbekommen.

Die Kugel Eis kostet in diesem Jahr mal wieder mehr, ganze 1,20 Euro werden hier aufgerufen. 20% mehr als noch in 2018. Auch Eiscafes in Toplage(Innenstadt) sind nicht teurer. Für ein bisschen Sahne in einem Eisbecher mit 3 Kugeln sage und schreibe 1 Euro Aufpreis berechnet. All das bei bestenfalls mittelmäßiger Qualität und Quantität. Über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten. Auch Magenprobleme nach dem Eisgenuss kamen hier schon vor. Zum Personal spare ich mir besser jeden Kommentar. Wird in Zukunft von uns eher gemieden, auch wenn er um die Ecke ist.

Die Qualität ist nicht mehr das was es einmal war. Die Frische hat deutlich nachgelassen (vielleicht zu viele Geschäfte?). Die Mitarbeiter verstehen teilweise schlecht deutsch und somit können Extrawünsche häufig nicht berücksichtigt werden. Nach dem letzten Mal hatten wir leider Magenprobleme

Unfortunately, the restaurant has deteriorated considerably. Okay, you shouldn't expect great things, but: - the tables are absolutely unacceptable and rarely wiped - the food isn't what it used to be. Fries aren't cooked well, peas taste like hot water, dumplings are super greasy... - the drink dispensers aren't maintained either. After I also upset my stomach, this was our last visit there for a while. Too bad. It had always been an alternative in conjunction with shopping.

This was the first and last time we ordered from you. We waited two hours for the food and it didn't even taste good!!! The potato wedges were completely mushy and peppery. The chicken nuggets were exactly the same and with the chicken wings we couldn't feel our tongues at all. It's unbelievable that you charge money for something like that. We're really disappointed and hope for others that they don't get something like this in the future.

Guys, your food tastes good, but you shouldn't rest on your laurels. I'm disappointed because I was expecting my order. I expected to get the small mini doner kebab with tzatziki and aioli with the delivery. And it's just a matter of principle. I didn't order cocktail sauce. None of the doner kebabs I ordered came with cocktail sauce. Next time, I'll order in cash and maybe give you only a quarter of the price, even though you expect the normal amount.

Ordered pizza online on Sunday via the Dominos website and made an instant transfer using Klarna to make it quicker. Half an hour later, an employee called me and said they were out of cheese and he was cancelling the order. I thought, OK, the money would be back in my account about 5 minutes later without a problem. I went on Tuesday - they didn't even check beforehand how or whether the order had already been paid for. They promised to sort it out quickly. I went again today and nobody knew what was going on, now I'm supposed to go again on Saturday evening. I'll only order to collect from there from now on, if at all, or ask the employee before ordering online whether each ingredient is still available. [Continued] Another new employee, but this time it was too late to get my money back. I immediately contradicted this, saying it wasn't my fault, and they took another photo of the order and just put me off, and now apparently the shift manager will take care of it. It's not like they were going to do it on Tuesday and Thursday... It's really disgusting that I have to chase after this mess 😠. [After the owner's token reply three days ago, everything's back to normal. eBay and the like can handle things much faster and more easily than this store if there's a problem with an order. Pure delaying tactics here.]
