Me and my friend went here the other day and our experience wasn‘t great. All the signs said that one scoop = 1.20€. But when we were paying, the guy at the counter demanded that we pay 2.40€ for each scoop, as if they don’t even know the price! It gets worse because as I was paying the 1.20€, he touched my arm and repeatedly told me that the actual price was 2.40€. So we left, because it didn’t feel ok. Even though we go here regularly together, I’ve never experienced something like it. I mean you don’t just touch a random customer, who isn’t falling for your attempt to try and make him pay more than the actual price!! That’s all I can say, not going here to eat ice cream again, after being treated like this... Apart from that, the ice cream was okay. There are many different places to eat ice cream, wouldn’t recommend this one from my personal experience

Früher sind wir wirklich gern zu diesem Eiscafé gefahren. Mittlerweile ist es einfach jedes Mal ein Ärgernis. Bestellungen kommen ausnahmslos NIE komplett richtig an, wer dies dann anzusprechen wagt, wird unhöflich behandelt. Gestern war ich mit meiner Tochter da, 2 Kugeln eis für jeden von uns ist ja eigentlich nicht schwierig. ABER: Auch hier, BEIDE Bestellungen falsch. Ich habe mein Eis zurückgehen lassen, wollte auch kein neues mehr, meine Tochter hat ihres gegessen. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen wurde die Dame patzig und wollte mir sogar das von mir gar nicht gegessene Eis in Rechnung stellen. Eine bodenloste Frechheit. Ich werde da nicht mehr hingehen! Es gibt mehr als genug Eisdielen, die eine so simple Bestellung freundlich und vor allem richtig hinbekommen.

Die Kugel Eis kostet in diesem Jahr mal wieder mehr, ganze 1,20 Euro werden hier aufgerufen. 20% mehr als noch in 2018. Auch Eiscafes in Toplage(Innenstadt) sind nicht teurer. Für ein bisschen Sahne in einem Eisbecher mit 3 Kugeln sage und schreibe 1 Euro Aufpreis berechnet. All das bei bestenfalls mittelmäßiger Qualität und Quantität. Über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten. Auch Magenprobleme nach dem Eisgenuss kamen hier schon vor. Zum Personal spare ich mir besser jeden Kommentar. Wird in Zukunft von uns eher gemieden, auch wenn er um die Ecke ist.

Die Qualität ist nicht mehr das was es einmal war. Die Frische hat deutlich nachgelassen (vielleicht zu viele Geschäfte?). Die Mitarbeiter verstehen teilweise schlecht deutsch und somit können Extrawünsche häufig nicht berücksichtigt werden. Nach dem letzten Mal hatten wir leider Magenprobleme

That was the first and last time we ordered from you. We waited 2 hours for the food and then it didn't even taste good!!! The potato wedges were totally mushy and peppery. The chicken nuggets were exactly the same and we couldn't feel our tongues when it came to the chicken wings. It's unbelievable that you charge money for something like that. We're really disappointed and hope that others won't in the future get something like that.

Meller Str. 2bI ordered from Smileys yesterday and so far I haven't had any bad experiences with it. Until yesterday. I ordered a chicken wrap that had burnt spots on the outside and almost no filling at all on the inside. My girlfriend had the Ring of Fire and had diarrhea the next day. When I called there to order a new wrap, the gentleman on the phone said that it wasn't a problem. A little later I was called again by these gentlemen. Then he suddenly told me that they couldn't prepare me a new wrap, instead they would give me a credit. The credit is still not there. I've actually always been happy with Smileys in the past, but after this event I probably won't order there again.

Rosenpl. 1The pizza tastes like a €1 pizza, and the cheese crust tastes like nothing. Thanks for the €15 rip-off. Service was friendly, though :)

An d. Petersburg 17Addendum: Unfortunately, after ordering several times, I realized that my first order was really not the norm. You should especially stay away from the kebabs here. Two flattened kebabs arrived, measuring 12x12 cm and containing hardly any meat. Pizza is still ok, but unfortunately most of them taste the same. The delivery time was stated to be around 60 minutes, which is actually very long. However, this time was adhered to without any problems. The pizzas arrived warm and were also filling and tasty. I am very satisfied for the price. It's also positive that the pizza delivery people really look at the "note" that you can give when ordering and take your wishes for the delivery location into account and remain friendly at the same time.

Rheiner Landstraße 215The staff is nice and friendly, but noticeably overwhelmed. Cutlery was missing and the glasses that you are supposed to take to fill in front of the checkout were all - really all of them! - dirty. So in the sense of sloppily washed. The food itself was okay, just Ikea food. Salmon fillet was great, unfortunately the beans were swimming in oil, and the fries were unsalted. The coffee was terrible. The belt for returning dishes was completely overcrowded.
