Waited about 1.5 hours on a Sunday for a smaller order, the food was mashed, the salad had spilled out and the whole bag of food was only lukewarm, which means it had been ready for a while, the person on the phone and the person delivering were not impressive, although the woman on the phone brushed us off in a rude manner and answered the question where the food was in an inaccurate and cheeky manner

Unfortunately disappointing – value for money is not right We recently visited this grill and were actually looking forward to a simple but tasty meal. We ordered a Jägerschnitzel and a homemade meatball - unfortunately neither dish was convincing in any way. The meatball was extremely salty and hardly edible in taste. The Jägerschnitzel was equally disappointing: limp meat of questionable quality, old fat, and an unappealing sauce that didn't seem fresh. Of course, we are aware that the price of the food was very cheap - but we still think it would be better to have something more expensive and of better quality than a result like this. Unfortunately, the photos speak for themselves.

Complaint about incomplete order I would like to inform you of my concern regarding my last order. On March 29, 2025 (pickup number 200) I pre-ordered food from you and traveled an extra 20 km from Saterland. When I picked it up I pointed out that it looked like the order was incomplete. When I got home this turned out to be correct as two orders were missing. When I subsequently asked for clarification, I was not given a proper apology. Instead, I was simply offered the option of picking up the missing orders or receiving a credit for next time. This was particularly disappointing as I had visitors at home and was dependent on the full order. I have always enjoyed your food so far, but due to this incident I can no longer order from you. I would have liked a partial/refund or some other form of redress to compensate for this unpleasant situation. I drove a total of 80km 2x40km That's pretty unprofessional. Never again thank you!

Best food in the area, the calamari really isn't adulterated, service is fabulous, new in the shop you can make your own Belgian waffles.

The food doesn't taste good at all, bad prices, quality, everything bought from np, cleanliness, they don't know hair in the food, even on purpose I would deliver it to the health department

I've ordered from there many times. I ordered two things; one was just thawed and no longer good. The other had something else in it. Didn't look good. Never again.

Whenever we are on our way back, we always eat our ice cream here, very tasty and very friendly service 😋👍😁

Friday 6:20 p.m. - Shop closed. How difficult can it be to store opening times on an internet presence?!

The toilets were in a disastrous condition. Technically and above all the cleanliness. It feels like every rest stop toilet is cleaner. And unfortunately for a McDonald's, poor food. At least the service was okay.
