I've been here several times and have always received friendly service. Especially the young employees, who were criticized in a previous review, have always been attentive, polite, and helpful. 👏 Perhaps sometimes it's not the service that's the problem, but rather your own expectations or how you feel that day. 😉 If someone needs absolute peace and quiet and immediate service, a vending machine might be a better choice – there's no waiting time and no facial expressions. 🤷‍♀️ A huge thank you to the team ❤️ You're doing a great job, and I'll be happy to come back!

The best snack bar in the district. The long wait times on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are due to the demand. Even if you allow 10 minutes per customer, which is quite ambitious depending on the dish, six customers per employee means a wait of an hour. The lunch menu is also highly recommended. I particularly like the mashed potatoes and smoked pork. In my opinion, all the employees put customer satisfaction first, but they're quick-witted enough to stand up to all the Karens in the world.

I was always enthusiastic, but now my opinion has changed. Sometimes the wait times are extremely long, and the employees are very unfriendly and unmotivated (at least when the younger lady and gentleman are working).

Disappointing – Poor Value for Money We recently visited this grill and were looking forward to a simple but tasty meal. We ordered a Jägerschnitzel (hunter's schnitzel) and a homemade meatball – unfortunately, neither dish was satisfactory. The meatball was extremely salty and barely edible. The Jägerschnitzel was equally disappointing: limp meat of questionable quality, old fat, and an unappetizing sauce that didn't seem fresh. Of course, we understand that the food was very inexpensive – but we still think it's better to pay a little more for better quality than to get a result like this. The photos unfortunately speak for themselves.

Yes, I've actually been a customer here for 30 years! But what's been going on here for the last six months isn't happening at all! Ordering fries so dark that they are hard as a stone sometimes takes 1 to 2 hours or they don't even answer the phone! SCHADE WAS ACTUALLY ALWAYS A LOVE TO BE WITH YOU! BUT THEN I'D RATHER LEAVE MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! GREETINGS from evil

I had a disappointing experience with the service at this takeaway. When I tried to order food over the phone, an unfriendly lady answered the phone. She informed me that delivery would take until 9pm. When I needed some time to think about it, she reacted rudely and said: “Yes, then not.” Such rude reactions are unacceptable in the restaurant industry and significantly spoil the experience. I can't recommend this takeaway as long as the service remains like this.

We've gotten something out before and it was okay. But this time we were unfortunately disappointed. The fries were fried for far too long and the currywurst was burnt. In my opinion, double wrapping the food is not necessary either. But what is always the case is that the staff is super friendly!

Food is great! But unfortunately we haven't been able to order food for the last few weeks. Either you can't get through on the phone at all at 5:30 p.m. or there are waiting times of 1.5 hours for burgers and fries. I myself have worked in a snack bar for years and it's not a problem if you have to wait a little longer, but that's not understandable. Especially when the staff is standing in the store, all chilled out, chatting and eating... Hopefully that will change again.

Good German snack bar with good prices. Food tastes good, keep it up.

Wir kommen nicht von hier und haben den Imbiss zufällig entdeckt und ich kann nur sagen das war sehr viel, sehr lecker und sehr günstig. Die einzige Warnung wäre, das die Pommes eher als eigenständige Mahlzeit denn als Beilage überzeugen, weil die Portion groß genug ist alleine satt zu machen. Ein bisschen versteckt in einer kleineren Einbahnstraße geht der Imbiss fast als Geheimtipp durch, aber vermutlich ist er den Einheimischen bekannt
