I can sit inside and eat at any Pizza Hut in the world, but at your place I should stay outside? If you make a face like that at me, then I'm just giving my honest opinion. I pay for my food and then I get bullied? If you can't run the store, then shut down. What is this aunt actually imagining?
The service is clumsy and chaotic, who's turn is completely random. The kebab pockets are so hard and brittle that it is painful to chew. The taste of the contents cannot be assigned to any known food.
Every time you arrive with a 2 for 1 voucher for Cheezy Crust people say we don't have any, strangely people without a voucher always get one. I wonder why there is this voucher. I'll definitely complain to the head office. Pizza Hut isn't worthy of working with people like that. It's just damaging to its reputation.
It used to be one of my absolute favorite sushi hotspots. It has become quite expensive, which in itself is completely okay. What's not right is that if you specifically choose the evening offer on the weekend and the offer simply isn't there. Mochis, scallops, ikura, edamame and a few other weekend offerings were all sold out. And you don't have to spend so much money on it...
We ordered a large pizza (28cm), but of course, they were the same size as the S version. Also, the prices online "on the official website" don't even match the price you pay in person. Truly cheeky.
It used to be a good kebab. Today you get meat from a warm container which is absolutely in the bottom drawer. Cut the meat FRESH!! I also paid €4 for a bottle of Fanta 🤣. Service is very friendly but this meat from the warming box is absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately this was the third time in a row...
There were two of us there in the evening and we each ordered a waffle. The store was not very busy at the time. We had to wait 30 minutes for the waffles, which is absolutely incomprehensible given how few customers the store had at the time. The first waffle came after 22 minutes, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the second. Why aren't they prepared first and then brought to the table at the same time? I also ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream with my waffle, but what was served was a scoop of vanilla-flavored yoghurt ice cream that can be easily distinguished from each other visually... well. The cherry on the cake was when we found a PIECE OF PLASTIC WRAP in the ice cream scoop on the other cone... seriously??? At least the waffles tasted pretty good. Although there were several employees there, it was clear that a younger woman was working almost alone and also looked stressed, the others were always happy to take breaks to chat. In addition, the large board on the wall doesn't show everything you can order. If you want an overview of the menu you have to look at the menu, which is only available inside at the seats. What if you want to order takeaway? Rather a disadvantage for the Waffle House. We were definitely disappointed.
