So, yesterday I was in this kebab shop, and man, oh man, the kebab meat was just... well, I just don't understand the guy behind it. Why the hell doesn't he just change the meat? It would be so easy! I mean, a little quality would be good for the store, right? But no, instead he seems to prefer causing stomach ache and doing his own thing. Why? Because he's a money-hungry guy.

Really bad, if you want to get a stomach ache and chill in the bathroom for 2 days then there you go. The employees are really disrespectful and rude, they just laugh at the customers. First time and never again!!!

Happened twice that they took the wrong order. Last time was a Döner box without fries, guess what was in the box. This time I ordered Dürüm Falafel, and he asked me what I wanted in my sandwich, with the piece of bread in his hand. They act like it’s not their fault, that I ordered wrong in the first place… well given the other comments it seems I’m not the first one. The main problem is that they get distracted by any of their friends that come in and start discussing while you’re ordering… this in in my opinion highly disrespectful. Paid for the cola while he was discussing, then accused me of putting it in my pocket without paying… Prices are otherwise ok, but given the poor quality of the service, I doubt I will go there again.

The person who work here doesn't respect the customer. I ordered Döner Box he said it will take time and gave burger. But he took more time than he told. He openly says don't come here. The kind of attitude he has conveys he own the place and I am begging for food.

People who say that the kebab or burgers here are delicious have never eaten one before. Fries and Twisty are good, but you really can't pass them up. Prices are a bit too high. Burgers taste the same as at McDonalds, if not worse, but cost more. There are four people working there, we stood there for 10 minutes and were then asked again what we wanted to order. Then again from someone else whether we want to take it with us or not, which is what we said before. So they are also slower than McDonalds and comparable takeaways.

To be correct, these are the most disgusting people I have ever seen in a snack bar. It was a storm, his father, I just wanted to buy some water (so we wouldn't be rude just standing in the store) and wait in the store until the storm calmed down. I drink my water in the store, less than 2 minutes later one of the employees asks if I would like to eat something else. I politely decline, but I see that he wants to tell me that otherwise we (me and my girlfriend dressed in summer clothes) have to go out into the storm. Until then, I understand the seller. (even if I hadn't asked for a purchase, it was really stormy) I now bought a falafel sandwich and we waited. Meanwhile everything is okay until he suddenly asks if we want to eat here or take away. I say eat here, he points to outside (by eating here he meant in the middle of the rain after they have closed the umbrellas) Completely confused, I asked again if we could wait in the store for a moment until the storm stopped...he simply said no. Meine Bestellung wurde verwechselt, ich musste zweites Mal erklären was ich bestellt habe, das kostet Zeit. Fleisch und Pommes waren übergebraten und zu salzig. Auch die scharfe Soße ist nicht wirklich scharf.

Abends beim vorbeigehen mit Hunger im Magen dort gegessen! Döner ist gut, Portion leider etwas klein aber geschmacklich gut und das Brot ist SUPER!

Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Mit großem Hunger haben wir die Hälfte von dem Essen geschafft, aber aus Angst vor Bauchschmerzen und tierischem Instinkt müssten wir mit Schmerz im Herzen die andere Hälfte aufgeben. Da das Fleisch uhd das Brot im Vergleich (würde uns als erfahrene dönerverspeiser identifizieren) extrem ranzig war.

Döner box was very full, portion was huge. The fries was good but meat was too salty! Cant taste anything but salt. I had better döner than this.

Vorsicht Abzocke!!! 15,- € für einen Döner verlangen, der den Preis nicht mal annähernd wert ist! Auf Extrawünsche wurde gleich gar nicht eingegangen. Leider erst zu spät gemerkt.

Portion war lächerlich klein. Keine 6€ wert.

To be fair, is a nice kebab taking into account that is in the center of luisen platz. I would recommend if you are traveling and want to stop there.

Personal war sehr nett muss man sagen. Aber der Döner war sehr schlecht, minderwertiges Fleisch sowie labbriges Brot. Habe es mit Freundin gegessen nach 10 Minuten hatten wir beide Durchfall. Nie wieder sorry.

Донер был неплохой, мясо вкусное, но овощей маловато и не хватает соуса. Приготовили быстро, обслуживание приятное, ребята повара очень вежливые Обслуживание - 5 звёзд 👍🏼 А сама еда - 3 звезды…

Sehr gutes Essen. Es gibt dort Döner, Burger und andere leckere Gerichte, auch zum Mitnehmen. Auf besondere Wünsche wird eingegangen und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Auxh der Wechsel von Saucen, spezielle Wünsche im Belag des Burgers oder der Dönerbox sind möglich. Die Preise sind nicht zu hoch angesetzt trotz der guten Lage. Der Döner kostet dort 4.50€, anderswo sind es 50ct mehr und hier haben das Fleisch, sowie die Saucen einen sehr guten Geschmack. Wenn man den Döner scharf haben möchte, gibt es hier anders als üblich keine Chiliflocken, sondern eine scharfe Sauce zusätzlich auf den Döner. Ich esse dort alle paar Wochen mal und hatte bisher nur positive Erfahrungen.

Warum ist der Laden geschlossen? Sollte eigentlich aufhaben laut den Öffnungszeiten.

Überteuert und vergessen besteck für unterwegs

Der Döner war gut, jedoch insgesamt eher „gewöhnlich“. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es bessere Döner, jedoch liegt der Laden äußerst zentral, direkt am Luisenplatz. Das Personal ist freundlich, wirken jedoch auch etwas desinteressiert. Sie tun aber was sich für ein Schnellimbiss gehört: zuverlässig und schnell arbeiten. Daher eine Empfehlung mit Einschränkung.

Heute Haare im Fleisch Ekelhaft nie wieder komm ich zu euch nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!! Das Geflügelfleisch ist nichts besonders etwas zu teuer weil du einen Original Döner aus100% (Kalbfleisch )für 4,50€ bekommst in Darmstadt .und noch was Einen Geflügel Döner darf man nicht Döner nennen er muß aus 100% Kalbfleisch sein nur dann ist es ein Döner nur zur info

Wollte nen Cheeseburger ohne Gurken, hab nen Hamburger nur mit Gurken bekommen.

Bedienung freundlich, Döner grauenvoll.

Hier gibt es sehr guten und günstigen Döner.

Der Imbiss wirkt sauber und sehr ordentlich. Das Essen ist gut sortiert und wird anschaulich präsentiert. Das einzige Manko hier, die Burger sind gefrorene Fertigbulleten, was nicht sehr appetitlich wirkt. Der Preis des Döners ist meiner Meinung nach unangemessen. Grund hierfür: der Döner ist sehr klein im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz und geschmacklich nichts besonderes, daher würde ich den Döner eher auf 3€ ansetzen.(Kostet 4€ wenn ich mich richtig errinere) Jetzt zu den Mitarbeitern. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und mürrisch. Das Fleisch am Spieß war teils angekohlt und der Kunde hat die dunkelsten Stellen bekommen, da man diese ja loswerden möchte. Dabei könnte man so gut auch die Hitze ausmachen solange keine Kunden da sind oder dieses verkohlte Fleisch entsorgen
