Spontaneously visited the Genusserie for a cocktail. We had a very nice evening, great ambience, friendly service and tasty gin and tonic. We'd love to come back.

Yes. I can recommend a visit here, at least as far as the food is concerned. The taste was good; also nicely presented. Friendly service. But: No card payment possible - that's not possible these days. And unfortunately the toilets had a terrible smell. This should be checked during restaurant operations. And there wasn't much going on with 4 tables occupied.

Highly recommended Asian restaurant right on the train station square in Bad Vilbel. The dishes are very good in terms of taste and quality! The bowls can be put together individually: the selection of ingredients is great! But it could be a little larger in size. Preparation is quick and the staff is very friendly. We like to order for pickup, so delivery cannot be evaluated. There are also seats on site.

Das Restaurant heißt jetzt "Herzlich" und hat mit Matthias Zeiler einen neuen Betreiber. Man kennt ihn vom "Citydog"; seinen Handkäsburger und seine Sparerips gibt es noch. Zusätzlich zeigt die Karte interessante Schnitzelvarianten; wechselnde Saisonkarten runden das Angebot ab. Nebenbei schaut man ein bisschen beim Tennis zu und hat von der Terrasse einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Der Heilsberg hat eine gute Essensalternative.

Drinks arrived and we were able to place our order after half an hour. After that nothing more happened. Guests who arrived much later received their food long before us. After about an hour we were asked if we had ordered yet. When we asked where our food was, they just said it was so busy. After about 2 hours our food arrived, not a word of apology, just the excuse that it was so busy. The other guests had their orders within half an hour, we had to wait a full 2 ​​hours. Afterwards he was so frustrated that the food no longer tasted good. It's a real shame, Sorisso doesn't see me anymore.

Good day We wanted to go to Elementaro and thought we would have something nice to eat beforehand. We ordered at around 3:15 p.m. and unfortunately our food didn't arrive for an hour. The Champion cream sauce tasted like a mixed powder sauce.
