We had a wonderful evening last night, but what really made our visit special was the exceptional kindness of a member of staff named Victoria.
As soon as we paid at the checkout, we were greeted with such a warm smile that we immediately felt welcome. She was incredibly attentive and took a moment to ask about our evening.
But what particularly impressed us was that Victoria even came to our table later to ask whether everything was OK and whether we enjoyed the food. This personal touch and their genuine interest in our well-being really surprised us in a very positive way. It is rare to experience such attention and kindness.
I asked for a big birthday here and was then invited to tour the property. No one was there at the agreed time and all doors were locked. Attempts to reach someone by phone were unsuccessful. I received an email reply saying that I hadn't confirmed the appointment either. After I copied the appointment confirmation I had sent in advance into my answer, they apologized and suggested I could just come again. But with a journey of 80km one way, it's more than annoying to stand in front of a closed door... For these reasons, I won't be celebrating my birthday here, as there's no planning involved.
After I contacted the organizers again by email about the situation, I received no response. I consider this to be highly unprofessional and can therefore not recommend this location to anyone.
. Unfortunately, when I left the restaurant I didn't check whether the order was complete - my mistake, but that's exactly why the team should be even more careful. When I got home I discovered that part of the order was missing. Very annoying, especially when you're looking forward to eating. It's a shame, I hope that more attention will be paid to completeness in the future.
We often order from AJs from the store. The long opening times make it a great advantage, especially on the night shift. The food tastes okay and has always arrived warm. But what has happened more and more often in recent months is that drinks or snacks such as fries that were ordered are often forgotten. Finally, the entire order never arrived at all. 2-3 stars more for this delivery service and it doesn't get any better there. Price performance is ok.
I ordered through the app but only had my money in cash, waited 15 minutes, arrived where the app said pickup ready, I entered the restaurant and the worker told me that I had to wait 10-20 minutes. I explained to her that I had an appointment and I just wanted to come by to pick up my pizza not to wait and then the worker started to argue with me and said that everyone is late for an appointment sometimes etc. and then she just talks to her colleague about me in a different language Disrespectful and disgraceful the worker, I hope she works in a different area there in the future because her shirt didn't even say Pizza Hut or KFC
Leider wurden wir heute sehr enttäuscht. Um 18.30 sollte man die Bestellung nach einer Stunde abholen, jedoch war alles erst im 19.20 fertig. Kein Angebot für ein Getränk während des Wartens und bei einer Bestellung von 110 Euro, 2 kleine Cola als Entschädigung ist ein Witz.
Zudem waren die Burger und Fritten kalt und einige Saucen fehlten. Geschmacklich wären die Burger gut gewesen, wenn sie warm gewesen wären und keine Haare drin gewesen wären.
Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht.
