Food is good, service is friendly, prices are a bit inflated.

I was a guest at a wedding. In short: the bride and groom can't repeat this day, but it was truly a disaster! Nothing was ready when we arrived on time. The groom eventually poured his own beer after no one responded to repeated requests. Throughout the entire evening, guests were busy lighting the candles, distributing water bottles, clearing up, tidying up, and so on. There were only three staff members; one woman was on her first day and didn't know how to prepare the drinks or how to clear away as much as possible on the way back. The two men were more concerned with taking cell phone videos of the guests than with doing their jobs. Nothing was going right. The decor didn't have all the elements discussed; for example, ALL table numbers were missing, and some guests had to make do without napkins. From start to finish, discussed items were missing. The agreed-upon midnight snack never arrived; instead, hamburgers were served without warning, which the bride and groom didn't want. The side dishes were pre-made sauces, the patties were incredibly bad, and the buns were far too small. The rest of the food was also bad: frozen spring rolls, ready-made meatballs in a ketchup mixture, hard bread for the bruschetta?!, the meat for the main course was dry, the rest unseasoned and in parts inedible, the creme brulee was completely hard?!, I didn't try the rest of the dessert, but it wasn't particularly appealing either. The cake was NOT refrigerated after it was cut, meaning the bride and groom couldn't eat it that night or take it home. Half of the cake was thrown away. A waste of money. All in all, it was a truly unsuccessful evening. I was told that even the preparation was a nightmare. No consideration of the bride and groom's wishes, zero flexibility, and no information on certain things, such as which parking space was available for the wedding (there were three that evening), etc. Unfortunately, I don't know how anyone can spend tens of thousands of euros on such a disaster!

Great surroundings, choose the barn for large invitations, plenty of space, go there for a meal, take it all in, recommended

We went to a wedding on the estate, the champagne reception after the wedding was great, then in the barn no service, you had to get the drinks yourself, barbecue buffet was good, at the stairs no railing, ladies' restroom could not be locked, nevertheless a wonderful wedding

The location itself is beautiful and offers a dreamy ambiance for a wedding – unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Organizational problems arose even during the preparation phase: Our contact person changed three times without us ever being informed. We only discovered this by asking ourselves, which is very unsettling during the wedding planning phase. Additionally, certain contractual conditions were not met – for example, no white carpet was laid on the path to the chapel, even though this had been agreed upon. Instead, the path was filled with churches, which is obviously very unfortunate for a white wedding dress. On the day of the reception, only two waiters from the estate were present for around 80 guests, which led to a significant overburdening. During the meal, there was no table service – the staff stood exclusively behind the bar and refused to serve drinks at the upper level of the dining area, even though no one was at the bar at the time, as all guests were seated. At 9 p.m., several guests were informed that certain drinks – including Aperol – were no longer available, even though we had a paid drinks package until 3 a.m. Mixing cocktails also seemed problematic, as the staff didn't know exactly how to prepare them. Some drinks were forgotten, and once a glass cracked while preparing the drink, and shards of glass fell between the ice of the cocktail. Only after a guest repeatedly pointed it out did the waiter realize the mistake, discard the glass, and prepare a new drink. Particularly incomprehensible: During the cutting of the wedding cake, a request was made for three more plates, to which the reply was that there were no more plates available, as they had been counted exactly for the number of guests. In addition, the initially assigned staff from the estate left the event as early as 10 p.m. Many guests felt unwelcome, as the tone was rather unfriendly and questions were often answered unprofessionally. For a wedding reception in this price range, we would have expected a significantly higher standard of service. However, we would like to give a special shout-out to the gentlemen who were behind the bar at the end – there was a clear difference, both in terms of friendliness and professionalism. Conclusion: A fantastic venue, but one that urgently needs to invest in its service staff to do justice to the atmosphere and the special occasion.

Unfortunately, these positive aspects were overshadowed by serious organizational and service-related deficiencies. The advance arrangements were already difficult, unclear, and uncooperative. This impression unfortunately continued on the day of the wedding: The service staff was unfriendly, unmotivated, and seemed irritated. Guests often had to get their own drinks from the bar, as there was no service during dinner. In some cases, personal belongings were cleared away even after guests had only briefly left their tables. Outdoor seating was quickly prepared for regular business, even though guests were still seated there. Further inconveniences arose: The staff couldn't prepare cocktails properly, responded rudely to inquiries, and announced at 9 p.m. that Aperol was out – only through a guest's own initiative was a refill found in the cellar. Right from the start of the day, guests were treated in a very condescending manner, for example, with the curt remark, "There's the barn down there," when asked for directions. Overall, it's a shame: A dream location and good food could have provided unforgettable moments – but the poor, unfriendly, and unprofessional service noticeably spoiled the day.

I wish the bride and groom all the best and that they always have fond memories of their wedding celebration. No matter how the canteen food was.

I can only agree with the negative reviews on Tripadvisor. A few days ago, I attended a wedding at the Lingental estate. The property is very beautiful. The rest is forgettable. The staff was unfriendly, not at all service-oriented. The food was not only a disaster in terms of taste (any cafeteria food is better), but agreements regarding this were also not kept. For example, medallions with cream sauce and fresh seasonal mushrooms were supposed to be served. However, the medallions were served with a brown, ready-made sauce without mushrooms. The medallions were not refilled. The explanation was that the medallions were empty and that there would be spare ribs instead. These were then reheated. Unbelievable. The stuffed chicken breast with herbs (which was dry and filled with a green mush) was replaced with unstuffed chicken breast the first time it was refilled. The chicken cream sauce that went with it was also missing. A watery, thin sauce was served with it. The Maultaschen lacked the seasonal vegetables. It couldn't have been the three carrot pieces in the sauce. Drinks weren't refilled regularly, so guests had to wait a very long time for their drinks. The service was terrible, completely unprofessional. I don't recommend this place!

Stunning location. Wonderful views of the artificial lake. Abundant food. Magnificent outdoors. A must-visit if you're in the area. The only thing is, it's only open on weekends.

We visited the country estate on a Friday evening in June specifically for the BBQ. Unfortunately, we were informed that the grill was closed due to a lack of staff. I read the same thing in another review. Was that a coincidence? Of course, we were initially disappointed. The meat and fish were okay, but the vegetables were unfortunately way too salty, and the burger we ordered had neither cheese nor lettuce on it, and that cost over €20. As compensation, we got a free dessert, but that was still our last visit.

The location is simply fantastic. The food was a bit overpriced for its taste. The service could have been better for our group. The meals didn't arrive at the table at the same time, and honestly, if the first 16 of us hadn't started eating, their dishes would have been frozen by the time the rump steak arrived (just kidding, of course) - but we're talking a 15-minute time difference here! This wasn't just the case with the main course, but also with the starter, the salad. Then there were other mistakes, like missing Parmesan cheese, spoons for pasta dishes, and croutons that should have gone on the salad. As I said, all in all OK, but with the background noise like service and cooking times, and given the relatively sparsely occupied tables, it's not really acceptable. The prices, as I said, are rather high here. Be sure to keep an eye on children, as the pond is quite deep.

The food was good. However, the prices were far too high. When you look at a menu at that price, you expect exclusive service, which we were very disappointed in. There were items missing from all of our orders, which we only received after complaining. To make matters worse, the food arrived very late, meaning that by the time the last person had their food, the first people had already finished. It's a shame... The atmosphere is fantastic, but unfortunately, the price and service don't even come close to matching.

A very nice location with delicious food, very friendly service, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely plan to stop here more often when we're on the road. What would be even better would be two Type 2 charging points on-site in the parking lot, as we (and others) often travel by electric motorcycle (or other electric vehicles) and are always on the lookout for such wonderful spots to combine a break with charging. Many people (including us) specifically look for places where this is possible when we're on the road. While the network reception in the restaurant area is limited, there seems to be a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. A definite recommendation.

We had reserved a table for a Friday evening, expecting to enjoy a BBQ experience with freshly grilled food. However, we were immediately informed that the grill was closed due to a lack of staff and that all dishes would be prepared in the kitchen instead. The menu, however, remained unchanged, although many of the BBQ dishes would be difficult to recreate with comparable quality without a grill. Unfortunately, this also affected the taste: The main courses seemed dry and some were barely edible. In our opinion, adapting the menu to reflect a more regular menu would have been sensible and appropriate. One positive aspect was the friendly and attentive service. The server was understanding of the situation and passed on our feedback to the kitchen. In contrast, we found the owner's behavior to be rather unfriendly – ​​in our opinion, there is room for improvement, especially with regard to communication and customer service. It was particularly disappointing that guests with reservations were not informed in advance about the BBQ cancellation – we had planned our visit specifically for this reason. Overall, the price-performance ratio wasn't there that evening. It's a shame, because with a little more transparency and flexibility, the evening would have been much more positive.

We had our wedding at Landgut Lidenthal and were very disappointed in the end. The organization went fairly smoothly, and on the day of the wedding, everything was initially going great until we were asked to leave at 8:30 p.m. Our contract stipulated midnight, but the team very rudely insisted on 8:30 p.m. We later emailed the organizer about this situation and received neither a response nor an apology for being kicked out on our own wedding day. I wouldn't trust them again for such important events.

I arrived at 5 p.m. sharp on Sunday and was immediately greeted by the young saleswoman with braces, who said, "You saw we close at 6 p.m.?!" It's not inviting at all, sorry! We just wanted coffee and cake anyway. The atmosphere is nice, and the cake is okay. But I'll think twice about going there again.

Really nice atmosphere, quiet and still sunny in the evening, so you can really switch off there. The quality of the food is great, everything tasted excellent. Unfortunately, the portions are significantly too small given the prices charged for them. Example: Two Maultaschen for almost €23 are clearly too much if I drive home hungry afterwards. I'd be happy to come back for the ambience, but the price-performance ratio will (unfortunately) keep me away

We had Easter brunch with the family. Overall a wonderful experience. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, the food was very high quality and tasted very tasty! The selection and food offering was also very extensive. All in all, nothing was missing that your heart desired. The ambience on the estate is simply wonderful, only the sun was unfortunately a little too rare on this Easter Monday. But the walls, the furnishings and how the hall was prepared by the hosts allowed us to experience a very pleasant and beautiful Easter. The entire estate invites you to linger. Our three children had a lot of fun and had plenty of space to run around and play. The kids' imaginations are really stimulated here and they were very satisfied and happy! The sanitary facilities were also very well maintained and very clean. Here you go into a beautifully furnished vaulted cellar. Overall, you can see the attention to detail and we felt very well looked after here and it was a wonderful trip with an excellent brunch. Many thanks to the hosts / organizers! We'll be back!

I asked for a big birthday here and was then invited to tour the property. No one was there at the agreed time and all doors were locked. Attempts to reach someone by phone were unsuccessful. I received an email reply saying that I hadn't confirmed the appointment either. After I copied the appointment confirmation I had sent in advance into my answer, they apologized and suggested I could just come again. But with a journey of 80km one way, it's more than annoying to stand in front of a closed door... For these reasons, I won't be celebrating my birthday here, as there's no planning involved. After I contacted the organizers again by email about the situation, I received no response. I consider this to be highly unprofessional and can therefore not recommend this location to anyone.

We were extremely hungry. In this respect, Mahdi's portion perhaps didn't quite fit our stomach, which had such a big hole in it. But the taste was quite good and the atmosphere there is simply beautiful and unique and Lilalu is always worth a visit.

Our experiences with the catering service: It couldn't be worse. Simply without words... Even communicating in advance was more than difficult. They arrived at the celebration significantly late. There wasn't enough food at the back or front. The staff was completely incompetent. On the phone on the evening of the celebration they admitted that they had only delivered food for 90 people instead of the 106 that had been ordered. Afterwards they denied everything... Update: Really very interesting...apparently they don't do any catering. But you belong to Z Event & Catering GmbH.

Report from the beer garden: We were anything but enthusiastic. The restaurant manager walked at least five times over a pink napkin lying on the floor and didn't think it was necessary to bend down. A guest then took pity. Our order came relatively quickly. The salad we ordered came relatively quickly, and the restaurant manager had apparently already seen the sausage salad we ordered with it when we asked (wherever). It then took another half hour. The taste was a disaster (except for the fries). The plates, which we had only partially touched, remained on the table for at least half an hour until we could ask for payment. That also took another 20 minutes until the restaurant boss made himself comfortable at our table. At least he didn't want to charge us for the miserable sausage salad, which we accepted without comment. Never again. Completely unprofessional shop.

New Year's Eve at the estate!!! Friendly welcome, nice atmosphere, beautifully set table. The starter was good. The main courses tasted delicious, but everything was only lukewarm, except at the only real cooking station....which the cook unfortunately left at some point because it was in constant steam without a vent...as were the tables in the immediate vicinity. After dinner the music was turned up so loud that it was no longer possible to have a conversation. The dessert buffet had simple desserts...no crème brulee! With around 70 people, the barn was simply too big for celebrating... (there would also have been smaller options on the property)... there was no atmosphere, which was also due to the DJ's choice of music. The announced brilliant fireworks, which were ignited late, were very poor. I was really very disappointed because I had spent a great New Year's Eve at the estate years before. Conclusion: the price-performance ratio for €179 without drinks (except the welcome glass and midnight glass) was unfortunately not right here at all.

We came for lunch on Christmas Day and had three things from the sea and river for starters: tuna tartare, crayfish salad and scallops. The service was tried hard, but understaffed. Politely and thoughtfully, we were asked whether the children's meals should be served with the adults' entrees. It was planned, but unfortunately it was not carried out. The children had spaetzle with sauce, both convenience foods, so not homemade. However, the children enjoyed it. In the main course we had goose leg and goose breast with red cabbage, potato dumplings, chestnuts and jus, as well as two things from the forest. The latter came, the goose was a long time coming. It was not possible to eat together. When the two plates of goose finally arrived, the potato dumplings on both of them were actually frozen. One meal was returned straight away, the other was complained about and a new one was requested. This came after 15 minutes, red cabbage with a dried layer on top. The dish apparently went under the heat lamp, only the dumplings were replaced. This time they were no longer frozen, but cold! For €44 per portion, it's a disgrace. We like to eat out a lot. But certainly never here again.

There were no umbrellas set up, despite the blazing midday sun. Water wasn't found until very late... unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. The rump steak was more like a shoe sole... the loin tasted like a stable and was tough and the cream sauce looked like a finished product. The dessert was 1. too little and wasn't enough for the number of guests and was flaky, which absolutely shouldn't be the case with a chocolate mousse! The location only deserves 2 stars because of the lake and the barn.

Absolutely disappointing - never again! Our company party at this location was a huge disappointment. The service was very poor - the staff seemed annoyed and unprofessional, as if they had no interest in serving us. We were reluctantly let in 20 minutes early in the pouring rain and ended up being asked to leave late. The drinks we ordered only arrived after what felt like ages. The champagne reception was forgotten or the time was missed by an hour and was only arranged with grumbling after the order confirmation had been presented. The location itself is fantastic, but is ruined by poor service. The decoration was a bit uncreative and unimaginative. For the price we paid we definitely expected more. The service almost completely ruined our evening when they said it was too loud (absolutely not the case) and from 10 p.m. we weren't even allowed to use the location's music system at the specified volume. This would cost a few hundred euros extra. Unfortunately, we looked at the order confirmation too late, where it explicitly states that the sound system is included in every offer. Absolutely unprofessional from the manager of the location, who even had a bad tone. We then “celebrated” for the last 2 hours with our own little Bluetooth box and tried not to let it spoil our mood. Some colleagues then preferred to go home or move on. Absolutely not recommended - and when I think that some people have to celebrate their wedding there, it's just sad!!

Terrific! The estate is beautifully situated on a lake. There is a large beer garden and several rooms to rent. The food was very high quality and really very tasty and also very good. We were invited here for a birthday. From the coffee and cake, the starter cake and the duck, everything was excellent and to the point. Even the dessert “Panna Cota” is more than recommended. The service staff was very friendly and cheerful. She was always there for us. Big praise here too. We will definitely come back. A really great location. Keep it up!

We booked the care for our wedding through Hofgut Lingental, which belongs to Z Event & Catering GmbH. Contact with our contact person was very difficult. Our queries were often not answered at all or answered very late. The food was delivered late and unfortunately there was not enough food, although there were fewer guests than we had originally reported. The biggest problem was that we had several vegans and people with intolerances among our guests and no one could inform us about the ingredients of the dishes delivered. Of course, we had informed the catering company about this in advance. It is questionable whether ignorance about the ingredients is permissible. This turned into a nightmare for us as a bride and groom. I cannot recommend this catering company.

The right address for all celebrations with a beautiful, well-kept atmosphere.

We had a lovely birthday party at the Lingentaler Hof. The planning with the responsible event manager Alessia was professional and went smoothly. The ambience at the Lingentaler Hof is idyllic with the lake. The premises were beautifully decorated. There is a separate playroom for the children. The food was good. We had delicious starters and main course veal schnitzel, chicken breast and pork loin with side dishes. The loin could have been a little more tender, but it was still tasty. We held another celebration there weeks later. We had the grill package there. I would definitely recommend this, it was even tastier. The photos refer to both celebrations. The waitresses were attentive and very friendly. Overall we were very satisfied and we all had fun.

Based on our experience, I can hardly understand the 5-star reviews here, or rather I join those who find the location good but the rest is rather unsatisfactory. We stopped by Lingental on a Saturday afternoon because we had actually driven past it often for years and finally wanted to try the place out. Difficulties appeared right from the start. 5 or 6 tables in the beer garden were occupied but there was no waitress to greet us anywhere. We chose a table ourselves and sat down. Guests at at least one table were clearly waiting to pay; at another, to order. We waited maybe not quite 10 minutes for a waitress to show up. Okay, it can happen. Since the menus were already there by the time we were served, we actually already knew what we wanted to eat and drink. I ordered veal cream slices for €26.50, my companion was fillet of char for €28.50. Plus a bottle of mineral water and a glass of white wine. Things continued with the drinks brought relatively quickly. Both water glasses had “chips” on the rim and looked unappetizingly smeared, i.e. unclean. The nice waitress then brought some more but they also looked the same. My companion decided to drink from the glass in which the waitress had probably brought ice cubes as compensation. The wine glass was clean; the wine from Clauer also good and cool. Now the biggest disappointment was probably the food. I understand that prices have increased and that the place may have a more upscale feel. But in a beer garden and for €26.50, I expected a little more than a few strips of veal and some mushrooms and sauce in a “mini cocotte” — the portion size was disproportionate to the 4 röstis and a lot of cranberries. The sliced ​​meat was edible but lacked a lot of seasoning. The hash browns and cranberries were okay, but I would have swapped the amount of cranberries for more sliced ​​meat if the latter had tasted better. My companion's char fillet was dry and at least "seemed" warmed up. That probably wasn't the case, but the entire plate made that impression. Pea puree was green but largely unseasoned and compact; The carrots had a bite, but at the same time were bitter because they had probably received too much heat too quickly. The piece of lemon that was served was rotten from the inside. The rosemary sprig was fresh. Even if we had paid half, you wouldn't be able to say it was good value for money because the food wasn't actually enjoyable and we had to go home disappointed.

Wer Wert auf Professionaliätt legt, dem kann ich diese Location nicht weiterempfehlen. Für kleine Geburtstage sicherlich ganz schön, mehr aber nicht...

It used to be a nice restaurant with friendly service and delicious food, but today it's just disappointing. We had brunch, it was high priced with poor quality and cold food as they skimped on the heat lamp. Today on August 3rd, 2024 we wanted to give it another chance and eat in the beer garden. We got the menu from the service, chose our food and wanted to order, then we were told that the kitchen would close at 8 p.m. today. It was 7:55 p.m. when we were told this, even though the internet says until 10 p.m. I will never enter this restaurant again and I hope you do with this review To avoid disappointments of this kind. We didn't get anything and left, on a Saturday evening.

Our wedding in the magical Lingental estate was simply unforgettable! From the beautiful location to the best service. The food was an absolute delight and the drinks were first class. The entire team put a lot of passion and professionalism into ensuring that our big day went smoothly and magically. We couldn't imagine a better place for our celebration. Very nice location on a beautiful small lake. Price performance is right and the staff is super nice. Ideal for small to larger fires, but also just to grab something to eat. We celebrated our confirmation there and were very, very satisfied.

We were there for a wedding and everything was perfect

The country estate is really beautiful, I got married there and I'm still blown away by the great ambience, the great service and just everything. The food is delicious, our buffet was extremely well received by our guests, there was something for every taste, whether vegetarian or gluten-free, simply great. 100% recommended.

In the last few months I have had contact with the Lingental estate twice. And I wouldn't describe either of them as "magical". First, my fiancée and I went there for the rehearsal dinner for our wedding. We announced on the phone that we were vegetarians and wanted a purely vegetarian buffet for our wedding. But during the rehearsal dinner we were immediately served carpaccio as a starter. But okay, mistakes happen. But that shouldn't be the last thing that bothers us. In general, we both found the food to be very boring in terms of taste. As if the chef had completely avoided spices. And the service was also poor, almost non-existent. We were actually hoping for advice and an explanation of possible dishes for the wedding. But we waited in vain. After eating we waited about 20 minutes for the bill before getting up and going to the front to pay. And no one could give us any information about the organizational issues either. We were simply told that the person responsible was not there. Why do you make an appointment for a rehearsal dinner if the person responsible for organizing it isn't there?! Looking back, we are very happy about this bad experience. A few weeks later we were at a wedding where the Lingental estate had provided the catering. And what happened there is something you wouldn't wish on anyone. Here is a list of things that went wrong: 1. The food came half an hour later than ordered. 2. The food was even more disappointing than during our rehearsal dinner. The food in the cafeteria at my university was better back then. And I'm completely serious about that. 3. That was the worst: instead of the 106 people ordered, food was delivered for 90 people. Of course, the bride and groom were totally stressed out the entire evening. So you can't talk about a beautiful wedding here. And of course that was also annoying for the guests, some of whom had to go home hungry. What really makes me angry, however, is the fact that no apology was ever made. On the contrary: they only referred to the contract, which states that complaints must be reported IN WRITING within 30 minutes of the food arriving. As if a bride and groom had nothing more urgent to do at a moment like this than to write a letter to the caterer. Especially since we had already had telephone contact with the Lingental estate that evening. All in all, a huge rip off. So I can only recommend everyone to stay away from the Lingental estate.

The Lingental estate is simply fantastic! The service is first class, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious and of high quality. The location is simply fantastic, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and an idyllic ambience. Here you can really switch off and unwind. I can only warmly recommend the Lingental estate and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Great location with a charming beer garden right on a small lake

This time we went to a barbecue event with our team. The food was very tasty, all grilled specialties were grilled to perfection and the side dishes were very tasty. We really liked the atmosphere and the service was, as always, very quick and friendly. It's always nice to be here.

Very charming location, beautifully located. Good service. The only criticism: the seating in the hall was too small for the celebration. In the evening, windows and doors had to be closed and unfortunately there was no sufficient ventilation.

Die ersten sonnigen Tage haben uns mal wieder an Lingental vorbei geführt. Nicht immer ist das Restaurant geöffnet, somit haben wir uns gefreut in schöner Umgebung einen Kaffestop einzulegen. Wir bestellten zwei Cappuccino und zwei Stück Erdbeerkuchen. Der Kaffee wurde in winzigen Espressotassen serviert, die noch nicht einmal zur Hälfte gefüllt waren. Dann kam der Erdbeerkuchen. Dabei hat man sich in Kernspaltung geübt. Es war nicht einmal die Hälfte der üblichen Kuchenstückgröße. Erdbeerkuchen: 5,50€ (abgerechnet als Torte) und 4,50€ für einen Kaffee, de noch nicht einmal für mehr als einen einzigen Schluck gereicht hat. Das ist echter Wucher. Schade, früher sind wir hier gerne eingekehrt. Das war unser letztes Mal.

Were here as part of a company party. Really good in and of itself. Nice atmosphere, food was also delicious, drinks were also good and the service was nice. However, there were a few little things that I found a bit unfortunate. The grill buffet was cleared away relatively quickly and then, logically, they weren't allowed to give anything away if anyone was still hungry. Still very nice and definitely worth repeating.

The only magical thing about this country estate is the location and the rooms. However, I would advise anyone not to hold a celebration there. I've never seen anything as unprofessional as what he did there at a wedding! service offered. Apparently the location was booked with several celebrations and was completely overwhelmed. As a witness, I was constantly busy clarifying things that had been discussed several times in advance - and many of which, to the chagrin of the bride and groom, did not or could not take place as planned. (and, among other things, were canceled via WhatsApp 5 minutes before the wedding). More than sad when you consider that two people celebrated the best day of their lives here. In addition, the service provided was more good than bad - at the champagne reception, for example, the guests had to help themselves because the waitress simply disappeared and I always had to point out other things before something happened. The highlight, however, was the evening buffet - if you want to call it that. Vegetables overcooked, hardly any spices and 2 out of 3 meat dishes so dry and inedible that hardly any guest ate them. And that's not all - there wasn't even enough food for all the guests, even though there were fewer people present than planned, so the last people at the buffet had to scrape up the leftovers. Mind you, the first course at the buffet. The highlight, however, is that in the end the bride and groom are blamed for the disaster at dinner - as the guests would have been too hungry at 6pm!!! pm after coffee and cake. In general, the event manager's competence was more than questionable, rather sad. The above descriptions are just the tip of the iceberg but anything more would go beyond the scope. Landgut Lingental - not recommended!

We celebrated our wedding here in the event café. First of all, the room and the surroundings are beautiful, that's what attracted us to celebrate our special day here, despite the rather poor reviews on Google. Unfortunately, that is also one of the few positive things. In advance we had the chance to discuss our wishes and ideas with the event planner, which were then written down by the event planner. The day before our wedding, my maid of honor was informed that the champagne reception could not take place at the lake (as had been planned for months) but in our rented location, which in itself was not dramatic, although a little annoying. We had previously agreed that we would like to use the music system, but it was not operational and so a technician had to come to set up the system. Furthermore, guests from another wedding walked through our room at regular intervals. Of the service staff, I can only praise the black-haired lady. Despite her first day, she was super nice and clearly made an effort to do justice to all the guests. So now we come to the food, which was a complete disaster. Apart from the fact that there were far too few, even though 2 guests had left our wedding early, 2 of 3 types of meat were so dry that they were barely edible, the vegetables were overcooked and the cook probably doesn't know anything like spices . All in all, our witnesses were constantly busy clarifying things that I or we had agreed on months before.

Great location, food a culinary delight and great service. A dream for anyone looking for an event location!

Yesterday we were guests at a wedding party. A very beautiful piece of earth. Ambience great. The food, however, leaves much to be desired. Vegetables were overcooked, the meat was tough and dry. What was much worse (the dogs bit the last ones) they didn't get anything anymore. At the end we got a cold expresso.

Nice location, but the quality of the food definitely doesn't justify the very high prices. The cooking here isn't made with love and apparently the chef doesn't season it properly either. A repeat is out of the question for me anytime soon.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this cafe and I absolutely loved it! The cakes were incredibly delicious, each type a delight for the taste buds. I was particularly impressed by the baked potatoes, which were perfectly prepared and impressed with their variety of toppings. The ambience is beautifully designed and invites you to linger. Overall, a great experience that I can highly recommend. A visit here is definitely worth it!

A dream of a place. Were there on Father's Day to spend a nice day. Arrived at 11:20 am. However, it only opened at 12:00 p.m. The waitress wasn't interested. Immediately after we decided on a table we were asked whether it would be something. Family, upscale atmosphere. Priced in the upper middle segment. Good food that isn't available everywhere. Everything we got was worth every cent. A place where you like to stay. We were shown “almost” everything when there was time. The right space for every occasion or celebration. Each “hall” is furnished differently and has its own charm and has its own counter and service area. Very nice location. Here the customer is still king. Service Attentive but not intrusive and everyone has a smile on their faces and enjoys what they are doing here. A solution was immediately sought for every question and time was taken for it. When all the tables were occupied, there was no unrest and the increased load was not noticeable. Will definitely come back.

Selbst, wenn das Essen nicht gut wäre, würde ich öfter hierhergehen. Ich komme viel herum und habe auf allen Reisen kaum irgendeinen Ort / Platz gesehen, der mit einer derartigen Liebe und auch LIebe zum Detail und Sinn für Ästhetik renoviert worden wäre. Das ganze Gelände ist ein Traum. Mein hyperperfektionistischer und handwerklich hochbegabter Vater war sprachlos, als wir über das Gelände liefen, und meinte irgendwann "Wenn ich Millionen gehabt hätte und irgendetwas hätte schaffen können, dann wäre es genau das geworden, bis ins Detail." Da ich sehr anspruchsvoll bin, was Essen anbelangt, habe ich mich auch über die schlechten Bewertungen dessen gewundert. Die Preise sind für das Ambiente und die Millionenarbeit dahinter völlig angemessen (ist halt leider HD-nah und nicht auf dem plattdeutschen Land) und ich hatte bislang nur sehr leckere Gerichte. Einzige Kritik: Ich würde die Maultaschen unten etwas weniger dunkel haben wollen, mag Käsespätzle lieber mit Schmelzzwiebeln (gibt es selten) und hätte gerne noch mehr Desserts. Mitunter musste man länger warten, aber heutzutage gibt es halt überall Personalnot und wen ich in dem klasse Ambiente sitze, ist es mir egal, das kalkuliere ich einfach ein und genieße die Vorfreude. Inzwischen haben sie endlich auch den Konditor gewechselt, sodass es jetzt auch gute Kuchen gibt, die vorher eher durchwachsen waren.

We had an appointment to view the wedding location, drove 3 hours to the location only to have the appointment canceled shortly beforehand. Very unprofessional how you treat your customers. I wouldn't recommend it, so absolutely zero stars!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending an event at Langut Lingental and my experience was simply fantastic! From the first contact to the end of the event, everything was perfectly organized. A special thanks goes to Noemi, who took care of all the planning. Their commitment, creativity and professional approach helped our event run smoothly. Noemi took all of our wishes and requirements into account and really went the extra mile for us. Alessia from service also deserves a special mention. Your friendly and attentive demeanor made the atmosphere during the event even more pleasant. She was always there to make sure we didn't lack anything. The location itself is beautiful and has a unique charm. The premises were clean, well-equipped and the entire environment exuded a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I can unreservedly recommend Langut Lingental. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

Meat tasted sour and old, vegetables were tasteless but the meal was expensive. The Rotkraut was very good. When I was ask how my food was, I said it was only ok, they seemed content with this. I will not be returning here.

The pork was not good, it had an old and sour taste. The vegetables taste like frozen, not fresh but expensive for the quality. Service didn’t seem to care. I will not go back.

Everything perfect !!! Food, service, everything was great. The ambience invites you to linger.

Sehr schön gelegen, tolles Ambiente, Essen schmeckt. Im Sommer draußen ein Traum.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit hier gefeiert und es war einfach nur traunhaft. Wir haben mit Noemi im Vorfeld die Details besprochen und es wurde nicht nur auf alles sehr liebevoll geachtet, sondern auch alle Wünsche wurden ohne Probleme umgesetzt. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Location vorstellen können.

Das Landgut ist wunderschön! Ein großzügiger Biergarten mit Teich davor. Innenbereich liebevoll dekoriert, sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir waren eine geschlossene Gesellschaft, es gab Buffet, da war ich etwas enttäuscht, Kartoffeln aus dem Glas, Suppe etwas lieblos, die Rouladen sehr bissfest, die Soße dazu wollte nicht so ganz harmonisieren. Dafür war der Zwischengang lecker und auch wunderschön angerichtet, Antipasti auf 3 Etagen. Der Nachtisch wunderbar mit Feigen und Käse. Der Kuchen frisch und Kaffeemaschine ständig kontrolliert und nach gefüllt. Auf jeden Fall nicht mein letzter Besuch, auf dem großen Parkplatz darf man auch mit Wohnmobil stehen.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit im Zauberhaften Landgut Lingental gefeiert und man kann es mit einem Wort beschreiben: traumhaft. Die Location mit Blick auf den See ist einmalig und das Team hat sich wunderbar um Alles gekümmert. Auch unsere Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem. Toller Cocktailempfang, hervorragendes Essen (Grüße an den Chef!) und klasse Service. Unsere Gäste waren begeistert und zusammen konnten wir einen unvergesslichen Tag feiern.

Biergarten ok, aber ungepflegt, hier nur Selbstbedienung. Schorle 0,5 für 5,10€ mit billigem Wein gemacht. TK-Kuchen 4,50€!!! Habe gesehen, wie der Koch Salate aus dem Eimer in Behälter umfüllt!? Müssen wir nicht nochmal hin.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen in einer tollen Umgebung mit einem aufmerksamen Service und anständigem Essen. 3,5 Sterne.

Ich muss sagen wir waren gestern auf Hochzeit eingeladen und wir waren begeistert. Das Ambiente das dort geschaffen wurde sucht seines gleichen. Auch wie der Saal hergerichtet war top. Und das Essen war auch richtig gut sowie der Service auch. Werden wieder dort hinkommen. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.

Kalbsschnitzel gut und reichlich, Service aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, die Diskrepanz zwischen den Innenräumen und dem Biergarten erkennbar. Vielleicht als Vorschlag, adäquat zu den Preisen: Sitzkissen (auf Nachfrage sofort bekommen) für die Holzstühle und Tischdecken?! Alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr schlechter Service, sehr schlechtes Essen zu viel zu überteuert Preisen. Es ist sehr schade, dass man aus diesem Restaurant nicht mehr macht. Es ist sehr lieblos. Wir haben es jetzt noch einmal probiert und werden nicht mehr wiederkommen. Es ist einfach unterirdisch!!! Mehr der Schein als wirklich sein.

Schöner Ort zum verweilen ....guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Belegschaft ist sehr nett.
