My chicken had definitely been on the grill for too long. Unfortunately it was pretty dry. Other chicken roasters definitely do this better by hanging the chickens on the grill so that they are perfect and juicy at lunchtime (I was there at 12 p.m.). The potato salad was ultra small and there are better industrial potato salads. Conclusion: it works like this...

The best grilled chicken in the Leimen area! Yesterday I got another grilled chicken with a double portion of fries. It was still as good as I remembered😊 Simply consistently good for years 👍 The owner is a very likeable character. I'm glad that the nearby chicken grill chain doesn't stand a chance against this long-established business😊

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Ede's Chicken Grill and I have to say it was an absolutely positive experience! The chicken is exceptionally delicious – juicy, perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection. I was impressed by the freshness and flavor of the chicken, which isn't always a given. Delicious chicken, for my taste it could have hung a little longer, but the quality was good. The fries tasted good too, good seasoning. All in all, fair prices and if you shop at Lidl, dm, Aldi, great for lunch or dinner.

Leckeres Brathendl (Brathähnchen). Ich hole immer wieder dort ein-zwei Halbe Hähnchen. Sie sind gut, frisch und leider ab und zu vergriffen. Die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Leimen DE, Adam-Müller-Straße 1Very disappointing! Price performance a 4 or 5+... Can't understand the very good reviews - perhaps the requirements in Heidelberg are very low... Eat: The fondue is "ok", but completely excessive for €60-70. You get a few potatoes and bread (second helpings cost extra) for dipping. See picture, that was the amount of bread for 4 people - I would estimate potatoes to be about 3 fist sized per person. The cheese is “ok” but it’s no enlightenment either. Portion size was sufficient but far from "large". Service: The service was nice. Unfortunately, they neglected to clear up and start with dessert. When we asked about it, we were told that part of the group had said we wanted to wait - which wasn't true. When paying (8 people) we were told that it was very difficult to separate the bill and that we should just pay together - we could separate it among ourselves. I worked in the catering industry for over 8 years, separating bills is really a) not a big deal and b) absolute standard - if that's too much for you, you should reconsider your career choice. Ambiance: It looks nice - but that's it.
