Very tasty tarte flambée, even in a vegan version. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Good winemakers' wines, delicious homemade lemonades and the kale smoothie was also great! New favorite restaurant!

It's a real shame that it closed forever last year

Coincidences are often the most beautiful. It was pure coincidence that we discovered Parlin. Walked past, reserved a table and had a lovely and enjoyable evening 3 days later. Admittedly, the prices are at the upper limit even for Düsseldorf standards. But it is justified. The use of materials, quality and craftsmanship are right here. The service was unobtrusively courteous. The noise level was pleasant thanks to sound-dampening measures, even though there was a full house. We reserved another table straight away! There is one small point of criticism that should be mentioned with a wink: the few cobwebs that distracted us on the wall spotlights and ceiling.
