The food was very, very tasty, albeit at a slightly higher price. The waiter, however, was very unfriendly, visibly annoyed if you dared to order something. When three people ordered drinks, there were annoyed sighs and rolling eyes (ordering drinks in a restaurant is truly a disgrace!). We also waited almost an hour for our food. At the end, we were asked if we wanted dessert. After a minute of deciding, we were told that he didn't know if we would get one because the kitchen was already closed. You either ask the kitchen beforehand or let them know before you offer dessert. There was no apology for the long wait either. Overall, it was an absolute disgrace, especially considering the slightly higher price range. Every Netto cashier exudes more customer-friendliness. When I pointed out (politely!!!) while paying that the service wasn't exactly great, the waiter yelled at me and offered no sympathy or apology. Absolutely outrageous. The atmosphere is okay, but especially upstairs it's not a highlight. It should have been 4-5/5, but since the service wasn't just bad, it was truly abysmal, it only deserves 1/5.

A very quaint Bamberg restaurant. Everyone is very friendly, the food is highly recommended, and the beer is really tasty. I highly recommend the tiled stove.
