You can't wait 30 minutes at Mcdrive for 2 burgers. People are super nice but the waiting time is unbearable.

I wanted to quickly grab two large coffees from McDrive on a Sunday morning. Unfortunately it wasn't quick at all! We stood at the order terminal with two cars and nothing happened for minutes. Two McDonald's employees then sat down comfortably outside to drink their coffee. There wasn't much going on in the store itself. I approached the employees through my car window and asked why things weren't going any further. The answer I received was that there was a problem inside. Again nothing happened for minutes, there were now six cars in the McDrive. Then things continued very slowly. The employees inside were completely at a loss for peace. It took 25 minutes to get a quick coffee! Chaos Shop!

Unfortunately really catastrophic...food cold Employees are cold and it's even colder in the store than outside, so the management should ask themselves what's going on... maybe work instead of having two people standing there who don't get anything done

The fries were standing in the place for a very long time, all our fries were cold once we got them. One of the staff members was also constantly eating fries while waiting and walking around, very unprofessional. Everything did look quite clean.

Everything that is now prepared by Rosenstrasse 26 in terms of food is delivered cold, dry as dust and completely overpriced... you'd better throw your money down the drain, at least it sounds funny... you've never had such bad food delivered a like yourself and please close
