Ordered food via delivery service, delivery should take around 1h15min. After 90 minutes!!! I asked where the food was - the answer was "it will arrive within the next 30 minutes" - 2 hours and 30 minutes after ordering it is still not there!!!! Called again - then was told that the restaurant and self-collection would be preferred. What a miserable service - never again!!!

The slowest and most broken McDonalds I have ever seen

Long waiting time until the food is ready and you always have to check your order, especially here. It feels like almost everyone has done that because something is always forgotten. If you want to complain about something, you have to tell the employees at least three times. Food is rather average. The tables could be cleaned more often. As are the toilets, which look underground. You also save on heating costs because there is a draft from outside in some places. This situation hasn't just happened last week, but has been going on for a very long time.

Doner box ordered a french fries salad box and got almost no meat. Not recommended!
