Boy, boy, both behind and in front of the counter at the bottom. The store manager is trying to run the place, the rest of the staff apparently doesn't know what they're doing. The shortage of skilled workers is explained very briefly and clearly. Oh my God. And the customers aren't much better. You feel like you're at an Anatolian fair. Definitely won't be going back to this store.
