Dear team, our child wanted to use your outdoor area, the slide, today, but it was so dirty that we let him go. The service is great, very friendly, and the food is delicious. We'd love to come back and hopefully the slide will be clean next time. Thanks in advance!

Cheap fast food like everywhere else. Employees don't speak German and take forever to do everything! There's nothing going on and it still takes the men almost 30 minutes to place a small order. They prefer to chat with each other. The patties advertised as plant based are thrown on the grill with the regular meat. Therefore it is not vegetarian. If these patties run out, simply use a “regular” one. This is absolutely unacceptable! I don't even want to talk about hygiene. A sewage treatment plant is cleaner! If you want good burgers, you should go to other places like Foodwerk.

food was as usual. i was refused my coffe from the propper Mc Caffe machine. whats the point of having a good coffe machine if you are not willing to use it? behind the counter there were more than enough people but still they were unable keep the branch tidy as senn on the pictures. well thats what you get for betraying your favourite mc donalds...in a different city.
