The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The food is quick and fresh. Ordering kiosks are available, and Pluxees are accepted.

The food was good, as always, and exactly what I ordered. The service was friendly, but it lacked that certain something, which is why I have to add a star. The ambiance was that of a fast-food restaurant, which is okay, but I would have liked it to be a bit cleaner.

It's impossible to use these unusable monitors for self-ordering. They flicker unbearably, are totally confusing, and are unusable for the visually impaired... everything has to be accessible, but barriers are being erected here and discrimination is rampant.... I doubt it's done the same way in the US; it would cost billions there... Conditions only possible from a 2-meter distance... The poor employees who help customers... And lukewarm unsalted fries to go with it... No tidying up or cleaning either... dropped burgers and leftovers under the table...
