While the food was amazing, the customer service was horrible. The men behind the country spoke to me rudely and treating me like a beggar, asking me to pay first and then look at the menu. They didnt even pack the food properly and just gave me the bag in a dismissive way and told me to do it myself. It's a disappointment because the food is good. I will never visit again, just because of their attitude.

I've been ordering here several times a week for several months and I'm super satisfied every time. The food is consistently fresh, delicious and made with love - the shawarma plate in particular is my favorite! The service is also great: friendly, fast and always striving to offer customers the best experience. The operators - I think it's a family consisting of a father and two sons - really put their heart and soul into their snack bar and you can feel it. Whether it's to take away or directly on site - I'll always be happy to come back!

It's a shame that Nabati is only available in Mannheim. The best restaurant I've ever eaten at. To this day I still think about the delicious Nabati plate that I ate a few months ago 🥲🥹 And fair prices too.

We tried the Falafel sandwich and Kibbeh, and both were delicious. While there aren’t many tables for dining in, it’s a great option for takeout. They offer good vegetarian options as well. Overall, it's worth trying!
