A definite recommendation. A very nice restaurant, but it's not too big, and the ambiance is very appealing (not that I know what it's like in Eritrea). The food is simply wonderful. Variety means: vegetarian but also meat—if you like, spicy and less spicy dishes. The Eritrean bread (teff injera) is wonderful and (of course) a perfect match for the available dishes. The platter for four, as described above, was a real treat. The "mango beer" (naturally a bit more drinkable) is also highly recommended, at least to try.

Here, you can create your own menu from a wide selection. You eat with your hands, specifically by holding the flatbread. The food was delicious and flavorful. Vegetarians will also find something to their liking here. The service was attentive and good. The prices were reasonable.
