If franchisees only cherry-pick the franchise, that's cheese. Reward vouchers don't work, but subs do, but only sometimes and you can never be sure - I don't want to play the lottery as to how much I'll pay for my meal. And if I pay the full price even though I was lured with discounts, I can also go to a real bar for a few euros more. Disappointing.

I can only warmly recommend Freddy Fresh. Product range is large. From small portions to party sizes, just great. Constantly changing promotions that are tough. But the important thing is, it tastes really delicious. If something is missing and you fix it, we respond immediately and provide a replacement. Much better than the previous pizza place we had.

Today we ordered pizza for the team before Easter. We have ordered from Alfredos many times and have mostly been very satisfied, but the quality and service tend to decline. But today was really extreme: First we stated (very, very timely, order was placed at 12 p.m.) that we would like to receive the delivery at 1:15 p.m. The driver arrived over half an hour later and without any information in advance. That's bad and a shame because we work in shifts and would have liked to have all had something to eat when we handed over our duties. Then I asked that the pizzas please come already cut. This request was apparently too much and was wordlessly NOT implemented. The crowning achievement, however, was 1.5 completely burnt and inedible pizzas. These were really more black than anything else. They were simply foisted on us, we paid the full price and unfortunately only saw it when the driver had left. That was really a disgrace. You can't offer something like that to a customer. Afterwards I called 40 times because I wanted to complain about it sensibly and personally and come to an agreement. Unfortunately no one answered the phone... a rogue who thinks evil. We are really disappointed and our team will not be ordering from Alfredos again. You guys have been offering the best pizza for a really long time. Now you are unreliable, always come late and no longer take special requests into account. Today was the crowning glory of all that. Too bad!

Doner kebab was very weak in taste. Döner platter: fries very good and the salad much too dry without dressing

I waited over 1.5 hours for my pizza. I asked to put a little cheese on my pizza because I don't tolerate it well and there was so much cheese on it that I couldn't even fathom the barely there tomato sauce. Unfortunately, the dough on the pizza wasn't all the way through and was completely white on top, which is how it tasted. Really very very disappointing! This meant I could only eat half the pizza.

The food was very tasty and fresh, always a pleasure.

It's a shame, it definitely wasn't a good performance. We've always been very happy, but today we missed several points. We are much more used to eating here, the service constantly forgot something and left us sitting for a long time without drinking anything. Then some things were already sold out and in the end there was no good treatment towards the guests, where the chefs outside were still tearing their mouths over a cigarette. Not a nice feeling and unfortunately very disappointed.

A quaint restaurant in the center of Halle. The ambience is typical of a pub. Unfortunately, the service is not attentive and could make significantly more sales. The food is delicious, but the portions are rather small. The price-performance ratio for the food is okay. The location is good, parking is rather difficult

The staff is nice, you are served quickly or when you order it is there in no time. The prices are okay.

The atmosphere is good, the food is delicious, but the service could be a bit friendlier.

The only thing that's really nice is the room with the bar. The staff is very friendly, but overwhelmed by the number of guests. The cappuccino arrived lukewarm. The quality and price don't match.
