We had something delivered. Unfortunately, I discovered that the amount of meat specified was significantly lower. I pointed this out over the phone, was pushed away, they simply hung up on me and I was given stroppy and customer-unfriendly answers. I'll probably wait forever for a promised voucher that was supposed to be sent to me by email at the end.

We ordered directly from Burger Biene. The food arrived 30 minutes later than advertised (okay, there must have been a power outage in Hellern). When we called, he initially didn't know our address. When he checked more closely, he said he had to drive six stops and if he wasn't there in 10 minutes, we should call again! He finally arrived, but the fries were cold, underseasoned, and not cooked through, and the burgers were lukewarm?! So why don't you call and let us know... What a shame! €10 worth of fries for nothing!

The burgers were okay, bacon wasn't tasty, tasted slightly fishy. The fries were very tasty.

Unparalleled pizza taste in Osnabrueck

Unfortunately, this restaurant will be closed from January 1st, 2024. There will be no successor, the building will be used for other purposes. Inn is very quiet and rustic. The food is good, you don't have to wait long. The prices are reasonable. There is also a bowling alley and conference room.

I have to change my actually positive rating. The food has gone way down and I have severe food poisoning from yesterday!! Caution

Recently ordered a pizza. Due to a lot of chaos for the driver, he delivered me the wrong pizza. The boss immediately offered me a free pizza and apologized profusely. The free pizza arrived a few minutes later!! 👍🏽 Despite the circumstances, everything was delicious!!
