Service was so-so. Food was good, but the wraps felt like they were getting smaller and smaller...

The branch in Nettebad is more than underground. The quality of the food is poor and the prices are very high. 43€ for 2 drinks, 3 fries, taste of the old fat. Currywurst twice which we didn't like. The cheeseburger wasn't worth the money either. 1 time chicken nuggets that tasted almost exclusively of fat. Most of the food ended up in the trash. Feedback to staff was also noted. Conclusion! Better not eat there. We definitely won't do it anymore.

Before anything with slander comes up, here is the disclaimer for Google that I am only describing experiences, even partially with proof. When I came into the store, the man at the counter was chatting on the phone until I knocked on the counter after 4 minutes. He then replied: “That could be friendlier!” (I thought so too.) In any case, the burger is an example of expectation vs. reality. A generic patty and just nothing special as advertised. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit! I would advise against a visit.

Ordered food to be delivered Fries cold and limp, burger buns kind of dusty and dry. Lettuce shreds are just old and limp, disgusting. The burger was just horrible. The special requests were calculated and not provided….

Burger Biene Hellern convinced me again. After 8 months I tried a burger menu there again. The last burger was very tasty, but today's has surpassed that. The taste and quality are simply top. Highly Recommended.

We ordered burgers. Bitter aftertaste and upon closer inspection the salad was limp and brown. When we called, no apology was offered, only that they probably hadn't noticed. Unfortunately, the burgers ended up in the trash.

Ordered 2 burgers and 1 portion of sweet potato fries via the website today. I have to say I have rarely been so disappointed. The lettuce on the burgers was absolutely not fresh and made the burgers so inedible. The only positive thing was the quick delivery.

A lot has happened at Burger Biene in Hellern. The food turned out very good again. Gladly again.

The citizens are fresh and they are not as cheap citizens as the competition. It's super delicious. It's a shame that so little goes there. Better 2 euros more and you'll be full. Unfortunately the main branch no longer exists. The swing benches are missing.

Hello everyone, Actually, we have been fans from the very beginning and have accompanied the bee for years. In the early years we even had the bee cater a birthday for 50 guests. We have so far accepted the rising prices and falling quality of the recent past with a mixture of benevolence and gnashing of teeth. Unfortunately, the last visit will change that permanently: When we arrived on April 2nd, 2021 around 7 p.m. there were around 8 groups waiting in and 4 groups in front of the bee. We noticed a price discrepancy when ordering and wanted to check it. Unfortunately the receipt was withheld from us on the grounds that it would only be handed out with the meal. Well. We then sat down at a smeared table to wait. “Very well” again because the table was cleaned at our request. When cleaning the table, it was discovered that they had forgotten to hand over our drinks and made up for this by handing over two closed Coke bottles. Since there was no opener in the bee, I ran after the employees and the opener and solved the same problem for other, perplexed guests. In the ensuing, long waiting time of 50 minutes (!), we witnessed a large number of gastronomic no-gos: online orders were not found, deliveries were put together incorrectly or incompletely (approx. 1/3 of all orders) and other customers were given a waiting time of Notified within 1 hour (!) of ordering. Neither the poor frontline student nor the team behind the scenes worked. So much for what went wrong. But now to the biggie: An online orderer with an order value of €45 had no option to continue after his order caused problems after an additional waiting time of 40 minutes on site. Understandably, the man wanted the money he had already paid back. That was rejected! Such ignorance of the legal situation and customer needs can only leave you speechless. What else happened: Our food was intended to be consumed on site - but everything was packed into the bag. There were neither napkins on display nor were there any in the bag. Apparently the extractor hood failed because the air in the whole place was thicker than at the Grill-Master in the 90s. In contrast to the other recipe, my chili cheese burger was mixed with a strange mayonnaise and my meat was completely gray and fried to death. You can imagine - I didn't receive my check receipt either and when I asked, the student frontman disappeared for more than 10 minutes and after 1 1/2 hours there I had something better to do than wait any longer. Guys - you have experience in frying burgers and your menu is made up of 4 or 5 components, which can be varied with a little more cucumber or a little less tomato. When you have such a simple business, a burger is priced at €10 and a savings menu is priced at €12.90/13.90, you don't employ any experts in the field from your headquarters and you're giving your customers such a hard time in many places. occurs, then you and your formerly likeable franchise are doomed. Even the superficial apologies are of no use to you. Maybe you should consider offering appropriate compensation to everyone who had the dubious pleasure of this spectacle in the first 3 days. I can only hope that the online orderer got his €45 back from you afterwards. If that's not the case yet, I can only recommend that the man get his money back. So - total failure. It can not go on like this. I currently see no reason to come by again. P.S: Regarding your posts: stomach ache - you write that you think it's a shame that it didn't taste good. Quality is not okay - you write that you should be given a second chance without even doing what you want to do. Double ouch!

Tasty but, eating cold isn't so nice

Had dinner there with my wife. The shop wasn't heated; it felt warmer outside than inside. The employee at the checkout seemed unmotivated but friendly. The vouchers from the CityforTwo voucher booklet were not accepted and no alternative was offered. The price/performance ratio was not good. Over €30 for two burgers/wraps with fries (no sweet potato fries) and drinks was too much for what was delivered. We were disappointed.

We ate at the local restaurant today. Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the reviews here that I don't find the price-performance ratio to be appropriate. The burgers have absolutely no individuality or recognition value, everything is pretty basic - ready-made patty with lots of mayo and ketchup and an unmelted slice of cheddar, fresh lettuce/tomato, onions and cucumber. The taste is okay, but in my opinion it's not worth €10. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared super quickly. I also like the atmosphere in the store. Unfortunately it smelled a bit like a drain (?) near the toilets, maybe you need to check the odor traps (well-intentioned tip).

The burgers arrived cold. The fries were totally soggy and both tasted rather poor. Asking the price for that is a disgrace

Update 2023 The food was extremely poor. The burgers didn't taste good. The meat didn't look good either. To be fair, we were offered new burgers as a replacement, but we lost our appetite. A real shame after many positive experiences. We enjoyed going there for years. Were always thrilled. Previously in Baumstrasse and for a few years in Hellern. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not as cozy as the old one on Baumstrasse. We probably won't eat at the bee's again in the future.

Essen war ganz ok. Vor der Tür wird angepriesen, mit einem QR-Code zu bestellen. Leider ist das im Restaurant nicht so. Das Personal ist sehr langsam kennt sich nicht gut aus informiert einem nicht.

Mitarbeiter hoffnungslos überfordert, Essen falsch geliefert, nach Reklamation der falsch gelieferten Pommes, diese einfach mit der Hand in Schüssel geworfen und ein anderes Gewürz darüber geworfen. So leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Nette Mitarbeiter, gute Bedienung sowie schnelles und leckeres Essen

Insgesamt ein eher mittelmäßiges Geschmackserlebnis. Zum Service: Obwohl wir auf 19 Uhr bestellt hatten, kam das Essen bereits um 18:25 Uhr. Wir waren natürlich nicht Zuhause, sodass es vor der Tür abgestellt werden musste. Burger okay, Salat leider braun, Pommes lapprig. Definitiv nicht nochmal!

Sehr schöner Laden, Burger Menüs waren binnen 10 Minuten da. Erst war ich vom Preis ein wenig überrascht, aber als ich den Burger und die Fritten verputzt hatte, stellte sich ein starkes Sättigungsgefühl ein, was bis zum nächsten Tag anhielt. Dann fand ich den Preis auch in Ordnung 😀 Ambiente ist sehr schick, und die Mitarbeiter super super freundlich. Als Burger Biene Neuling wurd mir auch alles erklärt 😋 Find ich richtig gut, macht weiter so!

Super nettes Personal, Burger super lecker dort wird jz öfter bestellt

Heute 4 Burger & Pommes dort geholt. Personal sehr freundlich und geduldig. Beim Preis schon gestaunt, für solche Preise erwartet man schon etwas// wir müssen schließlich auch für unser Geld arbeiten. Zu Hause dann die Ernüchterung = Preis / Leistung stimmt leider nicht. Für soviel Geld besseres erwartet. Trocken und man hätte besseres Fleisch erwartet. Als Neukunde zum ersten Mal versucht aber leider wird es keine weiteren Bestellungen geben. Eigentlich schade. Diese Bewertung spiegelt die persönliche Meinung von 3 Leuten wieder.

Funktionell eingerichtet, Essen erhält man nach der Bestellung per Pieper, Essen war gut, werden frisch zubereitet, weshalb etwas Wartezeit mitzubringen ist, Mir war nicht ganz klar, es gibt 2 Fenster, eins zum Bestellen, 1 zum Abholen, doch es wurde alles durch das Bestellfenster abgewickelt, warum 2 Fenster, Selbstbedienung, Lieferservice und vorab bestellen ist möglich, Toiletten und Speisebereich sehr ordentlich

Die Burger waren sehr lecker und die Churros mit Nutella waren ein Gedicht! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich war gestern hier zum allerersten Mal essen und ich muss sagen: Es war bombastisch. Der Cheeseburger und der Bacon-BBQ Burger haben mich und meine Dame überzeugt. Die Pommes schön heiß und perfekt gesalzen. Wenn man es mit der Konkurrenz vergleicht, dann muss man sagen, dass die Burger Biene bisschen teurer ist, jedoch stimmt die Qualität! Absolut gerechtfertigt.

Sehr leckeres Essen und vor allem schnell zubereitet! Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Netter Service! Ich komm auf jeden Fall öfter.

Bedienung und Service sind nicht so dolle Burger und essen im allgemeinen eher mittelmäßig nicht ansprechend nicht schön nicht gut angerichtet Ambiente wie bei McDonald’s die Burger eher langweilig als genussvoll und liegt auch ziemlich außerhalb

Die Bacon BBQ Pizza ist - trotz anfänglich empfundener Skepsis bezüglich der untypischen Zutaten - unglaublich und nahezu ein Kunstwerk, welches verschiedene Komponenten verbindet, die normalerweise im Volksmunde als eher unüblich für Pizzen definiert werden. Dennoch sind jene Zutaten perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und ergeben ein Resultat, das in dieser Form kein zweites Mal zu finden ist. Dicke Empfehlung von mir! Muss man mal getestet haben!

Wir hätten sehr gerne dort gegessen ,aber es gab für das Kind leider kein Hochstuhl und somit haben wir das Essen mitgenommen. In der Speisekarte zum mitnehmen stehen keine Preise, was ich sehr schade finde. Das Essen war lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Leckerer Burger, ein super Ambiente und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dazu war das Essen schnell fertig nach der Aufnahme der Bestellung.

Ich habe zu Abend im Restaurant der Burger Biene in Hellern gegessen und es war super lecker. Die Burger waren schön groß und die Pommes Portion ebenfalls. Das Personal Vorort mega freundlich

Burger Biene wird ihrem guten Ruf nicht gerecht! Unser Geschäftsführer hat zur Feier eines Betriebserfolges die Burger Biene kommen lassen und jedem einen Burger mit Pommes spendiert. An sich eine super Aktion, wäre das Essen nicht gewesen. In der Vergangenheit war die Biene bereits schon einmal hier gewesen, damals war das Essen noch deutlich besser! Die Burger leider nichts besonderes, bei fast jedem normale Imbiss schmeckt es besser und die Burger der Biene hätte ich so auch fast zuhause hinbekommen. Der zweite Punkt ist der Preis. Wir mussten es zum Glück nicht bezahlen, dank unseres Chefs. Mir und auch vielen anderen von uns war der Burger das Geld echt nicht wert! Dann lieber selber machen oder zu einem anderen Grill fahren. Oder wieder, liebe Burger Biene, zum alten Standart zurückkehren, es hat ja mal gut geschmeckt bei euch.
