The staff are all nice. The bread is always perfectly cooked. The sauces are all perfect and you can taste the sauce too

I went out to eat with my two children, and we found the food (doner kebab and dürüm) very tasty. The service was fast, but it wasn't busy, and the staff was very friendly. The portions were large enough to fill you up, and the prices were reasonable. Very satisfied.

I'm absolutely pissed. Employees sit at the tables to eat, no one feels responsible to get up to finish the food. Then after 15 minutes the order was incorrect, cold and the waffle fries were outrageously small and very old for the price. Never again.

Tables very dirty had to clean our table ourselves and service was very slow even though there wasn't that much going on

A spontaneous visit, the children were in the mood for gyros. In principle it was somehow ok, but it fits one or the other assessment. The salad without dressing and somehow loveless. My gyro plate with bifteki was just as well stocked as the gyro plate for children. It was enough to fill you up and the taste was ok. The fact that the tzatziki was missing and was billed for later was, well… strange for a Greek. The saganaki was very oily. It also took a long time to be served, drinks came quickly. The service was actually good, the young, nice woman was great!

Bei den neuen Automaten kann man nur doppelten Käse eingeben. Wenn es zwei verschiedene sein sollen, wird‘s wieder „schwierig“. Musste zwei mal wieder in den Laden weil bei meiner Bestellung etwas vergessen wurde. Der Sub musste beim zweiten Mal neu belegt werden. Leider war dann gefühlt kein Eisbergsalat mit drauf und es war wirklich sehr sparsam belegt. Ziemlich blöd bei einem Veggie Delite! Weil mir das zu blöd war bin ich aber auch nicht erneut rein. Besser woanders versuchen oder gleich ein anderes „Restaurant“ suchen.

Delivery service is a complete disgrace. They say they'll be there immediately but again a delivery time of 36 minutes. We've been waiting for our food for almost 2 hours and it just doesn't arrive!

Unfortunately there was hair in the food, when we pointed it out, the staff was very unfriendly and showed no understanding! Disgusting food and behavior.

Where do I start? First of all I have to say that I wanted to give the store a chance despite the bad reviews because satisfied customers often don't write anything. Unfortunately I had to discover the following: The food arrived on time and the delivery person was nice, but the food was not in a warming box and was therefore only lukewarm to cold. The hamburger was very dry and the fries were completely soggy and tasted like they were from the day before. The kebab meat wasn't cooked through yet and the sauce was quite sour (tzatziki), which is why I couldn't continue eating it. The pizza was okay, but nothing more. If that's the store's standard, unfortunately I can't recommend it Very unfortunate.

I waited 45 minutes for a Happy Meal, then they canceled my order. I mentioned this, and they brought a menu, which they dropped on the floor in front of me.

Ambiance used to be better Prices used to be cheaper but overall it's good unfortunately not as good as it used to be.

Steakhouse no longer exists. Unfortunately, this is not communicated anywhere. It's no longer on the building either.

Have pre-ordered pizzas. Very nice advice (use of barometer) on the phone. Spontaneously ordered 2 pizzas on the day of delivery. No problems, prompt delivery. Everything as agreed. Delicious pizzas!!

As a stopover we got a good impression of the branch. Freshly prepared order, friendly staff, clean toilets. Burger King crown and treasure map for the kids 👍
