This was our second time there and it was the last time for us. We hadn't made a reservation and it was impossible to accompany us to the table because there were 6 guests in the entire restaurant who were being taken care of. Starter was brought 3 minutes before the main course, although when ordering it was said please have a drink. The salami pizza (33) tasted very sour, the penne with four cheeses (62) was very carelessly prepared and the cheese was probably forgotten 🤔, the pizza calzone (43) was also sour and you had to look for the mushrooms 🤨 and the 3 types of pasta with 3 sauces and gratinated with cheese (76) was a joke it consisted of 5 tortellini, 8 penne noodles and a few threads of tagliatelle to the sauce, it was visible but there was nothing in terms of taste. The bruchetta (12) that was ordered to eat came after the meal and was the only thing you could eat. Cash register cancellation is also not possible as it is far too time-consuming and complicated. The long hair on the tablecloth wasn't appetizing either. And then demand a lot of money for the whole thing.

Very rude of you, I ordered 4 chicken plates and received 4 chicken schnitzels. When I called they told me they didn't have what I wanted even though they hadn't told me that on the phone. , so we should eat whatever the people in the bistro want, the discussion ended when I was hung up on and they didn't answer. pathetic!

We ordered 4 pizzas through Lieferando, the prices there were exactly the same as on the menu if we had called, wanted to pay on the spot and redeem the barometer, then the guy said that wasn't possible because we ordered through Lieferando. I told him that it doesn't make sense because the prices are 1 to 1 and it doesn't say anywhere that it can't be redeemed that way. Instead of canceling Lieferando and billing normally, the guy rips out my voucher and bills normally. We were there regularly before, I find that an impertinence. If the prices had been different, we would have understood it or we would have called, so we just feel ripped off. There was no apology either. It would probably be the last time there.
