Bistroland in Cloppenburg

The delivery arrived on time, but the food tasted like garbage. We ordered a dürüm that cost €9 and was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. The currywurst wasn't a currywurst at all, but a thick Krakauer sausage with a bit of ready-made sauce – it tasted awful. Never again.

We're usually happy with the food and delivery. But today was a complete shock. I ordered food at 8:18 PM. Delivery was scheduled for 10:01 PM, okay, we didn't say anything about that. Then no food arrived, and everyone was disappointed. The driver arrived at 10:30 PM, and when I said I wasn't paying the full amount, he asked me why. I said it should have been delivered by 10:01 PM, and then you didn't show up until 10:30 PM, citing the weather (yes, it snowed today; I was out driving myself today, and it wasn't icy or anything like that) and that I had several other customers to deliver to. "Okay," I said, "then I won't change the status from 'In Preparation' to 'ALMOST THERE' at 9:46 PM, and then I'll arrive 45 minutes later after the change." It's about a 15-minute drive from Kaufland Cloppenburg to the Galgenmoor area. I then said he could take the food back because it was cold and we'd already eaten something else by 10:20 PM. Couldn't they call the customer and inform them? Why do they always have to provide a phone number? Maybe we'll order from there again, but everyone at home says we won't be ordering from there again. Thanks for your fair answer.

It's really disappointing that you can't order anywhere anymore. The delivery arrived about 45 minutes late. We had to ask Lieferando for the correct phone number to inquire about the order. The pizza rolls were missing. The pizza was so cold it could only serve as an ice pack for the resulting headache.

This was my first time ordering food from Bistroland, and I can't complain. The delivery lady arrived on time, and the food was delivered in a warming box, so it was warm. The meat is juicy, and the bread is well-seasoned. Just right. I would order from there again.👍🏽👍🏽

Where do I begin? First of all, I have to say that I wanted to give the shop a chance despite the bad reviews, because satisfied customers often don't write anything. Unfortunately, I discovered the following: The food arrived on time and the delivery person was nice, but the food didn't come in a warming box, so it was only lukewarm to cold. The hamburger was very dry, and the fries were completely soggy and tasted like they were from the day before. The doner meat wasn't cooked through yet, and the sauce was quite sour (tzatziki), which is why I couldn't finish it. The pizza was okay, but nothing more. If that's the standard of the shop, I can't recommend it. It's a real shame.

The staff is unqualified. Food arrives about two hours late, if it's even delivered at all. The telephone operator lies to you on the phone. Food is delivered cold. It wasn't the first time; they just wanted to give it another chance. But unfortunately, they didn't take it. Quality is something else entirely.

Unreliable charging, waiting over two hours for delivery. And no one answers the phone even though you've called ten times.

The pizza was in the oven far too long. The crust is partly black and the cheese is crispy. On top of that, the pizza is dry and inedible without sauce.

Best shop, good food, but you have to ask for some items because they're prepared differently than usual. 9/10

It would be great if the food came from the kebab plate without a dead fly in the packaging, it would be even better if it came on time and it would be even better if the order was complete and tasted good. Thank you once and never again.

I wouldn't order there expecting good food. I wouldn't order here a second time. I know that the fries are always soft when delivered, but they were as if they had been bathed in kebab fat beforehand. Then the kebab meat, very tasteless and could have been cardboard, no taste. The doorbell didn't ring when it was delivered, but then I called. If the food tasted good, the price would be okay. The spicy kebab was simply a kebab with cocktail sauce, you don't expect something like that. Watching a kebab that wasn't eaten because it wasn't tasty, the other tomato ketchup in a kebab box from the tube.

Ordered food and it would arrive an hour later. The restaurant is no longer reachable by telephone and the food is therefore no longer available, which is scandalous!

I ordered something to eat there. The food is delicious, the lady on the phone and the gentleman who brought me the food were super nice

Ordered 2x chicken doner meat with tzatziki and feta. Only the meat arrived, no one could be reached by phone... apparently we're supposed to eat it dry now...

Already ordered several times and would like to give it another chance. Unfortunately, something happens every time. Cartilage in the kebab meat, food cold, something missing... Today we unpacked our food and what can I say. My food was completely burnt. It just tastes like burnt and like a bunch of onions, unfortunately it was inedible, two bites and into the bin. Didn't have time to complain. Because I had to go to work.

Ordered at 5:15pm, it was delivered at 7:15pm, 60 minutes later than stated. The two pizzas were lukewarm. Unfortunately, one casserole was completely forgotten. Nobody could be reached by phone. After we had already shared our pizzas, the casserole was delivered. A pity!

The crab salad is extremely little in comparison. Hardly any crabs. The Kebab Rollo is too expensive for what is offered. Delivery too late, our children were already asleep. Additional delivery costs were a disgrace for an order value of 75 euros.

I ordered a roller blind, unfortunately it wasn't finished, so I had to put it back in the oven myself, which is a real shame when you're chewing on raw dough 😅

Where to start here. I have ordered from Bistroland three times so far. The first two deliveries came after 70 minutes, but at least they tasted “okay”. The last time I ordered I had to wait a whole two hours. The pizza was cold, wrong ingredients, didn't taste like anything. How bad do you want to screw it up?

The service was nice, but unfortunately the fries were raw, the meat was barely warm and a huge minus was the lack of cutlery

I always order through Lieferando, it's always been great so far, I have no complaints, it doesn't take long and everything tastes great, it arrives warm, the suppliers are always friendly and if you call to change something, it's no problem at all.

Schmeckt okay. Aber laut Beschreibung soll die Pizza 36cm sein, haben es gemessen und haben festgestellt es sind doch nur 30 cm. Eine Frechheit.

Die mit Abstand beste Pizzeria in Cloppenburg. Das Essen ist IMMER lecker und die Mitarbeiter/Besitzer super nett, vorausschauend und immer gut gekleidet. Wären 10 Sterne möglich würde ich sie geben, macht weiter so!

In meinen Augen in Cloppenburg der beste Lieferservice. Mega schnell. Essen schmeckt sehr gut und kommt immer warm an. Man kann ziemlich früh schon bestellen. Noch nie etwas vergessen und die Mitarbeiter können meine Sprache und ich muss nicht für die rechnen 😂👌🏼 Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen 🤝🏼

Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, gute Lieferung, freundliches Personal und 3 Euro für Lieferung ist auch nicht zu viel. 👍

Dobre, szybko, duża porcja i nie za drogo

Ich habe mir den "Adana-Grillteller" einmal liefern lassen über "Lieferando" und einmal vor Ort (im "Kaufland"-Gebäude gegenüber der Kassen) abgeholt. Beide Male war alles super. Frische Zutaten, toll gewürzt, nette Mitarbeiter. Hier werde ich bestimmt noch öfter etwas bestellen.

Zum ersten mal dort etwas bestellt und super zufrieden! Bestellung kam absolut pünktlich, war noch heiß und sehr lecker! War definitiv nicht meine letzte Bestellung dort! Weiter so! 😊
