They try hard, the ladies are nice and they do a lot of work. I've eaten gyros and tzatziki and the rice better. Maybe I'm spoiled, but Kostas around the corner does it better. This is of course subjective, but not only the quality of the meat but also the preparation (sometimes crispy) has to be right. The homemade salad is absolutely delicious, tastes just like grandma's. In my opinion, the online rating is justified. There is a lack of local competition. Sorry 😔

Cozy little hotel near Aurich, Egels district. Heavenly peace. Relax here before plunging into the center of Aurich to explore a deeply relaxed hotspot in East Frisia.

We go bowling there regularly with our group. We always order our food à la carte. All dishes are delivered at the same time and quickly. The portions are plentiful and very tasty. The prices are reasonable within normal limits. The service is very friendly and quick.

Stylishly furnished restaurant with selected creations. We eat here regularly when we are there and are always spoiled with taste. A successful addition to the usual offering in Aurich. If you prefer meat platters or schnitzel breading with fries mayo, you should probably eat somewhere else. So in summary, highly recommended without any reservations.

This is the third time we've been there and the food is always delicious! Everything nice and freshly made. The staff is also very nice. In any case, I would recommend it. ♡

Bad food. "Salad" with garlic dressing slapped on top. Chinese cabbage and carrot 50/50 coarsely grated in Grandma's compote bowl. Nothing more. Lowest level. Not even kebab shop quality. Fried potatoes are called that because they are roasted in a hot pan. Little bacon that wasn't fried. BK after asking without onions. Fish was all frozen goods that were thawed in a lot of warm fat. Far too much Fat. Likewise the fried potatoes with bacon. No flavors to be tasted. The main thing is that there is no taste. Never go there again. I can't understand the many positive reviews. I think that the old operator has stopped and now others are continuing even though they can't do it technically. This means the store won't be around much longer. Service was friendly but unapologetic about the quality. Comments about the salad were ignored with the argument that people come for the fish. I paid €31.40 for one person with a small amount of water. A lot of money for something like that. Guaranteed no trained chefs. More like Rosin's restaurants. With the large menu it is difficult to always have everything fresh in stock. You can't be lazy, especially when it comes to fish. You won't find anything fresh there. Dozens of fish dishes and schnitzel too. By the way, at lunchtime all but one of the tables were unoccupied, which isn't a good sign when you see the many positive reviews. There was a reserved sign on every table. I thought I was lucky that I still got a place. But the waiter said that the signs were just there. ??? Maybe to give the impression that the store is always full? If you like eating good fish, you should go somewhere else. E.g. Seestern in Norddeich or Janssen in Ihlow - Fahrne. Best fish sandwiches and smoked fish. When I tried the so-called salad I had already had enough. I just thought, dude, make the fish better or it's over. It wasn't him. I ate a kebab in Marburg on Sunday. It had more class than the one in Aurich. And that for six euros.

Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. In 2 of the pizzas, ingredients should be removed and other desired ingredients should be replaced, in this case no onion on the kebab pizza but broccoli and in the other no herder's cheese and more meat. To have it counted as extra ingredients for such a large order is a disgrace. There are no extra ingredients, i.e. additional ingredients to the others, but replacement ingredients. I would still understand that if you have more meat, you charge a little more because it certainly costs a little more to procure than shepherd's cheese, but consider both as extra ingredients, and therefore paying 4 euros more is unacceptable. In addition, the pizzas were all pretty burnt, especially the meat, and the best thing of all is that there was just as much meat on the pizza that was supposed to have more meat on it as on the others. At least the delivery person was very friendly and the food came more than on time. Well, if I had known that I would have to pay so much and not even for what I actually ordered, then I wouldn't order at all. A real disappointment because it wasn't like that before when we ordered, there were never any problems like that. Addendum: We ordered delivery again and everything went smoothly. Food was hot, all the ingredients were on it and you didn't have to pay anything extra that wasn't "extra". In addition, the pizzas were very tasty, not burnt and the ingredients were not skimped on this time. Food arrived on time again, so you convinced me it was just a one-time mistake. Highly recommended.
