Ordered there for the second time now and had a crappy experience. The first time we had to wait two and a half hours for the food, which arrived wrong and cold. We complained about this and then picked it up to make sure everything was going smoothly. Didn't even get a price reduction. The second time the delivery time was given as 45 minutes, we actually had to wait two hours again. Unfortunately, the food wasn't the real deal. Please do not order there. We really enjoyed ordering there before the change of ownership, but now it's just pathetic.

We were here for dinner. If you like good food and plenty of it, this is the place for you! The food is fresh, and the portions are especially generous. The service was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Arrived at 1:30 p.m., according to Google open until 9 p.m. When I entered the restaurant I was informed that the employees were on break and that it would reopen at 5 p.m. Top.

They try hard, the ladies are nice and they do a lot of work. I've eaten gyros and tzatziki and the rice better. Maybe I'm spoiled, but Kostas around the corner does it better. This is of course subjective, but not only the quality of the meat but also the preparation (sometimes crispy) has to be right. The homemade salad is absolutely delicious, tastes just like grandma's. In my opinion, the online rating is justified. There is a lack of local competition. Sorry 😔

You could get more out of the ambience (3 stars), everything is very old and very noisy. The price is a bit high. Overall, it's a good experience but not a top recommendation (4 out of 5 stars).

Hello, I just tried 2 pizzas from the March 11th promotion. until May 5th, 2025 which we received yesterday, but both pizzas Bärtram and Bärbel could not be ordered, total failure so we were annoyed and ordered somewhere else!

We watched theater here. It is an old, rustic restaurant. The toilets were fine. We were served by the theater group, so we cannot rate it that way.

A very big thank you to Valon and the Alte Wache team in Aurich! We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening - the food was simply great, freshly prepared and served with a lot of love. We would particularly like to highlight Valon's warm and friendly manner, with which he looked after us well throughout the evening. The fact that we were allowed to stay for so long and enjoy it in peace and quiet was the icing on the cake. You really feel welcome at Valon. We'll definitely be back!
