A restaurant where you feel comfortable. The food is excellent, the prices are moderate and the service is great. Every effort is made to pamper guests. Really recommended. Today a friend was with me: he was also enthusiastic! The service was great again. It's nice that such restaurants exist.

Inability meets excessive demands: We have reserved a table for 8 p.m. for December 31, 2024. When we booked we were promised that we would be able to eat until midnight And then fireworks are set off until about 0.30. At 11 p.m. the owner came and told us that we had to leave the restaurant IMMEDIATELY. I had to turn 60 before I could be thrown out somewhere. DISRUPTIVE, DISRESPECTIVE BEHAVIOR Da Sergio in Aurich used to be our favorite restaurant. It's a shame, but from now on without us!!!

We have now visited the restaurant several times with our child. The ambience is great The service was friendly, professional and warm. All the food we ate during our visits was fabulous You can notice the high quality of the ingredients and this makes all dishes a pleasure. The pizzas are very thin and taste delicious. The price-performance ratio is good and The staff is very child-friendly We'll definitely always be happy to come back.

Had an excellent meal here today - from the starter to the main course. Unfortunately there was no room left in the B...😋😁 for dessert. The staff always attentive and always friendly. Until next time 👍

The best pizzeria in the area. All the dishes we ate were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Special requests are no problem and the service is excellent. What more could you want?

Very good Italian in Aurich. With a nice selection of food. We really liked it and can really recommend it. But you should reserve a table in advance if you want to sit by the window. Price-performance is right. The staff was very friendly and the shrimp were still slightly glassy on the inside. We'd love to come back.

Very good, we had pasta, pizza and a meat dish, the food was attractively prepared and super tasty. Even though the restaurant was 85 percent full, the service was great, the menu was there after a minute, the drinks were there 2 minutes after we ordered, and our salads 5 minutes later. The food came about 10 minutes later. The staff were friendly and professional. We definitely weren't there for the last time.

We have reserved a table for five people, one of whom is in a wheelchair, for a Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and the disabled-accessible options. When we arrived on time, there was no table reserved nor was there a handicapped accessible parking space. The entrance with a wheelchair (not an electric wheelchair) was just fine. Maneuvering within the restaurant was definitely more difficult because the tables and chairs were close together. A table was hastily prepared for us. Unfortunately it took more than 30 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order. Since the temperatures were still quite high, we were really thirsty. The food was then quite good. Unfortunately, it was impossible for our family member in a wheelchair to go to the toilet. On the one hand, the door to the toilets was blocked with high chairs, and on the other hand, the doors to the ladies' rooms were so crooked that maneuvering was absolutely impossible. The prices for the food and drinks were quite ok. The waiters were polite. Conclusion: we can NOT confirm that this restaurant is wheelchair accessible. We will no longer be guests of this restaurant.

The food was good, but the portions were very manageable for hungry people. We have enjoyed visiting this restaurant so far, but after our last experience here we will definitely never visit it again. The plates at our table were already cleared while I was still eating. All neighboring tables received the usual Marsala. After paying with a generous tip, we also waited, unfortunately in vain, for the small farewell drink. When we asked politely, the waiter replied that they would still decide for themselves who gets a Marsala and who doesn't! That would be decided, among other things, based on sympathy and whim... In my opinion, it's just not a good way to deal with customers.

Fantastic food, great selection, some unusual dishes. Unfortunately too many tables in too small a space. You're sitting close together and it's so loud that it's hard to have a conversation.

Very tasty, the pizza and pasta were really great! Also recommended is the starter (pizza bread with aioli, is excellent). Really great there, I would go there again and again. The same applies to the location in the north!

We were there last night and received a very warm and friendly welcome. The menu left nothing to be desired and our aperitif was brought quickly. The food was of top quality and extremely tasty. Vitello Tonnato and Vitello from tuna. Then Osso Bucco and turkey with lemon. 👍👍👍 We would love to come back

This time the pizza dough had probably turned out to be nothing. When cutting requires so much force that it leaves marks on the finger. Otherwise nice place.

Visit on Valentine's Day: We had pre-booked a table for 2 people. We got a table for 6 that we were able to share with two other strangers. We definitely should have been told this in advance! You had no privacy whatsoever. The food was great even if the prices were quite steep for the small portions. They definitely won't see us again. We'd rather go to the other Italian restaurant around the corner.

Yesterday we had dinner with the family at da Sergio in Aurich! We received a friendly welcome, great service and really good Italian food! What stood out in our case was the Italian waiter, who was very sweet with our 3-year-old son! There was always fun, short car games and extras for the little man! Thank you very much for this evening, we would love to come back!

Simply incredibly tasty, very nice, very cozy and super friendly staff. I will recommend it to others.

Ambiance is good. But one waiter was rude. After I asked if I could get the food hot, the waiter went to the back with the plate and came back again (with a plate) and started to argue with me in front of all the guests that the bottom of the plate would be warm and so would the food. Three colleagues confirmed this to him. The guests all turned around. He continued to argue with me that I should touch the plate from below. That was an embarrassing situation. Then he came back with supposedly new pasta, but it was the same. Now it was warm and too much parmesan. This made it salty and gave me heartburn. Why does the waiter always ask if everything is okay and if you can't say anything. The other waiter was very accommodating, hence 2 stars. That was my first and last visit.

My husband orders all pasta without cheese and everything has cheese in it and the minced meat in a tomato cream sauce is also new to me

We went there with the family for Christmas and we were all really impressed with our food. The only thing to complain about is the noise level in the restaurant. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law couldn't follow the conversations very well. The service was top. We had a really great table where we could also store our mother-in-law's walker.

Heute waren wir das 2. Mal im Da Sergio und es war wieder super lecker, das Personal ist wie immer sehr freundlich aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Ob zum Geburtstag Weihnachten oder anderen Anlässen kann ich das Da Sergio nur empfehlen.

Ein perfekter Platz, um einen grauen ostfriesischen Tag zu vergessen. Tolles Ambiente. Wieselflinkes Personal, sehr freundlich. Gutes Preis Leistung Ding. Da geh ich wieder hin, wenn ich in der Nähe bin!!

Bestes Restaurant, es ist Familie geworden!

Gruppe 10 Personen. Trotz vollem Haus wurden wir aufmerksam und zügig bedient. Freundliches und unaufdringliches Personal. Sonderwünsche kein Problem, brauchbare Alternativ-Vorschläge erhalten. Sehr gut zubereitetes Essen, interessante Auswahl.

Super Restaurant, mit sehr schöner Italienischer Ambiente und super freundlicher Bedienung. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich 👌.

Die location ist recht cool. Voll bis unters Dach. Mein Essen sollte eine grillplatte sein. Bekommen habe ich 4 kleine Stücke Fleisch und eine Schale sogenannte Pommes. Das Fleisch war kalt. Dort ist noch nicht mal die Kräuter Butter geschmolzen. Abgesehen davon war die gefroren. Die Bedienung rief 4 mal wer was bestellt hat. Wenn es keiner will dann würde er es wieder mitnehmen. Frech. Einfach nur frech. Nie wieder in diesem Laden.

Das essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Kellner sind sehr nett. Das Restaurant sieht von innen und von außen sehr gut aus.
