Top delicious, pleasant atmosphere, very courteous service, excellent, always happy to be there for a few cozy hours.

We have reserved a table for five people, one of whom is in a wheelchair, for a Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews and the disabled-accessible options. When we arrived on time, there was no table reserved nor was there a handicapped accessible parking space. The entrance with a wheelchair (not an electric wheelchair) was just fine. Maneuvering within the restaurant was definitely more difficult because the tables and chairs were close together. A table was hastily prepared for us. Unfortunately it took more than 30 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order. Since the temperatures were still quite high, we were really thirsty. The food was then quite good. Unfortunately, it was impossible for our family member in a wheelchair to go to the toilet. On the one hand, the door to the toilets was blocked with high chairs, and on the other hand, the doors to the ladies' rooms were so crooked that maneuvering was absolutely impossible. The prices for the food and drinks were quite ok. The waiters were polite. Conclusion: we can NOT confirm that this restaurant is wheelchair accessible. We will no longer be guests of this restaurant.

Very good, we had pasta, pizza and a meat dish, the food was attractively prepared and super tasty. Even though the restaurant was 85 percent full, the service was great, the menu was there after a minute, the drinks were there 2 minutes after we ordered, and our salads 5 minutes later. The food came about 10 minutes later. The staff were friendly and professional. We definitely weren't there for the last time.

Food is good, place is clean and cozy, service (actually real Italians 🙂) very friendly, prices average, again at any time!

Essen top, geschuldet den sehr hohen Temperaturen wurden die Terrassentüren aufgemacht und der Lärm der Straße störte ein wenig. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Preise für die Qualität absolut in Ordnung - wir kommen gerne wieder!

The food was good, but the portions were very manageable for hungry people. We have enjoyed visiting this restaurant so far, but after our last experience here we will definitely never visit it again. The plates at our table were already cleared while I was still eating. All neighboring tables received the usual Marsala. After paying with a generous tip, we also waited, unfortunately in vain, for the small farewell drink. When we asked politely, the waiter replied that they would still decide for themselves who gets a Marsala and who doesn't! That would be decided, among other things, based on sympathy and whim... In my opinion, it's just not a good way to deal with customers.

Fantastic food, great selection, some unusual dishes. Unfortunately too many tables in too small a space. You're sitting close together and it's so loud that it's hard to have a conversation.

Very tasty, the pizza and pasta were really great! Also recommended is the starter (pizza bread with aioli, is excellent). Really great there, I would go there again and again. The same applies to the location in the north!

We were there last night and received a very warm and friendly welcome. The menu left nothing to be desired and our aperitif was brought quickly. The food was of top quality and extremely tasty. Vitello Tonnato and Vitello from tuna. Then Osso Bucco and turkey with lemon. 👍👍👍 We would love to come back

This time the pizza dough had probably turned out to be nothing. When cutting requires so much force that it leaves marks on the finger. Otherwise nice place.

Very nice service staff and delicious food across the board. When it's very crowded, the volume is a bit loud. During the week there is a lunch menu with inexpensive dishes on it. There is no better pizza in the area.

We went to Da Sergio in Aurich for lunch. The food was very tasty. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very cozy and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Visit on Valentine's Day: We had pre-booked a table for 2 people. We got a table for 6 that we were able to share with two other strangers. We definitely should have been told this in advance! You had no privacy whatsoever. The food was great even if the prices were quite steep for the small portions. They definitely won't see us again. We'd rather go to the other Italian restaurant around the corner.

Yesterday we had dinner with the family at da Sergio in Aurich! We received a friendly welcome, great service and really good Italian food! What stood out in our case was the Italian waiter, who was very sweet with our 3-year-old son! There was always fun, short car games and extras for the little man! Thank you very much for this evening, we would love to come back!

Simply incredibly tasty, very nice, very cozy and super friendly staff. I will recommend it to others.

Ambiance is good. But one waiter was rude. After I asked if I could get the food hot, the waiter went to the back with the plate and came back again (with a plate) and started to argue with me in front of all the guests that the bottom of the plate would be warm and so would the food. Three colleagues confirmed this to him. The guests all turned around. He continued to argue with me that I should touch the plate from below. That was an embarrassing situation. Then he came back with supposedly new pasta, but it was the same. Now it was warm and too much parmesan. This made it salty and gave me heartburn. Why does the waiter always ask if everything is okay and if you can't say anything. The other waiter was very accommodating, hence 2 stars. That was my first and last visit.

My husband orders all pasta without cheese and everything has cheese in it and the minced meat in a tomato cream sauce is also new to me

We went there with the family for Christmas and we were all really impressed with our food. The only thing to complain about is the noise level in the restaurant. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law couldn't follow the conversations very well. The service was top. We had a really great table where we could also store our mother-in-law's walker.

Echt tolles Restaurant. Vorallem die ältere Bedienung, die wenig deutsch spricht war unglaublich toll.

Heute waren wir das 2. Mal im Da Sergio und es war wieder super lecker, das Personal ist wie immer sehr freundlich aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Ob zum Geburtstag Weihnachten oder anderen Anlässen kann ich das Da Sergio nur empfehlen.

Super Essen und toller Service. Jedes Jahr mindestens 2 mal da. Gerne wieder.

Bestes Restaurant, es ist Familie geworden!

Gruppe 10 Personen. Trotz vollem Haus wurden wir aufmerksam und zügig bedient. Freundliches und unaufdringliches Personal. Sonderwünsche kein Problem, brauchbare Alternativ-Vorschläge erhalten. Sehr gut zubereitetes Essen, interessante Auswahl.

Super Restaurant, mit sehr schöner Italienischer Ambiente und super freundlicher Bedienung. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich 👌.

Die location ist recht cool. Voll bis unters Dach. Mein Essen sollte eine grillplatte sein. Bekommen habe ich 4 kleine Stücke Fleisch und eine Schale sogenannte Pommes. Das Fleisch war kalt. Dort ist noch nicht mal die Kräuter Butter geschmolzen. Abgesehen davon war die gefroren. Die Bedienung rief 4 mal wer was bestellt hat. Wenn es keiner will dann würde er es wieder mitnehmen. Frech. Einfach nur frech. Nie wieder in diesem Laden.

Das essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Kellner sind sehr nett. Das Restaurant sieht von innen und von außen sehr gut aus.

Essen in zwei Schichten, damit unter Zeitdruck

Besuche das Restaurant seit mehreren Jahren und bin bestimmt 200 mal dort gewesen. Leider hat die Qualität Mittags nachgelassen. Es gibt weniger Pizzabrot, die Saucen der Pasta schmecken fad und der Salat ist meist nicht mehr so frisch wie er sein sollte. Zuletzt noch einen abgelaufenen Apfelsaft serviert bekommen (trüb und sehr sauer). Daher die 4 Sterne. Arbeitet bitte dran.

Während unseres Kurzurlaubs in Aurich waren wir auf der Suche nach einem guten italienischen Restaurant . Zum Glück fanden wir das da Sergio und wir waren echt begeistert . Waren Mittwochs zum Mittag hier und den darauffolgenden Sonntag noch mal zum Abendessen . Service einfach super , Ambiente einfach super , Essen einfach nur der BURNER . Habe hier das beste Tiramisu ever gegessen . Danke an das tolle Team . 👍

Wir waren eher spontan dort zum Essen, kennen Emden auch und mein Mann und ich waren uns einig,daß bei einem guten Italiener eine Pizza auf der Speicherkarte nicht fehlen darf. An dem Abend haben wir allerdings keine Pizza gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen, dem Service, den Mitarbeitern. Wenn man auf ganz, ganz hohem Niveau etwas suchen möchte, dann vielleicht das die Inneneinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber das ist für die Gemütlichkeit und dem Restaurant definitiv kein Grund einen Stern weniger zu geben. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gutes Essen, allerdings sind die Portionen recht klein. Auch auf den Schnaps aufs Haus wartet man vergebens! Das wäre bei den doch schon etwas gehobenen Preisen das Mindeste.

Sehr gutes Essen und gute Bedienung. Die Mitarbeiter sind gut gelaunt und man kann Bier gegen Pizza austauschen 😄

Laut, voll, überfordert, Essen war versalzen.

Das Essen ist super lecker und der Service 1 A. Was ich aber besonderes hervorheben möchte ist, das man auf Nachfrage auch glutenfreie Nudelgerichte und glutenfreie Pizza bekommen kann. Das wiederum ist besonders um so empfehlenswerter, wenn man ein Mitglied mit Zöliakie in der Famile hat und es noch nie irgendwelche Probleme gab.

Super schickes und nettes Restaurant. Der Service ist super und immer sehr bemüht,es den Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Essen ist lecker. Selbst außergewöhnliche Wünsche,wie ein Dessert und drei Löffel werden erfüllt. Sehr gerne wieder

Heute waren wir spontan auf der Durchreise im Da Sergio zum Abendessen gegen 19 Uhr. Sofort wurden wir sehr freundlich an der Tür empfangen und und uns zwei Tische zur Auswahl gegeben. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und kompetent ohne dass es gespielt wirkt. Da weiß man was man macht. Die Wartezeit war sehr angemessen, trotz ca 80% Auslastung der Plätze. Die Speisen waren wirklich sehr gut. Würden wir im Umkreis wohnen wäre es ein guter Anwärter auf unser Stammlokal.

Das Essen war äußerst lecker alles frische Zutaten Personal äußerst freundlich mit Spaß bei der Arbeit und es war ihnen wichtig dass uns das Essen schmeckte 🙏

Tolles Essen, das zieht einen immer wieder dort hin. Das kann man vom Service leider nicht behaupten, da man gerne durstig dort sitzt. Dafür ist das Ambiente sehr urig.

Wie bei allen Sergios super Essen; selbst die Getränke erfüllen hohe Ansprüche. Ambiente schön, in AUR vielleicht etwas hinter Norden und Emden zurück, aber immer noch gemütlich und wirklich einladend. Der Service ist umwerfend!
