Mother's Day, after our visit to a Kelheim beer garden that was a disaster, we went looking for another beer garden because 2 family members still had nothing to eat. Thank God we found it. When we arrived at the Gasthof Berzl we were given a table in the rustic beer garden. Service was friendly, quick and brought the drinks on the ball. The hungry ones decided on roast pork and schnitzel, which were quickly available at the table. The rest had dessert. Steamed dumplings with vanilla sauce to kneel down on Pancakes with ice cream and cream Tiramisu etc Thanks for the nice end to a terrible day

Eine echte Bereicherung in der Szene der Pizzerien von Kelheim und Umgebung. Excelente Zutaten, reichlich, guter Preis, sehr netter Service – was will man mehr? Nachdem ich die Pizzas bei Nachbarn kennengelernt hatte, die sie abgeholt hatten, waren wir heute im Restaurant vor Ort: gern wieder. Ich bin super zufrieden. Gratulation und vielen Dank ans Team. So geht man gern aus.

Food was good, large side salad (exotic) with good dressing, nice service. However, there is little choice, so you should check what's available beforehand... No menu at the table, only verbally. Very inconspicuous, you have to find the entrance first :)

I came from Turkey and I liked the doner kebab very much.

I won't say more than that. Ordered 2 pizzas. Delivery supposedly 45 Min. Not there after 1.5 hours. 2 call, supposedly on the way. 35 minutes later 3rd call delivery car crashed. Not coming anymore. We drove past there 5 minutes later because we had to get something ourselves. Delivery car is at the door. They lie to you that the beams are bending. Never!!!! Again

Hello, I order from Piccolo-Piccolo quite often, I'm always satisfied, customer requests are always taken into account, food ALWAYS tastes delicious :) I've never been able to complain! You are my favorite restaurant ☆☆☆☆☆

Unfortunately, the place created the impression that it is very dirty. We ordered pasta with seafood and several kinds of pizza. I don't know why at service, when I asked the lady to share the pasta in 2 plates for 2 children, she got quite indignant. Just like when I asked for the pizza to be cut into slices. It's simple things that unfortunately spoil the atmosphere and the mood. We were also bothered by the presence of pets in the premises...

Today for Mother's Day, unfortunately a total disaster!! Went there at 11:45 a.m. and the beer garden wasn't even half full! Despite having a lot of staff, we had to put the tables together ourselves, which wasn't a problem! The waiter came quickly to order - but then it started! The drinks came quickly - although the non-alcoholic drinks weren't served to the fullest, the beer without foam and the non-alcoholic wheat had probably been there for a while - but ok! After 20-30 minutes the soups arrived, unfortunately cold and tasteless! The main courses then took 1.5 hours to arrive!!! We asked a few times what only lasts through-yes and shrugging of the shoulders was commented on! You couldn't order any more drinks! After 1 hour 45 minutes the food arrived! Everything lukewarm (how can that be) The onion roast was like the sole of a shoe and we all had the same sauce - no matter whether it was onion roast/sauerbraten or knuckle! The dumpling was out of the steamer - cold and inedible. The potato salad is clearly out of the bucket!! 2 meals didn't come at all, nothing could be done despite asking! Apparently we were annoyed because our table was completely ignored! At some point we decided to pay! If they had paid one, I would like to get the contact of the innkeepers - there was a very nice man at the counter - he was probably the boss! He then came to the table and apologized and said at first we didn't need to pay - but we already did in that time. Then he pointed to a lady (who was the most bored of all) and said she was the boss and we should talk to her! Unfortunately she was aggressive towards us and said something like that could happen!! When I told her that I don't normally pay for something like that, she glared at me and said "and now you want to leave without paying"!! I replied that we had already paid, then she said we should finally go!! I have NEVER experienced anything like this! And instead of stopping for guests, you continued to take in guests!! All the tables around us either left at some point or only received half of the cold food!! This behavior is not acceptable!! Unfriendly and rude!!! Never again!!

We ordered the large salad plate for EUR 15.90. It consisted of iceberg lettuce, cucumber, some tomato, 3 olives, 3 pepperoni and poultry. The taste of the poultry was not what I expect from a "Greek". Bread was only available to order (no charge). The dressing tasted like a finished product (no vinegar/oil, for example). I'm sorry, I would have expected more.
