We placed our order and were told it would take about an hour for the delivery. After an hour and 45 minutes, we called again. At first, we couldn't reach anyone, but after a while, we finally got through and were forgotten. Upon request, we received compensation.

Went for lunch with the whole family today. Very friendly service and super delicious food. We all enjoyed it, and the portions were generous. Special requests for the kids were no problem. Absolutely fair value for money!

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The meat in the quesadilla was overseasoned, the cheese cold and just placed on the side. When I pointed this out, I received the response: "That's what happens when you eat Mexican food for the first time" – and we eat Mexican food regularly, partly due to our South American family background and many stays in the US. This reaction to a legitimate complaint was completely unacceptable to us. It seemed to me as if the meat and salad weren't fresh, therefore they were heavily seasoned, and the salad was drowned in dressing. Note for the chef for future quesadillas: Two tortilla flats (usually made of corn or wheat) are filled with cheese and then heated until the cheese melts! The seasoning was reminiscent of gyros, not even remotely Tex-Mex, and certainly not Mexican. A disaster and health concerns, so the dish was not eaten. Neither the taste nor the customer service were convincing. I wouldn't recommend it! An absolute disgrace for €17.

We had Italian catering for my wife's birthday. Antipasti and pizza, everything was delivered perfectly, fresh, and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money.

The pizza has become about 30 percent smaller. It's a pity that one of the most delicious pizzerias Kelheim has started to do this. Although the price has remained the same. It's still delicious, but the aftertaste remains

Ordered lasagna and pizza speciale – unfortunately, a disappointment. The lasagna was covered in a hard crust that was neither penetrable with a fork nor edible or identifiable. On top of that, it was topped with supposedly "fresh" cheese. The impression was that it was an older piece of lasagna that had simply been reheated. The pizza was also barely edible – the crust was doughy in the middle and not cooked through. I approached the owner about the poor quality and asked for a refund. This was refused on the grounds that the hard topping on the lasagna was simply cheese with béchamel sauce – which, in my opinion, can't be true. The manager showed no understanding. In this condition, the food is definitely a case for the health department.

I'm sorry to have to write... I sent a great review 2 months ago, I never really had a reason to complain... but since then I've only had problems with my orders... Orders weren't followed correctly, something was always missing, I always order "extra much" salad dressing and then get extremely little dressing... even though I have to pay extra for it... or I get completely burnt food... Or like today... then a fly in my food... and the delivery person doesn't even come on time It was as stated but the delivery time was another 40 minutes late.. That was the last time I ordered there... I'm extremely disappointed...

Hello, I order from Piccolo-Piccolo quite often, I'm always satisfied, customer requests are always taken into account, food ALWAYS tastes delicious :) I've never been able to complain! You are my favorite restaurant ☆☆☆☆☆

We ordered pizza and pasta and had to wait more than 1.5 hours for our food to be delivered. The pizzas weren't as good as they've been before. The dough wasn't that good and there was too much topping. The overall taste wasn't that great either. The food there is no longer what it used to be.

Ordered for pickup. It didn't take long and the pizzas tasted good.

The pizza tastes really good but the delivery works rather poorly. Each time you have to wait at least 30 minutes longer than stated. Update: Pizza was also still cold (Don't forget to tip the delivery person, he probably can't help it)

It was my first time at Piccolo as I was visiting. I was greeted by a very friendly and nice waitress and asked to come to the table. Then the menu came straight away and after a few minutes the drinks were taken. Then the starter and the main course. For the starter: cucumber salad with house dressing, very fresh and the dressing was very tasty and recommended! For the main course: Burito with seafood and onions and peppers, Mexican in taste and definitely a recommendation. Very tasty and a bit spicy so if you like it then go for the Burito Gambas. Conclusion: Great praise to the kitchen because they exceeded all expectations on the plates and prepared the dishes with a lot of passion. Another thank you to the super friendly service, it was very pleasant and you felt comfortable and looked after as a guest. It's a shame that there are only 5 stars, I would have liked to have given more. 10 stars!!! Thank you, I will pay the Piccolo team a visit again.

I've been eating there several times for 7 years and I've never missed anything. Since the Mexican menu was introduced, I usually eat burritos because they taste great, there's always something to laugh about with the owner and politeness is at the top here.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara to pick up. Inedible, the spaghetti is overcooked and the carbonara consists of bacon, oil, onion pieces and a kind of scrambled eggs. No taste just oily pasta mush.

We ordered 7 pizzas today, all of which were supposedly 32cm. The pizzas seemed very small so we measured them. The largest pizza was 28cm. In addition, enormous savings were made on the covering. Except for our 3 year old nephew, no one was fed. Otherwise the pizzas tasted okay. When we complained to the “boss” over the phone, there was neither an apology nor a step towards redress. The only thing they said (particularly unkindly) was that differences in size were quite normal and that we couldn't find a pizza like that anywhere else. Yes, that's right, we haven't eaten a pizza anywhere else that deviates from the standard size by more than 5 cm. Never again!

We called on Sunday at 1:28 p.m. (closes at 1:30 p.m.) and 20 minutes later we were still able to pick up 3 delicious pizzas plus a very tasty salad. Great service, pizza was also cut and there was a wooden fork for take away with the salad. Perfect all around and very nice service too! We'd love to come back!!

We have been to Piccolo-Piccolo many times and have also ordered something to pick up. Everyone who was there with us was a big fan of this restaurant afterwards 🥰 The food is simply delicious and the staff is really friendly. You can't go wrong with the dishes as everything tastes good :) we've tried a lot of things. It's nice that there are still such good restaurants :) see you next time 🙋🏼‍♀️

It's been a long time since we've been to the restaurant, otherwise we often get something to take away. My choice was mussels with pizza bread and both were very good and the service was friendly and attentive.

The food was good and the service was very friendly. There are only a few parking spaces, but we were lucky and got one right in front of the front door.

Once again we ate well, as always, regardless of whether we eat there or pick it up.

We are in Kelheim with the motorhome and since the pizzaria at the motorhome parking lot is closed, we had to find an alternative that also delivers. (It's not easy to get everywhere with a large motorhome) We decided on this pizzaria and didn't regret it. Ordering was easy via the website including payment. And if the supplier had found it right away, she would have arrived on time. With a little help on the phone, he found us (he was at the wrong RV park, even though we gave the exact address). The pizza was very tasty! We will definitely order again on our next visit. Thanks for delivering it to the motorhome, this is very practical for us motorhome owners and I can only recommend it.

We ordered 10 pizzas 🍕 for our son's birthday party and everything was perfect!

Ordered for delivery for the first time today. Unfortunately the food was only delivered after 1 hour and 25 minutes and it was almost cold. I had a hair in my food and my friend's lasagna was very dry and partly very dark. And both dishes were very bland and hardly seasoned. Given the price, that's a shame. We won't order again.

Service is very important here, a varied selection of dishes and always delicious. Super friendly owner and so are the employees.

Leider lässt das immer mehr nach das Essen kam leider kalt an und die Calzone ist nicht mehr wie sie mal war, öfters war der Teig roh und die Füllung is weniger geworden und Tomatensoße oben drauf so viel das es nur noch nach dem geschmeckt hat. Die Pizza meiner Frau wird auch immer fettiger das man das Fett am Rand schon schwimmen sieht..... Schade ich war mal echt so begeistert davon jetzt bin ich nur noch enttäuscht.....

Essen wie immer sehr gut. Die Bedienung war etwas überfordert, was aber wohl daran lag dass viel los war und jemand noch dazu ausgefallen war.

Unser Lieblingitaliener in Kelheim. Wenn Pizza dann von hier. Meine Favoriten der Hähnchenburrito und der Salat delo Chef mit Hausdressing und der rest der Familie wählt einfach auf was sie lust haben. Wir essen gerne dort oder bestellen uns es einfach nach Hause. Service ist immer nett und aufmerksam egal wie voll es ist. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Kelheim. Super Speisen, vor allem Pizzen und Quesadillas/Burritos schmecken gigantisch. Absolut faire Preise und nettes Personal.

Naja, die Pizzen war nur mittelmäßig mussten fast 1h auf 2 Pizzen warten. Auch viel Abhol und Mitnahme Geschäft sind dafür keine Rechtfertigung.

Sehr lecker, besonders das es glutenfreie Pizza gibt hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hatten für eine Vereinsveranstaltung mit ca. 70 Personen bestellt. Essen wurde pünktlich geliefert, die Gesellschaft war begeistert. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Lokal liegt sehr zentral und bietet verschieden italienische und mexikanische Speisen an. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön insbesondere im Biergarten. Leider werden die Tische nicht gerne abgewischt, man setzt die Leute einfach an dreckige und nasse Tische. Die Pizza und die Nudeln waren recht lecker. Den Burrito würde ich nicht nochmals bestellen, da er extrem matschig war und sehr viel Zwiebel enthielt. Ein Extrateller und Chillpulver wurde uns seperat in Rechnung gestellt. Sowas hatten wir bisher noch nie. Für italienische Speisen ganz ok , das mexikanische ist auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig.

wir waren am dienstag zu viert im picolo und wollten speisen wir kamen um 1945 uhr im lokal an und setzten uns in den garten das lokal war leer der garten gut gefüllt wir bestellten was zu trinken und zum essen als um 2125 uhr das essen noch nicht da war zahlten wir die getränke und verliesen das lokal wenn dem wirt der heimservice wichtiger ist als sein lokal dann sollte er es schliessen und nur einen heimdienst anbieten wir fragten auch drei damen wie lange das sie gewartet hatten sie antworteten 1std auf pizza und salat das wäre früher nicht geschehen .

Mittagessen mit viel Auswahl, freundliche zuvorkommende Bedienung, sauber und schön eingedeckt. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Speisen geht rasch und gut im Geschmack. Alle sehr nett und freundlich. Gerne wieder. Italienische und mexikanische Küche. Herzlichen Dank.

Parken kostenlos vor dem Haus in der Straße. WC nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, da Restaurant nur über Stufen zu erreichen und innen zu klein für Rollstuhlfahrer. Man sitzt bequem. Bedienung freundlich. Pizza: Boden hart, gut belegt. Getränke Preise ok, Wein für Qualität zu teuer. Salate, Nudelgerichte empfehlenswert. Zu wenig vegetarische Gerichte. Keine veganen Gerichte. Nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht der Burner.

Wir waren zu einem Geburtstagsessen dort. Freundliche Bedienung. Hier wird auch Mexikanisch angeboten. Im Sommer kann man auch draussen sitzen. Kleines Lokal aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben Pizza bestellt. ich interessierte mich für die mit Spargel. Ja kein Witz hier gibt's eine mit Spargelbelag. Hat mir gut geschmeckt. Fand ich eine Gute Idee für die Gegend. Hier ist ja die Spargelgegend. Wir kommen gern wieder hierher. Preis Leistung fanden wir gut.

wir waren zum Muschelessen hier. Der Name läßt auf ein Restaurant mit italienischer Küche schließen?! umso erstaunter waren wir, dass es Muscheln mit Thaisauce gab. Der Service war nett und aufmerksam, als sich das Lokal füllte, aber als einzige Kraft einfach überfordert. die Muscheln kamen in einer großen Schüssel, daruch wurden die Muscheln sehr schnell kalt.. das Pizzabrot war hart, verbrannt und eingentlich nicht genießbar. die Thaisauce wenig gewürzt, Zitronengras war der dominente Geschmack. die Muscheln mit Tomatensauce schmeckten penetrant nach Fischsauce. wir versuchens nochmal, aber definitiv nicht mit Muscheln.
