For me, Himmelreich Schorndorf is the best restaurant in the area. You can taste the freshness and the homemade food. In my opinion, it's also the best event location in this style ❤️. The service is very attentive and incredibly friendly. All in all, we had a lovely evening and will definitely come again.

The restaurant is actually quite comfortable, but the service left a lot to be desired given the full house. Some waiters were very stressed, which was a real shame.

Very decent Indian food with specialties from Kashmir. The vegetarian samosas are very good as a starter. The menu is very extensive. For inexperienced customers, pictures or more detailed descriptions would be helpful. Otherwise you will be overwhelmed by the selection. The service is very good, although I think the advice on choosing dishes could be much better. There are dishes with different levels of spiciness. I couldn't tell from the menu whether you can order a certain dish spicier or less spicy or whether other changes are possible. What's missing above all is a functioning website with the current menu so that you can think about it in advance if necessary. All in all, a great addition to Schorndorf, but a lot could be done better to introduce Swabians to Indian cuisine.

Unfortunately, things have gotten very bad. The innkeeper is overwhelmed with 4 guests. We had to return the food and will not be coming back.

Großes Restaurant über 3 Etagen im Holzstyle, rustikal eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte bietet auch schwäbische Spezialitäten wie Käsespätzle, Linsen, Schlachtplatte oder auch Rostbraten. Leider gibt es nicht genug Servicekräfte, so dass man etwas länger warten musste. So waren unsere Speisen nicht mehr heiß, sondern nur warm. Waren aber trotzdem lecker. Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Gebäude.

I really enjoy being there and drinking my coffee and eating my ice cream in peace. So far I have always received very friendly service. The ice cream is super tasty and the coffee is very good 😊

Great guesthouse, highly recommended

Tried a very tasty burger with sweet potatoes as a side dish and was impressed. The longer waiting time was compensated with the food. Can't be blamed as it was already well attended. I would be happy to visit the terrace again in the summer :)
