We were greeted immediately and shown to our reserved table. Even though two birthdays were taking place at the same time, everything was very quick and calm, and not hectic. The pumpkin soup could have been warmer. The Italian-style burger was good, as were the pumpkin ravioli. The service was very courteous and attentive. A restaurant I highly recommend.

If you sit near the front by the door, definitely bring a jacket, it's quite drafty there. A lot of the food is homemade, and it shows. Reservations are a must if there's an event.

Delicious roast beef with coleslaw

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful wedding at the Himmelreich Restaurant & Eventalm in Schorndorf. A fantastic location for a wedding, situated right on the Rems River. The charming, rustic ambiance creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. From the terrace of the eventalm, there's a stunning view of the surrounding countryside and the Rems. I received a very warm welcome. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking excellent care of the guests, and the food, served as a buffet, was absolutely delicious.
