I can't describe the evening with my brother there, the owner or whatever it was, listless.... Just sitting on his cell phone. Played darts, all well and good but why do you have to pay extra for darts? You feed the machine with money and you have to pay again 🤔 I won't come here anymore!

I ordered a burger with fries for a Monday evening, I had to wait for over an hour and got ice cold food and the drink wasn't really cold anymore either.. It's normal that the food is always very good, but that was annoying

Es ist immer wieder schön zu sehen, wie das Restaurant es seit Jahren schafft, einen aufmerksamen Service und leckeres Essen zu bieten. Wir kommen immer gerne. Der Chef und sein Team haben es wirklich im Griff!

All around a great experience! The menu offers an impressive variety - from classic burgers to authentic Indian dishes to fresh poke bowls. The homemade drinks tasted wonderful. Our waiter was extremely courteous and friendly, but never intrusive. The extraordinary and cozy ambience is really something special. If you visit the restaurant, I recommend you try the bruschetta as a starter and a chocolate ice cream as a dessert.

We are going to this restaurant on May 1st, 2025. Waiter top! Food top! And what I would really like to emphasize is it is family friendly. Changing table and high chairs are sufficiently available. The waiter even gave us a balloon for the little ones. Overall 10 out of 10 Always happy next time.

Das war mein letzter Besuch bei Hans im Glück in Konstanz. Zwei von drei Besuchen waren eine Katastrophe. - Bedienung wusste gar nichts, anscheinend wurde sie nicht mal als neue Bedienung eingewiesen. Bestellung kam falsch an den Tisch. Auch der Nachbartisch bekam eine falsche Bestellung. - Soße war nicht vorrätig und wurde dann durch eine superscharfe Soße ohne Rückfrage ersetzt. Diese war dann so scharf, das mein Sohn den Burger fast nicht Essen konnte. Wäre ich dafür zuständig würde ich dem Kind sofort als Entschädigung was extra bringen. Aber hier Fehlanzeige! - Das Essen an sich und die Ambiente ist o.k. Nur das Team sollte glaub beruflich was anderes machen. Service ist mangelhaft bis ungenügend.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Unfreundliches Personal und die Speisen sind entweder extrem fettig oder süss. Gibt wirklich bessere China Restaurant in Konstanz zu gleichen Preisen.

I totally celebrated the lamb! It was really tasty. The kebab was very well filled.

Zum Mittagessen dort gewesen, Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes und einen kleinen Salat bestellt. Desert: Schwarzwälder Kirsch Torte und Espresso. Das Schnitzel war gut geschnitten und gewürzt, die Panade ein Hauch zu fest, die Pommes k usprif und gut gewürzt. Das Desert war zugekauft von einer hiesigen Bäckerei - auch sehr ansprechend. Preislich alles gut im Rahmen - sehr fair. Leider gab es offenbar Personalknappheit - 2 junge maulfaule Mitarbeiter, die weder Bitte noch Danke kannten und leere Gläser und Bestellversuche auch längere Zeit nicht bemerkten. Schade, aber die Stammbelegschaft wird die sicher nich einfangen 😊

The Italian burger was excellent, the fries were great! As far as the ambience is concerned, I still see room for improvement. The fitness salad tasted extremely good.
