Very satisfied with the restaurant. The selection was excellent and everything tasted good, except for the vanilla puddings, which were bland. Unfortunately, we didn't try the grill, but we think the concept is great. Price-wise, you can't complain, even if the prices are a bit higher than indicated on Google Maps.

Not recommended. One of the worst all-you-can-eat buffets. The fried food reeked of oil. The grilled meat only came in small pieces. And the fried sushi was a disaster; it had pickles in it, nothing else. I paid almost €27 to eat rice with pickles, no, no thanks, never again. And the staff were very unfriendly, especially the older lady. I assume she was the manager because she took all the payments (and harassed the employees); she was the unfriendly one. I left half the salmon because it just wasn't tasty. Then she told me to eat the whole salmon because it was "fresh." Never again!!!!!

Dear Restaurant Team, I regret to inform you that my last visit to your restaurant was a very unpleasant experience. The problem wasn't with the food, but rather with the behavior of the staff. The lady who runs the restaurant, as well as several of the staff, were unfortunately extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. In the restaurant industry—especially here in Europe—friendliness, politeness, and respectful treatment of guests are fundamental expectations. The behavior I experienced seemed more rude than professional. I sincerely hope that you will place more emphasis on the way you treat your guests in the future, as this is at least as important as the quality of the food.

Six of us went to this restaurant for lunch yesterday. I was really looking forward to it, especially since the renovations made it look very well-maintained and appealing. Unfortunately, we were disappointed! I've never had such a poor-quality buffet. They also seem to have never heard of good service. No smiles, inattentive, drinks simply placed on the edge of the table without a word, and only after we'd finished the first "plastic" plate. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant. If you're just looking for a cheap, filling meal, this is the place for you.

We were at the Ginza restaurant in Konstanz today with our 2-year-old daughter. She barely cried for a moment, which is perfectly normal for a toddler, when the waitress immediately came over and told us to keep the child quiet because a single guest had complained, with only six tables occupied. Instead of reacting kindly or understandingly, we were treated like troublemakers. No compassion, no courtesy, just the clear warning that our child was disturbing us. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the food was also bad. Lukewarm to cold, completely carelessly presented, and disappointing in taste. Absolutely outrageous for the prices. Such behavior, combined with lousy food, is simply unacceptable. Anyone who doesn't want children and can't even cook properly shouldn't be running a restaurant. We felt completely unwelcome. This is not how you treat guests. For us, it's clear: Never again Ginza.

I was there again recently, after it reopened! I was very impressed! The restaurant is now very bright and attractive; it was already okay before, but now it feels even friendlier! The prices have gone up a bit, but it's still reasonable, so the value for money is good! I'll be happy to come back and bring friends, and I can recommend it to others!

We said we're sorry about one plate, but unfortunately it didn't taste good, and the lady made a fuss again, asking why we didn't read it more carefully before taking it. I visited the restaurant with high expectations based on the description, but was disappointed. Most of the dishes tasted like “almost nothing” and were hardly seasoned – this also applies to the grilled dishes. The selection of sauces was minimal and tasted bland. Problems in detail: - Food: Lack of spices in main courses and grill offerings, dessert cakes look like discounter goods - Hygiene: Ice cream not attractively presented (hygiene concerns), fresh fruit inconsistent next to canned fruit - Toilets: Toilet facilities are "more or less clean", but far away - unpleasant after a day with stomach problems. Conclusion: Despite some fresh fruit offerings, the negative aspects clearly outweigh the negative aspects. I cannot recommend a visit and will not be returning.

I went to this restaurant tonight and it was a complete disappointment. The food was cold, a lot of it was no longer available, and the meat looked like it was spoiled or expired - absolutely unappetizing. The plates were also dirty, which should have been the first warning signal. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was rudely brushed off and told that I should cook at home if I didn't like it - an unbelievable reaction! Customer service is obviously not a priority here. In addition, the prices are completely exorbitant. The all-you-can-eat cost €24.99, which is absolutely not justified for what was on offer. Even worse: the drinks were extremely overpriced! But the worst thing – after the visit I had severe gastrointestinal problems. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant and strongly advise against eating here. Hygiene, friendliness and value for money are a foreign word here!

Nach so viele Jahren sehr enttäuscht und verletzt Februar 2025 Heute war ich mit meiner Ehefrau und zwei Freunden zum Mittagessen im Restaurant. Als meine Frau und ich das Grillgericht bekamen, bemerkten wir, dass es nicht ausreichend durchgebraten war, aber wir reklamierten nicht. Als ich das Essen zum zweiten Mal zurückbrachte, um es auf dem Grill weiterbraten zu lassen, bat ich das Personal, es besser durchzugaren. Ich erhielt eine spöttische Antwort, dass sie das nicht verstehen würden. Ich wiederholte meine Bitte, bekam aber die gleiche Antwort. In der Nähe war auch die Chefin, der ich ebenfalls sagte, dass ich das Essen besser durchgebraten haben möchte, da ich es nicht zurückgeben und erneut nachbraten lassen wollte. Ich glaube, dass die beiden jungen Männer an der Theke ihre Brüder waren, und sie lachten darüber. Ich sagte der Chefin, dass ich ihnen eine negative Bewertung geben werde. Als ich mich wieder an den Tisch setzte, wartete ich über eine halbe Stunde auf das Grillgericht. Als ich sie rief, um zu bezahlen, sagte ich ihr erneut, dass ich eine negative Bewertung abgeben werde, obwohl ich seit über 10 Jahren regelmäßig gekommen bin. Als sie das Geld nahm, sagte sie mir, dass wir unerwünschte Gäste seien und nicht wiederkommen sollten. So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt.

The restaurant was very atmospheric. The buffet seemed very small in contrast to the restaurant itself. On weekends you have to wait in line to get to the buffet. The food wasn't bad at all. However, zebra meat, kangaroo meat and many other types are cut very small (you can only try these types with a grill). I would avoid grilling on weekend evenings unless you have patience and can wait. In terms of price it was OK. There were very few parking spaces at the restaurant but there are enough in the area, but you should look where you are allowed to park. Overall recommended but don't expect too much.

Früher war ich gerne hier, leider hat die Qualität abgenommen und man geht gegen Bewertungen vor die unter 4 Sterne liegen. dafür geht man sogar rechtliche schritte die nicht legal sind und rechtlich strafbar. I've never experienced such a bad all-you-can-eat experience. At first, everything seemed fine. There was hardly any parking, and the restaurant is really busy. But then it all started to go wrong. We stood in the lobby, and no one came until we called for our attention. A very willing waitress (ironically) then approached us and assigned us a table. We moved, however, because it was very crowded. We then received some very nasty looks. Well, we just wanted to eat well, not make friends. And since the reviews were very good, we thought...it'll be okay. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in this regard as well. All-you-can-eat was a huge disappointment. Either the ready-made dishes were too bland, the dishes served seemed to be just marinated in salt, or fried in fat too often. The promised grilled garlic sauce was a pure salt sauce. Truly awful. I've never eaten so badly. The meat was incredibly tough, the fish was completely tasteless. Dessert consisted of ready-made slices of cake with slimy jelly and canned fruit. And the outrageous part is: if you don't eat everything, it costs an additional 5 euros per plate! 30 euros for that???? Then don't freeze the scampi five times so the skin comes off completely like fresh ones! Simply outrageous! It also took an hour before we could pay... far too few staff for so many guests. No wonder everyone else, except for two friendly ones, was in a bad mood. Never again. Check out the organization in Stuttgart; you can learn a lot there! And the scampi, lamb, and the like taste just as good there!

Unfriendly, bad and expensive. I asked for two portions of rice with vegetables to take away. I was shown unappetizing leftovers of overcooked beans and fried potatoes at the buffet, which I could scoop into plastic boxes. When I wasn't satisfied with that, I was reluctantly offered to freshly fry various vegetables. Then I took it. It was ok, but nothing special. We had to add a lot of seasoning at home to make it edible. But the big thing: “Special price” 30 euros when paying in cash. With a card they even wanted 33 euros! For 2 x a handful of vegetables with rice in the plastic box to take away. Unfortunately we were very hungry after a trip, otherwise I would have returned it. We took the all you can eat...we thought something would be tasty......big mistake. Beef completely tough. Soup really sloppy, more than usual but the taste was OK. Sushi absolute disaster. Pudding watery. The food wasn't even ok for my taste. But the big hit was still to come. Each of us had 1 drink and we paid almost 60 euros. That also motivated me to write a review. We have been here at Ginza several times and have always received a warm welcome. We always got a good seat from where you had a good overview of the buffet. The table was more smeared than cleaned. The toilets were extremely dirty and sticky. The restaurant is extremely loud, so there is hardly any room separation. The glasses are not cleared away because otherwise they no longer know how many drinks have to be charged. There were five of us at a table of six that was full of glasses at the end. If you need a waiter you will be ignored. Half the drinks had run out but were still on the menu. The food was very good. There was a huge selection and the price was fair. I'm very very very disappointed. You could also put a price on the flies because there are so many of them and they're all over the food at the buffet... When I didn't want to drink anything, the boss came to me every 5 minutes and asked me several times to order something to drink. Then of course I ordered something to drink because I was getting uncomfortable. The service employees all walk around with a poker face, no smiles, nothing, except the nice old man at the grill. He's always been very friendly so far. He was the only positive thing in there. The toilets also look horrible. Urine residue on the floor, dried urine stains that smell unpleasant. When I pointed this out to the service employee, she told me not to go to the toilet and ran away. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would definitely never go there again!!

BUT the service is subpar... no one laughs and the employees hardly seem motivated... a long wait... if you don't do something yourself ....the tables and chairs are greasy and certainly aren't fun to sit on...it's a shame it used to be better and the price seemed pretty okay back then...

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Ginza. My husband ordered a wheat beer but got a stale shandy instead. When he politely pointed out the error, the employees treated him rudely and disrespectfully. This is not acceptable as a customer. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We've been there a few times over the past few years. There is now an extra charge for everything. The prices on the card are no longer correct. Everything is communicated via handwritten signs in the restaurant. While I understand the surcharge for too much food that is not eaten, I find the surcharge for meals that are ordered without drinks an absolute disgrace. The food is, as you would expect, mass produced. Nothing surprising but for a price of €22, well... the buffet itself is sparsely refilled and there were a lot of flies on the goods. The service is also subpar. When we were asked if we wanted to pay and we replied, "not yet, only later", the waitress was at the table less than a minute later with the bill. When we kindly pointed out to her that we wanted to pay later and she probably misunderstood us, she replied that she also wanted to go home... at 9:30 p.m. When we told her that it said 10:30 EVERYWHERE, she argued that that wasn't true, that it had been that way for a long time, that it wasn't on the map either... it's just stupid that it actually said 10:30 when they showed it to us wanted. When I told her it wasn't a good customer experience and was also very unpleasant as a guest, she told us we should stay until 10:30 p.m., there's just nothing left to consume. I then said that it was fine and we would go, but definitely not come back. We'll leave it at that. Ginza is no longer recommended.

An all-around great experience! The menu offers an impressive variety—from classic burgers to authentic Indian dishes to fresh poke bowls. The homemade drinks were delicious. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly, yet never intrusive. The unique and cozy ambiance is truly something special. If you visit the restaurant, I recommend trying the bruschetta as a starter and the chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Found it by chance, had a really good meal, and the price/performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. The service staff was friendly and professional. We were also able to pay by card. It's a shame we're leaving, otherwise we would come back for another meal. We give each item 4 points.
