Unfriendly, bad and expensive. I asked for two portions of rice with vegetables to take away. I was shown unappetizing leftovers of overcooked beans and fried potatoes at the buffet, which I could scoop into plastic boxes. When I wasn't satisfied with that, I was reluctantly offered to freshly fry various vegetables. Then I took it. It was ok, but nothing special. We had to add a lot of seasoning at home to make it edible. But the big thing: “Special price” 30 euros when paying in cash. With a card they even wanted 33 euros! For 2 x a handful of vegetables with rice in the plastic box to take away. Unfortunately we were very hungry after a trip, otherwise I would have returned it. In addition, the service was very reluctant and unfriendly. Never again!

Service well! There is none! You are being told by the service team I have no time. We waited over 1 hour to order drinks! The food took even longer. And when it came it was all rubbery and discussing looking. That the health office allows such things beats me. For 100+ customers they were way understaffed with only 3 service staff. The food was well lets say you get what you pay for low quality cheap stuff. The buffet not seen once fresh food put on. So its old food! Service staff are unfriendly and rude!

Definitely not recommended. We are here on vacation and were really hungry after the long drive. Then we stumbled across this restaurant...quickly googled the rating...3 stars...hm...but the place was quite full. We thought to ourselves, it can't be that bad. We took the all you can eat...we thought something would be tasty......big mistake. Beef completely tough. Soup really sloppy, more than usual but the taste was OK. Sushi absolute disaster. Pudding watery. The food wasn't even ok for my taste. But the big hit was still to come. Each of us had 1 drink and we paid almost 60 euros. That also motivated me to write a review. Not only is the food not good, the price is also a disgrace. Price-performance = impudence

We have been here at Ginza several times and have always received a warm welcome. We always got a good seat from where you had a good overview of the buffet. The food tastes very good and is regularly replenished so there is always plenty of it. The table was more smeared than cleaned. The toilets were extremely dirty and sticky. The restaurant is extremely loud, so there is hardly any room separation. The glasses are not cleared away because otherwise they no longer know how many drinks have to be charged. There were five of us at a table of six that was full of glasses at the end. If you need a waiter you will be ignored. Half the drinks had run out but were still on the menu. The food was very good. There was a huge selection and the price was fair. That will be the reason why the restaurant still exists. If there were staff training here and a cleaner, quieter atmosphere, it would be a great restaurant. What a shame!

I'm very very very disappointed. You could also put a price on the flies because there are so many of them and they're all over the food at the buffet... When I didn't want to drink anything, the boss came to me every 5 minutes and asked me several times to order something to drink. Then of course I ordered something to drink because I was getting uncomfortable. The service employees all walk around with a poker face, no smiles, nothing, except the nice old man at the grill. He's always been very friendly so far. He was the only positive thing in there. The toilets also look horrible. Urine residue on the floor, dried urine stains that smell unpleasant. When I pointed this out to the service employee, she told me not to go to the toilet and ran away. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would definitely never go there again!!

We've been there a few times over the past few years. There is now an extra charge for everything. The prices on the card are no longer correct. Everything is communicated via handwritten signs in the restaurant. While I understand the surcharge for too much food that is not eaten, I find the surcharge for meals that are ordered without drinks an absolute disgrace. The food is, as you would expect, mass produced. Nothing surprising but for a price of €22, well... the buffet itself is sparsely refilled and there were a lot of flies on the goods. The service is also subpar. When we were asked if we wanted to pay and we replied, "not yet, only later", the waitress was at the table less than a minute later with the bill. When we kindly pointed out to her that we wanted to pay later and she probably misunderstood us, she replied that she also wanted to go home... at 9:30 p.m. When we told her that it said 10:30 EVERYWHERE, she argued that that wasn't true, that it had been that way for a long time, that it wasn't on the map either... it's just stupid that it actually said 10:30 when they showed it to us wanted. When I told her it wasn't a good customer experience and was also very unpleasant as a guest, she told us we should stay until 10:30 p.m., there's just nothing left to consume. I then said that it was fine and we would go, but definitely not come back. We'll leave it at that. Ginza is no longer recommended.

I've been coming back for years; Nothing special but ok - like many things in Konstanz. Today we came with 2 children and we were assigned a place from a distance where it said "reserved" (right side, everyone was empty and "reserved" everywhere). We were then rudely asked by a young brat (seems to be from the owner's family, if you understand me) why we should sit at a reserved table. When we were told that it was her colleague who had assigned us the seat, she turned around and left. My suggestion that I would like something to drink was ignored. Such a brat definitely doesn't belong in customer service. Same thing at the front bar, another rude young boy from the owner's family said he didn't take drink orders. So I had to look for the one colleague who happened to assign our seats and was able to order. Ideal visit - we will definitely not be coming back. The owners don't seem to care at all, the Swiss make sure the place is full. During the previous visit, the wrong sauce was used, which can also be a problem for pregnant women. They just said they didn't make any mistakes and then wanted to charge an additional €5. We kindly waived it. Let's be honest --> Who wants to experience something like that when you want to have a quick and nice meal with the family...

Plates were cleared every now and then, unfortunately it is not possible to order drinks from this staff (plate clearers). When we personally pointed this out, there was no adequate response. The waitress was more busy standing at the counter, bored and hardly motivated. Unfortunately, this has happened to us many times. That's why 1 star, if any, regarding service! In our opinion, the food is perfectly fine for the price-performance ratio. We recently visited Restaurant Ginza with our 2.5-year-old daughter. My friend and I tried mushli for the first time and when they brought us the grill it smelled like missing fish, but the workers said that this is how it should smell and the mushli was fresh. When the manager approached us, he began to be rude to me and said that if we did not finish the sushi on another plate, which I did not complain about at all, then we would have to pay 10 €, although everywhere in this establishment there is a warning that for a plate not eaten food - you need to pay ONLY 5€. He (the manager) said that this price was just for us, or rather for me. There was also a problem with the language, we are tourists and we do not know the German language perfectly to express the situation correctly. When a friend tried to talk in English, they didn’t want to listen to her at all and said that this was our problem, that we don’t know German in Germany. I DO NOT recommend visiting this establishment, because you may also be unlucky with stale food and boorish behavior of the employees.

This evening March 22, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend for dinner. And what I'm commenting here now has the purpose of discouraging everyone from the restaurant. Please stay away, you won't get good food or good service. You don't feel comfortable when you're in there, just because of the pieces of paper that say you have to pay €5 if a plate isn't empty, what a threat. They are glued about 5 times to the front and back of each buffet table. At the ice cream stand it says “beware of children” so keep your children away from there. The food was COLD and rancid. The flesh felt like chewing gum. There was nothing fresh and they didn't refill it. Under no circumstances should you leave your money there. The service is arrogant and unfriendly. After eating we felt sick and had a stomach ache. Who wants to do that? Read the Google reviews, they speak for themselves.

Beim Essen kann man auf Grund der großen Auswahl eigentlich nicht meckern und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein das im schmeckt. Geschmacklich für mich sogar besser als die Konkurrenz im Gewerbegebiet. Service ist sehr unaufmerksam und teils auch emotionslos, unfreundlich wäre jetzt übertrieben. Tische werden zwar geputzt nach jedem Gast, aber dennoch fühlt sich alles leicht schmierig an, nicht so toll mit kleineren Kindern. Das Ambiente ist aber einfach trostlos. Unangenehmes kaltes und zu dunkles Licht, man hat das Gefühl man sitzt in einer Bahnhofshalle. Dazu gab es im Januar Steckmücken im Restaurant, sehr strange. Preislich für Buffet knapp 20€ am Sonntag Abend, das ist ok. Kleinkinder zahlen nichts.

Ziemlich Unfreundlich, Essen schmeckt überhaupt nicht frisch, auf Nachfrage etwas frisches nach zu füllen, machen sie auch nicht, essen schmeckt kalt und ranzig, und preislristungs Verhältnisse überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen sehr überteuert für null Qualität und Leistung unglaublich wie manche ihr Geld verdienen

Als wir beim Ginza vom Eingang die Notiz gelesen haben, dass vom Buffetpreises pro nicht Getränke bestellende Person 15% aufgerechnet wird, fanden wir das schon sehr speziell und befremdlich. Nun sind wir beim Ginza angekommen, war die Besitzerin sowas von unfreundlich, frech und forsch. Da wurden wir grundlos von dieser unhöfliche, freche und forsche Besitzerin angeschautzt, dass uns die Lust per sofort vergangen ist!!! So etwas unterirdisches ist uns im ganzen Leben noch nie widerfahren!!! Wenn die Gäste nicht mal willkommen sind, frage ich mich schon, ob das eine rosige Zukunft hat mit so einer unfreundliche, freche und forsche Besitzerin. So eine katastrophale Besitzerin vergrault jeden Gast, machen Sie so weiter!!! Zum Glück gibt es in Konstanz super gute andere asiatische Restaurants, wo der Gast herzlich willkommen ist. Mein Motto zu diesem Ginza Restaurant, geht auf keinen Fall dort hin, solange die unhöfliche, freche und forsche Besitzerin anwesend ist. Sowas niveauloses darf man nicht unterstützen!!! Nie wieder und deshalb ist der eine Stern viel zu gut bewertet. Am liebsten würden wir 1 Millionen minus Sternen vergeben, das wäre mehr als angebracht!!!

Ich kann die schlechten Kritik nicht verstehen waren gestern da. Preiswert addiskussion essen so viel wie mann möchte, auch Theke mit Frischfleisch und exotisches Fleisch sowie Meeresfrüchte es hat alles mit der Nase frisch gerochen und sehr gut gekühlt da habe ich anderswo aderes erlebt aber nicht im Ginza und beim anderen Ginza Lörrach auch alles TOP. .

Sehr aufgeräumt und sauberes Buffet. Die Küche ist zu empfehlen. Einzig der Tepanjaki Koch ist manchmal etwas überfordert. So sah es wenigstens für uns aus. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, das Ambiente ist kaum einladend. Das Buffet ist zu klein, zu wenig Auswahl. Dafür dann abends auch zu teuer. Das Essen vom Grill schmeckt gar nicht, Fleisch wird wie Gummi. Das einzige was okay war, war das Sushi. Wir gehen dort nicht mehr essen!

Ein super Buffet, freundliches Personal und wirklich große Auswahl! Klasse, dass man sich auch selbst seinen Teller grillen lassen kann... Gute Auswahl am Buffet und angenehmes Ambiente. Wer da nichts findet oder nicht satt wird, ist selber schuld. Waren gestern zu Zwanzig dort essen und alle waren begeistert. Der Lachs, das Fleisch , die Gemüse wurden alle auf den Punkt gegrillt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher.

Essen ohne Service, beim Betreten des Lokals gab es eine Service Kraft die von weitem durch Handzeichen auf einen freien Tisch zeigte, kein "Hallo"oder "guten Abend",nix!!! Dann fragte eine zweite Kraft nach unserem Getränkewunsch, erwähnt das Wort "Buffet". Einmal und sicher nie wieder!!!!

Ich war zum ersten Mal im Ginza und fand es richtig gut. Das Essen, die Bedienung sehr gut und freundlich. Besonders die Sushi waren wirklich lecker. Also für mich alles Top! Ich empfehle es weiter.

Leider sehr unfreundlicher Service, wollte keine Auskünfte bzgl. Allergien geben. "Wir sind kein Allergiker Restaurant" - dabei ging es nur um Cashewnüsse. "Dafür habe ich keine Zeit, ich muss arbeiten". Definitiv mein letzter Besuch.

Essen ganz okey, musste aber für einen kleinen Teller auf dem Grill ewig warten und wurde noch gehässig beanstandet das nur 2 nicht 3 Klammern am Teller sein dürfen. Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig, z b. die Klammern auf dem Tisch mit den man die Sauce auswählt, unter aller S... beim Glaceportionierer der steht einfach in etwas stehendem Wasser das nach 2 portionen unapettitlich ist. Teller haben z. Teil rechte Blessuren, und das Polster des Sitzes war so tief( abgenutzt) dass ich mir vorkam als sei ich ein kleines Kind am Tisch. Und die Bedienung lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Hinweis dass die Klammern schmutzig sind und mal wieder eine Reinigung nötig hätten kamen jegliche Ausreden das sei nicht Schmutz ( siehe Foto) und sie würden diese immer wieder reinigen , das sei halt so ..... halllloooo

Mega frech und unfreundliches Personal : Putzfrau serviert mir den Teller, andere sagt mir die 2 Servietten müssen reichen,jeder Imbiss ist freundlicher. Essen ist aber Durchschnittlich bis reichhaltig. 15% Aufschlag wenn kein Getränk bestellt wird !!

After my visit to the kebab shop, I unfortunately realized that my expectations were not met. The food was of average quality, and the prices are high for the portions. What was particularly frightening, however, was the staff's lack of knowledge about allergens, which should actually be expected in such a company. Unfortunately, we have found that we are suffering from poor quality food due to poor quality or ignorance of allergens. Unfortunately, the quality of the offering has decreased. A few years ago the offer was much better. That's why I was there for the last time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
