I'm always very satisfied. It's very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and varied. Restaurant Ginsa is definitely worth a visit. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We've never experienced such bad service and such cheap food at such a price. This restaurant is an outrage. I can't explain where the good reviews further down come from. It's a shame you can't give negative ratings.

I have been to many Chinese restaurants and i love the experience. This one is my worst experience. The staff is rude and they speak to you like you are nothing. The food has no taste and they charge you more if you won't finish your plate. These people don't deserve to have customers

Phew, I should have read the previous, unfortunately negative, reviews. They were confirmed by our meal. There was only a small selection of different dishes, the meat was either breaded or incredibly greasy, and the sauces were watery, overly sweet, or bland. The dessert selection consisted of store-bought cookies, donuts, or cakes… the sunrise was tasty, but it's not really dessert in my book. Since we were really hungry, we tried a bit of everything, and we were full afterward. But it wasn't exactly delicious, and the €28 we paid for it was a real sting.

I had reserved a table for a family meal. Upon arrival, we were seated right next to the entrance – it was very cold in the dining room, which was quite unpleasant. The service was poor: The waitress was distant and kept looking at me as if she were doing me a favor. The dish I was served was clearly past its prime, so I couldn't finish it. When I asked for my plate to be cleared, the waitress initially didn't understand the situation and, instead of apologizing, asked, "What is this?" and "You do realize you'll have to pay extra for this, right?" For a restaurant of this caliber, such service and attitude towards guests are unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I ate at Ginza on a Sunday evening around 7:00 PM. Some guests complain about the staff or that the food tastes old and rancid, but that misses the point. The real problem starts when you get home. That's when the real party begins. I'm writing this the next morning, grateful to be alive today, and wondering if I'll ever want to eat Asian food again.

The sushi and dessert buffet was mostly empty by 8 pm, and what little sushi was left didn't taste good. No one came to take our payment; it was always "Just a minute." We went to pay, and after waiting several minutes, we were finally able to pay. It was absolute mass processing, yet still very expensive.

A buffet with a good selection. Friendly service.

Buffet system, and the choice is really large and varied. Including drinks, about €30 per person. A restaurant where you can't go wrong and where no one can leave hungry. You eat as much as you want, while the dishes are perfectly prepared. If you don't measure, you go home full, on the verge of bursting.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to try zebra for the first time! We paid just over 60 euros for two, including two glasses of wine, but it's safe to say that anywhere else you'd pay over 100 euros for two for the same number of dishes we tried there! This is my go-to place for a Chinese buffet! Even more recommendable after the renovation, although it was already great before! On holidays and weekends, I recommend making a reservation if you're visiting with a group.

Great Asian buffet, rather inexpensive. I like to go there again and again. Unfortunately, as is often seen in Asian restaurants, there are lots of signs banning this and that or threatening fines. Apparently this is necessary, but this aspect doesn't seem inviting to me.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The fish, including the salmon, was undercooked and unsafe to eat, so neither I nor my family could enjoy our meal. Despite this, the owner interrupted our dinner to demand an extra €10 before we had even finished, speaking in a rude and unprofessional manner instead of apologizing for the poor quality of the food. The buffet itself was extremely limited, with only the cheapest and lowest-quality items. On top of that, I was told I could only use one plate — which makes no sense, as no normal diner would put salad and a main course on the same plate. The owner’s behavior was unacceptable and showed no understanding of hospitality. After paying €70 and leaving hungry, I can honestly say this was the worst restaurant experience of my life.

We go to Ginza every now and then, and it's always delicious. There's something for everyone at the buffet, and you can put together your own portion for the grill anyway. Kids are no problem and will always find something at the dessert buffet. There are also fries, nuggets, and sliced ​​schnitzel if Asian delicacies aren't an option. Sushi is also available at the buffet, but it can't compete with good sushi restaurants. Don't expect anything extraordinary from the desserts either. The grill and the Asian dishes are definitely the highlights.

What a treasure. The selection is spectacular: in addition to classic buffet fare, the teppanyaki buffet contains some exotic meats - zebra, kangaroo - and the dessert selection is enormous. Very satisfied with the restaurant. The selection was excellent and everything tasted good, except for the vanilla puddings, which were bland. Unfortunately, we didn't try the grill, but we think the concept is great. Price-wise, you can't complain, even if the prices are a bit higher than indicated on Google Maps.

Not recommended. One of the worst all-you-can-eat buffets. The fried food reeked of oil. The grilled meat only came in small pieces. And the fried sushi was a disaster; it had pickles in it, nothing else. I paid almost €27 to eat rice with pickles, no, no thanks, never again. And the staff were very unfriendly, especially the older lady. I assume she was the manager because she took all the payments (and harassed the employees); she was the unfriendly one. I left half the salmon because it just wasn't tasty. Then she told me to eat the whole salmon because it was "fresh." Never again!!!!!

The lady who runs the restaurant, as well as several of the staff, were unfortunately extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. In the restaurant industry—especially here in Europe—friendliness, politeness, and respectful treatment of guests are fundamental expectations. The behavior I experienced seemed more rude than professional. I sincerely hope that you will place more emphasis on the way you treat your guests in the future, as this is at least as important as the quality of the food.

We were at the Ginza restaurant in Konstanz today with our 2-year-old daughter. She barely cried for a moment, which is perfectly normal for a toddler, when the waitress immediately came over and told us to keep the child quiet because a single guest had complained, with only six tables occupied. Instead of reacting kindly or understandingly, we were treated like troublemakers. No compassion, no courtesy, just the clear warning that our child was disturbing us. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the food was also bad. Lukewarm to cold, completely carelessly presented, and disappointing in taste. Absolutely outrageous for the prices. Such behavior, combined with lousy food, is simply unacceptable. Anyone who doesn't want children and can't even cook properly shouldn't be running a restaurant. We felt completely unwelcome. This is not how you treat guests. For us, it's clear: Never again Ginza.
