The presentation of the delivery service is nice and promises quality, the food is unfortunately standard and nothing special, and in my opinion even a little below market standard for the price. The delivery time was too long at over an hour (30 minutes stated) and the food arrived cold. I called and asked about it, I was told it wasn't their fault, it just happened. I find it unacceptable therefore only 2 stars. One for nice presentation and one for the goodwill of at least trying.

Great service and outstanding food!

Extremely delicious chicken doner kebab at a very fair price of €5.50. The portion is really generous, yet the doner isn't at all heavy on the stomach. In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best doner kebabs in the region. Be prepared to wait a bit, though.

I just walked in – I was on my way anyway. Deluxe Grillhaus sounded promising. So I ordered a kebab box. It came out, and it was well-filled. I thought: This will last me a while! A few moments later... empty. Was it too much? Was it too little? I don't know. But something was there... briefly. And then it wasn't there. Would I order it again? Yes. Maybe next time I'll find out what actually happened...

The spicy smell alone makes you hungry! The food was soooo delicious. I had vegan food (number 3), my friend the vegetarian option (number 2). Thankfully, the menu isn't overly bloated, and dishes are available in vegan, vegetarian, chicken, or lamb versions. The service was warm and friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the ambiance, like the one corner with cushions, etc. But since space is limited inside, it's probably not that easy. Give it a try; I can wholeheartedly recommend it if you want to try something new. Unfortunately, I was only in Karlsruhe for a short time, otherwise I would have become a regular customer!

I've been here many times and it's always a real experience, the innovative creations, the spices, the ambience etc. Incredible hospitality and service as well as even more incredible food. If you want healthy and good food at the same time, Holi is the perfect address.
