The presentation of the delivery service is nice and promises quality, the food is unfortunately standard and nothing special, and in my opinion even a little below market standard for the price. The delivery time was too long at over an hour (30 minutes stated) and the food arrived cold. I called and asked about it, I was told it wasn't their fault, it just happened. I find it unacceptable therefore only 2 stars. One for nice presentation and one for the goodwill of at least trying.

Rüppurrer Str. 94I just walked in – I was on my way anyway. Deluxe Grillhaus sounded promising. So I ordered a kebab box. It came out, and it was well-filled. I thought: This will last me a while! A few moments later... empty. Was it too much? Was it too little? I don't know. But something was there... briefly. And then it wasn't there. Would I order it again? Yes. Maybe next time I'll find out what actually happened...
